3.4 @ Gammelgårdsvägen 1/5-21. Can from Systembolaget. Fruity, yeasty and spicy with citrus and orange. Body is medium, the finish is dry, fruity and spicy.
3.0 Old rating from 27-10-16 - A 355ml bottle from in Whole Foods on my recent trip to NYC. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a tiny white head. Aromas of light coriander. Tastes of coriander, orange peel, wheat & malt. Aftertaste is on the sweet side. Somewhat of a disappointment.
4.1 Solid traditional witbier. Nice citrusy wheat, crisp & refreshing
2.4 Home. 35,5 cl bottle. BB 09nov19. A white foam layer, which disappears very fast. A gold yellow clear beer. There is some cloudy in the bottle, which not improve the taste of beer. Aroma light malty and somewhat fruity. Taste slightly malty, thin body, too less CO2. Somewhat coriander and orange. Miss the full body and the beer feeling.
3.2 Reasonable white ale. Quite bready.
3.4 12 oz bottle poured at home. Day 11 of the craft beer advent calendar. Pours cloudy golden with a smooth white head. Smells like lemon and perfume. Taste is floral and spicy. It’s okay.
2.8 Bottle. Hazy orange, with a large white head. Aroma is upfront orange zest and sweet Clementine juice. Light corriander, and soft wheat. Mouth feel is full, carb is light. Low bitterness, slightly buttery malted wheat with a potentially fake orange flavouring. Meh, not as clean, or crisp as id like for my tastes.
3.1 Nice refreshing beer, but almost no flavor. If they would just reduce the water and increase the sweet, crisp orange taste this rating would be much higher.
3.2 Exactly as expected. Aroma was decent. Big whiff of orange and coriander which carried through to the flavor. Full bodied but refreshing. Orange/citrus finish. Decent carbonation
2.9 Nice and refreshing but tastes like a normal beer with slight orange taste
3.0 Bottle. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white ehad. Fruity aroma of orange peel and coriander. Fruity flavour of spices, coriander and orange peel.…
3.3 Pour from can is hazy unfiltered orange with very little head. Sweet and sour citrus zip is noticable. Light bodied and sticky the orange citrus stands out.
3.1 Bottle from Asda. Hazy orange appearance. Aroma is strong orange peel. Flavour is wheat, malts and orange.
3.4 Hazy gold body with full white head. Taste and smell of coriander, lemon, and wheat. Some banana yeast on the base.
2.6 Wouldn't buy it again. It's ok, not super flavorful though and a little watery.
3.7 26.01.2019. On tap at Kulturhuset, Oslo. Golden yellow colour with white head. Fresh hoppy aromas. Soft sitrus and grass. Wheaty with soft hoppy notes. Very nice.
3.6 Can. Hazy gold colorr with a big white head that quickly dissipated. The aroma is wheat, coriander and orange. Nice wit.
3.0 Week 24 or 25, 2017. Fully misted apricot snowed with froth. Aroma a juicy cocktail of fresh peppery spice and zest, tinned fruit, pineapple cubes, cordial. Taste has a slightly vomit-speckled, rubbery, spiritous high alcohol vibe to finish that doesn't suit but otherwise the creamy rice pudding wheat and perfumed orange barley is pleasant enough. Some soapy rosemary-like herb. Smells better than it tastes.
3.0 355 ml bottle, as UFO White Ale, brewed and bottled by Mass Bay Brewing Company, Boston. ABV is 4.7%. Bought at Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. Hazy yellow colour, moderate to small white head. The aroma has notes of wheat wort and citrus, hints of mild spices. Citric and thin mouthfeel. The flavour has moderate notes of citrus and coriander.
2.8 23.06.2013, tap @ The Barking Crab Boston: Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly neutral, light malts, citrus, yeast, hay, citrus peel. Taste is slightly sweet fruity, wheat, hay, yeast, citrus, dough, grass. Short bitterness. Pretty boring, but easy drinking. Earlier Rating: 5/29/2014 Total Score: 1.9 24.05.2014, 0,35l bottle sampled @ HaandFestival: Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh spiced, flowers, yeast, banana bubblegum, spices, sugar, citrus, hay, grass. Taste is slightly dry floral, weeds, yeast, hay, almond essence, spices, flowers, sap, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry harsh mouthfeel. Meh!
3.1 Orange haze. Little head . Apricot aroma but not a lot on nose. Mid orange in mouth drying finish. Leaves little on palate. Drying. Get the orange peel marmalade. Fruity. Not overpowering and would take again.
3.2 Maybe lacks a bit of body, and the thin finish isn't great, but this is a tasty, refreshing beer, with good citrus aromas and flavour, and a pleasing spice on the palate.
3.0 Tried in a bottle from local supermarket. Slight hazy golden colour with a thin and disappearing white head. Aroma citrus and slight floral but very subtle. Taste light sweet. Thinnish body.
3.1 Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Spice and wheat aroma. Wheat and spice flavor with banana. Medium bodied. Banana and wheat linger with spice.
3.3 355ml bottle (4.8%) at home on 20 May 2018, from ASDA, Heathfield, Ayr (bb 11 Jan 2019): bready, coriander aroma, golden, thin short-lived lively white head, bready, coriander, wheat, scented, oily, soft carbonation, sweet.
3.1 33cl bottle courtesy of and shared with JMGreenUK. Thin white head. Cloudy blond pour. Refreshing.
3.3 330ml bottle. Poured a hazy straw colour, with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light banana, clove spice. The flavour is yeasty bitter floral, light dry spicy aromatic hop. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
2.7 Bottle from ASDA, Halifax. Very mildly hazed golden ale with no head. Its witbier styling comes to the fore in its aftertaste, prior to that it has a less appealing bubble-gum sweetness in both aroma and taste, although crisp tasting enough to be enjoyed.
3.2 35.5 cl bottle, poured into a Hoegaarden Grand Cru stemmed tulip glass at home on 21st April 2018. Misty light orange body, weak wispy head. Orange like aroma and taste, more peel than juice. Fairly dry finish, nice summery beer.
3.1 Average Wheat Beer enjoyed on top of Killington in the Peak Lodge. Beer rating app wasn’t finding it.
