3.7 7%ABV. Imperial Porter. Poured. Tapped out °SRM. Nose has abundant aromas of coffee with char, chocolate, earth, and hints of floral, wood or incense. Mouthfeel is light watery. Palate has flavors of plums, raisins, Pinot grapes. The overall palate has roasty flavors suggesting watery coffee, but was overall quite fruity for me with flavors of dark stone fruit. Hop flavors are sappy, charcoal. Finish is light. Dry. Overall, a good porter highlighting the fruity, preserved fruit elements for me.
