Аромат вполне неплох для стиля. Совсем легкие специи, немного солода и дрожжей ну и конечно бананов, но не пюре то есть не концентрированный аромат который не перебивает. Пенка очень стойкая, по цвету понятно что есть карамельный солод, кстати пена дико шипит. Вкус питкий, одинаково ощущается и пшеница и бананы. Но при этом вкус места водянистый, но все равно отличный. При глотке легкая появляется карамельные ноты. Послевкусие быстрое к сожалению. В целом питко и вкусно, но есть куда расти.
Die Biere von Hacker-Pschorr werden bereits seit 1998 bei Paulaner produziert.
Hab ich in den letzten 4 Jahren mehrfach verkostet und war das schlechteste Weissbier, das ich jemals verkostet habe (und ich habe über 100 bewertet). Hab ich noch nie erlebt, aber meine Körperchemie war nicht mit diesem Bier kompatibel. Konnte es einfach nicht glauben. Bei 4 von 6 Verkostungen waren ein tauber Mund (selbst die Lippen) und ein rauer Hals die Folge. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich mich gerade vergiftet habe. Irre. Ich kann es nicht erklären, da dies nur bei diesem Bier jemals der Fall war.
Bei der aktuellen Verkostung (Sommer 2019) passierte dies nicht und ich erlaube mir deshalb eine möglichst objektive (wenn auch nicht positive) Bewertung.
Sehr viel Hefe, die da durchs Glas wabert. Find ich gut. Süß, malziger Geruch, nicht sehr lecker. Auch geschmacklich ist dies vorherrschend. Nicht sehr süffig. Wird ab dem Mittelteil dann sogar gallig / bitter, sehr unangenehm trocken, kratzig und dumpf. Bäh. Dass das harte Münchner Wasser in Verbindung mit viel Hopfen ein "kratziges" Mundgefühl erzeugt, ist ein Problem, dass seit Jahrhunderten bekannt ist - und das andere Brauereien aus der "Hauptstadt mit Herz" trotzdem irgendwie besser gebacken bekommen. Schade, dass das normale dunkle Weizen von Hacker-Pschorr inzwischen offenbar eingestellt wurde und es als Alternative nur noch die Sternweisse gibt.
50 cl. bottle. A dark orange coloured beer with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of yeast, spice, banana, coriander, fruit, wheat and with a bitter sweet finish.
Sieht aus wie Spezi. Dabei ordentlich trüb und von einer mittelgroßen stabilen Schaumkrone bedeckt. Würzig-hefiger Geruch. Angenehm weicher Antrunk mit gut dosierter feinperliger Kohlensäure. Typische Weißbieraromen von Banane über Orange bis Nelke gepaart mit Karamellmalz und braunem Zucker. Der Körper ist eher schlank aber keinesfalls wässrig. Im Abgang leicht erdig und herber werdend.
50cl bottle. It is a very nice beer with medium brown colour, beige foam not too long-lasting. Taste is malt, exotic fruits and banana, very light caramel at the end. Good to drink as light body is not sticky, rather slippery.
Bottle - slightly Hazy amber, good sized white head - only small carbonation. Pleasant soft aroma - partly banana part yeasty. Good tasting again yeasty banana soft with good taste retention. Good mouthfeel. Overall a nice Dunkel weiss.

Aroma is malt, wheat, banana.
Taste is malt, wheat, banana, slightly yeasty and spicy.
Medium body, average carbonation.
Bottle. Malty aroma, banana, spicy notes, yeasty notes. Tastes the same as aroma, light sour and bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture, copper color and malty bitter and sour finish. Ok.
05-10-18 // 500ml bottle thankts to my uncle. Copper cloud with a white head. Light roasted malty body. Yeasty aromatic. Clove and spice. Naja.
Robe brun très trouble, mousse très correcte, tenace, belle carbo. Nez caramélisé, notes de banane et d'épices. En bouche, c'est malté, un peu grillé, toasté, avec en plus les arômes de weizen. Rond, le corps malté domine, la banane arrive en deuxième temps, et le toasté dure dans la longueur. Ensemble correct.
Pours opaque amber with a thick off-white head. Fruity aroma. Taste is fruity, some booze. Drinkable.
For some reason i had both a tick and a rating here, and with the new ratebeer setup for ticks (est. '18) I seem to have lost the rating. Pitty. Warrants a re-rate.
Bottle. Light Amber colour, frothy head. Aroma is mostly banana, some dough. Light bitterness. A bit thin. Decent, bit nothing special.
Flaska @ Der Pschorr. Oklar bärnstensfärgad med ett vitt beständigt skum. Dofter och smaker av citron, vete och örter. Syrlig och fruktig avslutning.
Bottled. Pours cloudy amber colour, massive, sponge-like off-white head. Fruity nose with raisins, banana and clove. Taste of banana, stone fruits on a biscuity malty base, hints of yeast, low bitterness. Medium body, velvety texture, high carbonation, fruity finish. Smooth.
Prakticky tady přidávám tento komentář, jen aby tady něco bylo, protože zpětně dopisuji 900 piv z mého seznamu a asi bych se musel u toho zbláznit.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head, hazy dark amber color. Aroma is mild yeasty, ripe banana, yeast, wheat, hay, minerals, fruit stones, toast, dried fruits, bubblegum. Taste is slightly dry fruity, yeast, wheat, hay, fruit stones, ripe banana, grass, toast, minerals, paper, roasted grain, hints of metal tank. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough.
Moje první zkušenost s Dunkelweizeny. Nedokáži zatím moc ohodnotit, potřebuji toto pivo s něčím srovnat. Pro mě jemnější říz, chuť a celková plnost, mohl být více výraznější. I proto zatím uděluji toto hodnocení.
500ml flip-top bottle (thanks Viil). Hazy dark amber color. Medium size, off-white head, stays. Papery, banana, fruity, wheat, grainy in aroma. Grainy, metallic hops, wheat, flour in taste. Dryish mouthfeel. Grainy and flour in aftertaste. Somewhat medium carbonation. Drinkable brew.
500ml Flasche. Dunkelbraun mit Trübung und mittelgroßer Schaumkrone. Malzig. Karamellnoten. Röstaromen. Ordentlicher Körper. Etwas hefig. Süß.
500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy dark amber with big fluffy head. Very malty, bread, caramel, estery notes. Bitter, acidic. Creamy texture. Medium bodied, soft carbonated. Overall nice Weißbier, but not a Dunkelweizen.
Bottle. Mitchell's Wines, Sheffield. Cloudy, dark amber. Thick, beaten egg white head. Nose has toffee, clove and ripe banana. Nothing more or less, really. Taste is light, banana toffee sweet. Bit herby and dry. Sticky mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Sticky sweet finish. Nailed on for style, but not one I'd rush back to.
Bottle at BeerDock Leek. Pours a cloudy depp amber colour with medium white head. Aroma of bready malts, some banana, slight fruit, a little yeast, a hint of herbs and subtle spice. Taste of bready malts, banana, some fruit, slight spice, nutmeg maybe, a little herbs and subtle biscuit. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dryish, slightly fruity, spicy bitterness in the finish. Drier than most weissbiers, soft bready malts, banana from the yeast and a bit of fruit, herbs and spice. Quite Christmassy in the finish. Looks like a toilet sample but interesting.
From Decervecitas. In Bavaria hefe glass. After dinner. Darker than usual, with a thick bready body that feels fairly pleasant. Banana flavors are there but a bit subdued. 1 month before bbf date. Very foamy.
Monumentális, örökké tartó hab, barna szín. Búzás, kissé karamelles és fűszeres illat. Kissé semleges, búzás ízek, enyhe karamelles, fűszeres beütéssel. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés. Kissé jellegtelen, ráférne némileg élénkebb ízvilág.
Huge creamy dense beige long lasting head. Beer is caramelish brown murky. Aroma is banana, malt, fresh and yeasty. Flavor is kinda equal to its scent. Nice medium body. Semi sweet, rather short finish. Carbonation is soft, almost flat. Ok!
@ Budapest. Murky brown good head. Aroma is banana yeast taste same slight roasted notes decent sweetness light bitter finish. Ok body.

0.5l flip-top bottle from tengelmann in münchen. pours a cloudy deep amber with a big steady grayish-beige head. aroma of spices, mostly nutmeg, biscuit, a bit of caramel and banana. flavour of bread, nuts, oranges. leather and tobacco in the aftertaste. interesting.

Tap at Der Pschorr, Munich - Hazy dark golden color. Dark malts, slightly fruity, nice body and mouthfeel. Good
