bottled, special The Mid Atlantic Ridge is where two tectonic plates meet at almost the midpoint between America and Scotland. With this Geological symmetry in mind, we’ve created a union between American amarillo and British hops to produce a distinctive US style ale with Scottish origins, quaffable with a seismic depth of flavour.

3.3Light American hops, floral on front of palette, lightlynsour earthy tones on finish.
2.8(Bottle, 0.5 l - BBE 07/2020, from a supermarket, 20190709) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had earth, fruitiness and lightly malts. Palate was quite light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A rather hoppy brew with too thin body.
3.6Clear gold with a small white head. Nice balance, good bitterness and long finish.
3.4A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma is balanced, biscuit, citrus. Taste has biscuity malts, citrusy hops. Medium bodied. Good beer.
3.2Bottle 500ml from K-citymarket Pirkkala. BBE JUN 2020. Pours clear golden, white head. Malts, light citrus, hay, grass, light hops.. Medium body soft carbonation,
3.4Nice bitterness and very drinkable but wish there was a bit more to it. Not as fruity as I like and the hops that do come through don't stand out as much as you'd hope
3.4(02/11/2018) 500ml bottle. Golden and very fizzy. Citrus and hoppy aroma. Taste of hops, citrus, grass, lemon, light fruits. Quite bitter. Pretty good.
3.1Bottle from a Lidl in Glasgow. Golden beer, with a touch of tangerine, biscuity malts, floral hops and lingering, bitter, finish. Fine.
3.9I wanted to like this more than I did, because I live not too far from this brewery and have enjoyed their beers since they started out.
Moderately hoppy. Inoffensive and perfectly drinkable, but I was hoping for for more hops.
3.1Bottle from tesco. Nose is citrus, orange, some straw. Palate is some bread, citrus, orange, small bitter finish. Quite mild pale ale.
3.4Nice pale ale, with solid hopping and good balance between bitter and sweet. There is a malty Vienna biscuity, malty sweet. Great bittering. I'd love to find it on tap.
3.0500ml bottle. Pours dark gold with a small head. Aroma is grassy, some tropical fruit, a little soapy. Taste is grassy, some boiled sweets. Soapy finish.
3.1Pours lively with a white head that dissipates to nearly nothing leaving a typical light amber colour. The aroma is weak possibly of some floral hops and the taste is hop forward with citrus fruits coming through at the front. A decent brew that is let down by being a bit flat and generic.
2.9Butelka 500ml. Złoty kolor. Piana biała ,średnia, opada szybko do pierścienia. Cytrusowe nuty, trochę trawy, chmielowej goryczki, karmel, ice tea. Średnie wysycenie, goryczka na finiszu ciągnie po języku.
3.2Bottle from Atherstone Co-op, November 2016. Lager gold with a slick lacing white lid. Good gelatinous orange, stewed Darjeeling, nettle and floral hop nose. Decent spike of bitterness behind orange and nettle notes; hint of shampoo, not much malt happening. If anything a tad too bitter. But pleasant enough.
3.3Not the best looker as head retention poor but I really liked this bottle. Just fruity touch to dry malt hops. Bread and biscuits.
3.9Very nice American Pale Ale, bitter but citrus and hoppy, not too malty. Floral and hoppy flavours very nice.
2.8From bottle. Pours amber-golden with a thin white head that won't lädt too long. Aroma is hops and citrus. Taste is mainly bitter, little hoppy flavor. Good, though.
3.015.02.2014, 0,33l bottle sampled @ RBNG14:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is neutral, hay, caramel malts, grass, hops, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly sweet, caramel malts, hay, grass, yeast, nuts, weeds. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.
4.0En nariz hierba y pino. En boca especiada y lupulada. Amargota y con final seco. No es muy redonda, más bien algo descompensada pero me encanta. BB 2018/11
3.0(bottle) clear deep golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of white grapes and orange peel, slightly belgian, with a touch of dishwashing liquid and confetti sugar. flavour is mostly herbal hops and mouldy grape skins, with lots of oatmeal, treebark and a rathery dry light-bitter finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.
3.4Dark blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a nice combination of light, sweet malts and fresh, floral, lemony hop.
3.4Pours a golden amber with a small white head. Slightly floral malt aromatic nose with some grapefruit and lemon. Fairly light mouth feel with little carbonation. Taste is very citrus and hopy with a bit of sweet malt. Not the best from Harviestoun, but nice enough to session a few.
3.3Clear gold small head and lacing soapy lemony smooth and decent session material
2.9Bottle from Booths, Media City. Clear golden with a thin head. Hoppy and fruity with a very palatable texture. There’s a small citrus bitterness to it to.
2.7Bottle. Amber gold. Lots of bits floating. Thin white head. Nose a little musty, some orange. Taste is quite malty, with a little spice and smooth honeys. Not fantastic, with a little zing at the finish.
3.9Bottle Morrisons St Andrews. Nice clear golden colour, good thickish white head. Well hopped, citrus/spicy nose, good sweetish malty finish. I rather like this!
3.2Bottled 330ml (AbM)
Clear golden color, small white head, some lace. Citrus, grapefruity, pale malty aroma. Light-bodied. Citrus, some pineapple, sweetish pale maltyness, spicey English hops. Easy and clean. Nice spark in the aftertaste.
3.3Bottle. Pours clear gold, patchy white head. Not much aroma (some grass, little bit of malt). Nice bitter edge to it, but no real complexity. Decent pale ale.
