Herold Pšeničný Kvasnicový Ležák 12° (Czech Wheat Beer)
Svrchně kvašené pšeničné pivo s vysokou stálou pěnou. Vaříme ho poctivě, z čerstvých kvasnic, pro které si jezdíme až do Bavorska. Není příliš hořké, zato má neopakovatelnou vůni s jemnými tóny hřebíčku a banánu. Naše pšenice je nefiltrovaná a chmelená natřikrát českými odrůdami chmele.
12 degrees Plato. Brewed in the classic Bavarian style, no longer common among Czech brewers. We use local wheat and pilsner malts, Saaz hops, yeast bartered from a small Bavarian brewery, and well water to brew a unique sample of Bohemian wheat. The beer is lagered for 50 days, and bottled without filtration.

En ganska klassisk men något tunn weissbier. Klassiska dofter och smaker av skumbanan och lättare kryddighet. Gyllengul med ett större vitt skum.
Nice small-buble head. Stayed long. Aroma is wheaty, low to almost non coriander and banana. Taste is sweet, honey-like. Dominance of malts. Easy drinking. Almost no hop character and low bittering, but thats good for this style. I enjoyed it.

Butelka 0,5, kupiona w knajpie i przelana na miejscu. Kolor ciemnozłoty, mała piana. Aromat bananowy wyraźny, ale w smaku już gdzieś znika. Piwo sprawia wrażenie lekko wodnistego, do tego za mocno nagazowane. Ogólnie to da się wypić, lecz... nic specjalnego.
Tap at Le Senk. Pale cloudy color with minimum white head. Aroma - diacethyl, banana, coriander and sweaty socks. Taste is wheaty, banana and coriander, little bit sour.Soft carbonation. It is possible that the beer is not in a good condition,but it’s disgusting
Bottle. Pours clear golden without head. Aroma is vegetables, salt, wheat. Flavor is sweet, wheat, some vegetables. Carbonation is high. Overall: drinkableish.

Interesting aromas of herbs, malty character and intensive bread presence, yeasty, a bit dry bitter-sweet finish. Easily drinkable, overall decent choice.
On tap @ Festival Minipivovaru. Pale hazy yellow with a medium white head. Fruity and hoppy tones. Fruit, malt, spices and hops. Medium body with a nice fruity / spicy finish.

Lahváč z Nitrianskej pivotéky. Svetlá farba, trochu mútne, ovocná pšenicová aróma. Chuť plná, ovocie, kvasnice.
Hazy light gold, strong white head. Strong yet not overwhelming clove and banana aroma, some hints of cocoa. Sweet with yeasty notes. Finishes refreshing and soursweet. Good!

Výčap Omama. Farba mútna žltá s bielou penou, ktorá rýchlo padne. Vôňa banánová, jemne bylinková. V chuti najskôr sladkosr, sladovosť, neskôr trošku ovocných a citrusových tónov, bánánov. Telo prázdnejšie, vysoká nasýtenosť. Keby to pivo nebolo také podchladené, asi by sa ukázalo v lepšom svetle.
Had one at pivovarsky after getting my waste tattoo from ac. was good to get to know him a wee bit more and i totally owed him a drink or two, it was a decent night. pours hazy yellow gold, with not much head. as soon as it was set down the aroma smacked me in the face. banana milkshake, lemon, yeasty. tastes as it smells. really sweet bananas and vanilla. little to no bitterness. woulda been nice to have a bit more lemon to balance out all that sweetness. tidy tho
Aroma is fantastic. So yeasty, sweet bananas, so intensive. Teste again bananas with some sour notes. Full body. Extremaly drinkable. One may find it too sweet but for me its fine. Recommended!
Bottle 50cl. Globus. Pours hazy golden with a great white head leaving nice lacing. Aroma of wheat, banana, malt and some spices. Great czech hefe.
Man, confusing beer. Is it hefeweizen or wheat lager? It looks like there’s some label translation mixup. Intensive yeast and wheat aroma. Head disappearing to durable layer. Hezy lemon-yellow body. Pleasant yeast and wheat taste. Low bitterness, a bit too sweet, but still extremely drinkable. Some citrus acidity convinces me that it’s witbier ;)

Tap at Omama. Aroma sourish cidery. Only lightly hazy yellow colour. White head, moderate duration. Taste has moderate sweetness. Initialy even some banana. Light lagery yeastiness. But then the cider kicks in and all is gone. That being said, there is no astringency and it drinks well despite light sourness. Somewhat dryish finish. Weird cocktail :-D

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig nach Banane, leicht würzig.
aroma of fruits and yeast... tones of malt, yeast, pear and candy are in taste... a little bit of hop bitterness... aftertaste is long spicy and dry...
Láhev 330 ml. Aroma je velmi příjemné, má silný banánový nádech. Pěna je jasně bílá, jemná, nízká a nedržící. Barva samotného piva je nazlátlá. Chuť má lehce nakyslí sladový střed s banánovým nádechem, finiš je lehký nepříliš hořký a nedržící. Vcelku se jedná o velmi dobře pitelné pivo, dobré chuti a příjemného aroma.

On monella tapaa kuin Kellerbierin ja vehnäoluen sekoitus, mutta tuntuu lopulta yhdistävän lähinnä molempien huonot puolet. Ponneton suutuntuma erottaa tämän raikkaista vehnäoluista.

Kaatuu lasiin kullankeltaisena ja hieman sameana, vaahtokukka on noin 2,5 sormen paksuinen. Hajussa tulvahtaa hyvin vahvana banaani, joka täyttää huoneen jo pullossa ollessaan. Muita tunnistettavia hajuja ovat mausteisuus ja viinikumi, myös marjaa ja sitrusta on joukossa. Maku on myös hyvin banaaninen, muttei niin vahvasti kuin haju. Muita löytyviä ovat hedelmäpurukumi, tietty maamaisuus ja mausteet, jotka ovat kuitenkin hyvin taustalla. Suutuntuma on melko mieto, jopa pieni pettymys, kun se ei jää vellomaan kitalaelle ja kielelle. Kaiken kaikkiaan melko banaaninen hefeweizen, johon ei ole ihan saatu sitä "normaalin" hefen raikkautta ja vehnän tuomaa täyteläisyyttä.
