Golden Ale

Ingredients: Lager Malt, Wheat Malt, Pinhead Oats, Crystal Malt; Perle, Challenger, Hallertau Hersbrucker, Celeia, and Bobek hops

3.1 330ml bottle from Tesco’s, Watford and drunk on 23/06/2006.
3.2 Bottle at home, 11th October 19. Pours clear, light golden. Aroma is light floral, some malt. Taste is subtle, citrus, light floral and light bitter. OK for a pound from the Garden Centre
3.6 A old favourite from around 10 years ago, seen on discount at Morrison's £1.40. Great value for a superb easy to drink ale. Tastes of citrus & has a zingy end
1.5 Oxidized- paper, honey, sherry. Dried apricots and dates. Herbal tobacco leaf hops. Balanced. Rather dark anber, and almost flat.
3.3 Thin white head left a collar on a translucent pale golden body. Zesty aroma of citrus & peach. Medium bodied, tingly on the tongue with a clean back. Bitter tangy tastes of citrus, grapefruit & lemon with a faint sweet malt finish.
3.5 Backlog. Clear gold with a small white head. English IPA-style ale with not a lot of complexity, but so well made and clean that it doesn't matter.
3.3 Bottle from ocado gold white head jammy with a hint of citrus some biscuits solid

3.1 Bottle. 4.2%. Best before 04.19. Pours a slightly hazy, light golden, with an off-white head. Slight lacing. Sweet, grassy and citrus hop aroma. Light cereal note as it warms, along with fruit, light spicy note, a hint of malt, and a light milky/butter overtone. Flavour is citrus and grass. Light malt in the background. Perfumy hint as it warms. Bitter hop finish, with a light spicy note. Lingering grassy note, hint of apple. Overall okay. Nothing special, but pretty drinkable. 24.04.19.
2.8 Sampled on draft at Pipers this beer poured a vibrant golden color with a medium sized creamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tangy, sweet and perfumey with a Sweettart candy note. The flavor was tangy, tart and semi dry with perfume, Sweettart candies and a hint of black pepper. Medium length finish. Medium body.
3.5 Aroma: lightly spicy, hint of citrus Appearance: hazy, fluffy head, sheet lacing Flavour: clean herbal hop with plenty of hop flavour & bitterness offset by sweet malt Palate: well carbonated & good mouthfeel
2.5 Clar golden colour, minimal white head; aroma of cotruses, zesty, some fruity, cardboard and metallic notes; taste of hoppy bittermess with earthy, metallic, cardboard and some wet bready notes; mot that good ale
3.2 Copenhagen 10/3 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. Clssic Beer label design with Harviestouns fat Rodent and the tag line "Zesty, Aromatic, Citrus". Pours slightly unclear, golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. The aroma is on the fresh, fruity and citric side. Acerbic citrus, tart berries, resin. An underlying sweeter, maltier, buttery odor. Fairly strong carbonation. Slightly thick yet watery and lively texture. Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger, tart bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Finish is semi-dry. Lives up to it's tagline about being zesty and citric. Pretty simple and refreshing.
4.1 Очень неплохо. Светлое, фильтрованное.
3.5 Malty. Thin
3.4 Pale gold with a white bubbly head and a delicate lemon aroma, Refreshing combination of lemon, lime and a hint of orange. Pleasant bitter finish.
