This beer is our version of a strong palish Belgian Saison. We have chosen to give this beer a pale and light profile and let the yeast display its full spicy flavors. We have also added some coriander for more complexity. This will develop some tartness given the time.

Tap@Tap10, Copenhagen - fuzzy yellow pour with white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral hoppy, some yeast, light spices into the finish. Nice.
Draught at Tap10, Cph. Hazy amber-golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with spices, toasted notes, sweet pale malts. Caramel. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with pale malts and spicy hints. Nice Saison to the sweeter side.
Keg @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours deep hazy gold, thin white head. Aroma is orange sherbet. Taste is quite sweet, but smooth with a low carbonation. Lots of sweet yeasty swirls here. Tastes quite sessionable. Lovely stuff.

Color amarillo, sabor especiado, citrico. cuerpo medio.
Caña en Cimmeria 24..06..2016 (r271). Color ámbar miel con espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores con ligeros herbaceos y toques citricos. Cuerpo medio con 7 5 vol algo pastoso y espumoso. Buena.

Pours hazy golden with frothy white head. Long head retention, good lacing. Citrusy, little tart nose. Light to medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Smooth after all, refreshing, moderate dry, little tart. Enjoyable.

Aromat jest typowo belgijski, są lekkie przyprawy. Kolor złocisty, piana średnio obfita całkiem ładnie to wygląda. W smaku przyjemnie, wszystko stylowo. Piwo ok, ale niczego specjalnego tu nie ma.
Dark blond with a light haze. Aroma is yeasty, bready ans sweet. Flavour is yeasty, spicy with some orange peel.

Aroma is yeast, fruits and spice. The spices is more present in the taste, together with alcohol. A fine dry bitter ending. Really nice this one!

Bottle 500 ml. Almost clear, yellowish-orange color with average white foam. Aroma: delicate, fruity, citrus, sweet muscatel wine, apple. Taste: light sweetness, sweet white wine, fruit, apples, grapes.
Tasted again 10/1/2015, batch #849. No lacteal notes, much more balanced sweetness, nice dry finish, better score than last.
Bottle from brewery, batch #904. Aroma is typical belgian yeast, barnyard, sweet caramel, hay, some spice, citrus zest, hints of banana and bubbelgum. Orange golden, cloudy, small white head. Medium sweetness, medium/light bitterness, taste is light sweet caramel, white bread dough, some banana, bubbelgum, citrus zest, coriander, white pepper. Medium body, fizzy but good mouthfeel, dry, some bitterness in aftertaste. Good strong saison, maybe too much sweetness, some disturbing lacteal notes.
Sampled from a 50cl bottle purchased at Sola duty free. Pours a very hazy orange-gold with a white head. Medium carbonation and some quite heavy sediment. Lovely fruity aromas and typical Belgian yeast taste, with notes of banana, orange, coriander (one of the ingredients) and cloves. Great mouthfeel, and really well balanced. It has an excellent finish based on a rich hop taste. An excellent Belgian-style beer with very high drinkability.
Fľaša. Žltá farba, slabá pena. Vôňa skôr witbeeru, jemne pikantná, sladová. Chuť sladová, pikantná, s peknou dochuťou. Príjemné.

Honningfarvet og filtreret norsk Saison med ungefär 1 cm offwhite skumkrone.
Aromaen er præget af den tilsatte og krydrede gær. Let sur, og en smule sød. Grapefrugt og røde sommerbær. Gærnuancer af bondegård.
Dejlig krydret smag af koriander. Middelstor bitterhed, let sødme og let syrlig. Dejlig balance idet sødmen holder bitterheden i tilpas skak.
Fin mellemstor krop og frisk mundfølelse qua en karbonering på et medium niveau. Konsistensen er glat, og eftersmagen bittersød med overvægt på det bitre.
Giver associationer i retning af noget Tripel-møder-noget-mere-humlet, og det er godt! Velsmagende.
Bottle. Aroma Belgian, kind of barnyardy, spicy saisony. Hazy yellow colour. Taste is quite soft, pleasant. A true blonde, easily drinkable, very nicely balanced. Highly carbonated. Very good.

Many thanks to Cunningham! Great intense citrus in the nose. The beer starts fruity and very fresh, mild-light in aroma, very refreshing. All the aroma is ver subtle and fine, very great! The yeast is interesting mild-dry, like a cross between Witbier and Belgium-Ale yeast. Very smooth and soft. The aftertaste is subtle and deep, no bitterness there, round with yeasty-sweetish hints and the lemon-zest in the background. The coriander is there with its herbal hints, great mélange, fantastic!
Bottle. Pours hazy golden with small white head and some yeast sediment. Aroma has yeast, bubblegum, banana, sweet wheat, eatery and only slight spices. Reminiscent of canned pear. Taste is equally juicy and canned pear. wheat, sweet, slight freshness, medium body and low carbonation. Light bitter finish with some spices.
Piwo w szkle prezentuje się niezwykle ładnie, ale złocista opalizująca barwa nie wieńczy się nawet najmniejszą pianą, co nieco burzy wrażenie wizualne. Ale zapach... Mmmm... Delikatna kolendra miesza się z mocno cytrusowymi akcentami, lekką przyprawowością oraz nutą ziołową. W smaku miękka słodowość wsparta jest przyjemnie gryzącymi przyprawami, owocami i drożdżowym charakterem. Piwo jest całkiem mocne (7,5%), ale doskonale zbalansowane i zwyczajnie pijalne. Gdybym wcześniej pił takie saisony, to nigdy bym nie powiedział, że "nie jestem ich fanem". To najlepszy przedstawiciel tego stylu, jaki trafił do mej paszczy.
Golden with a small white head. Smels brett yeast, apple and flowers. Tsste brett, spice, light malt nice sweetnes and a long faint bitternes in the aftertaste.
50 cl bottle@home in Tulip glass@approx 6 degrees C. Pours hazy golden with a great, foamy white head. Good retention and some lacing.. Sublte aroma of brett, yeast, malt and fruitiness. Very well balanced taste of yeast, brett, hops and a malty sweetness. Full body with perfect carbonation and no booziness despite the quite high ABV.Aftertaste OK, but not overwhelming, keeping the sweetness with a good little bitterness kicking in. ’Got even better as it warmed up. I was pleasantly surprised by this beer which, though brewed in Norway, is a great Belgian beer of the best tradition and without any vices. Really good stuff!.
Bottle at home. Pours cloudy dark golden with big white head. Aroma of bananas, orange, flowers, grass, spice, yeast. Taste sweet and slightly bitter. Dry finish with sweet aftertaste. Medium-high carbonation.

Dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme au bouquet fruité et houblonné avec un rétro de levure dont qcq esters belges. Retrouve de bons houblons nobles sur un léger épicé, malt pils.
Palais est malté, levure belge avec ici encore des notes esters rappelant la banane et abricot. Houblonné noble qui ajoute une faible touche fruitée. ok et correcte dans une lignée très belge.
