New iteration. Farmstead ale brewed with wheat, fermented with Brettanomyces, and hopped with Citra. Reminiscent of Wheat is the New Hops.

3.4Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow pour with a huge white head. Aroma is lemon, slightly grassy. Taste is likewise, nice soft texture like all Hill Farmstead, dry finish. Pretty bitter and astringent finish that I don't love.
4.2Bottle, thanx to lambister. Hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma has nicely farm notes, citrus, stables, some wheaty notes. Fresh and pure taste, wheat, lime, citrus, farm notes. Pure and clean saison.
4.0Bottle from a friend. Hazy yellow color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, spices, yeast, earthy notes, ripe fruits, grass and toast. Bitter finish with citrus, hops, spices, yeast, toast, ripe fruits and grass. Exquisite saison.
3.9Shared a 750ml bottle thanks to Metalchopz. Pours a fair size foamy bubbly white head that dissipates to a thin coating. Has a light yellowish appearance. Aromas are grassy, floral and light citrus. Flavours are sweet, citrusy, floral, some grassy and piney notes. Dry finish. Pretty good.
3.8Pours yellow with a small head, aroma of fruits, brett, zesty, flavor of brett, malt, green tea, fresh, medium bodied
4.2[Bottle (750ml) shared with tupalev] Bottled 2016 08 10. Pours a murky yellow-gold with a large long-lasting fluffy white head. Lots of lacing.
Lovely Brett aroma, herbal and hoppy. Flavour of Brett and hops -- citrusy, tart, herbal and floral. Dry finish. Medium bodied. Loved it.
4.1Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a clearish gold with a full 2 fingers of foam that dissipate quickly. Hay, horseblanket, citrus peel and grain permeates the nose. Clean and crisp, soft mouthfeel. Good carbonation. Lemon zest, hay more horseblanket. Great balance throughout. Lovely dry finish.
4.4Pours a super hazed chalky golden with a monster thick sudsy white head. Musty funky aroma. Light bodied, musty funky, with some light lemon tart character.
Notes: bottle from Dec ‘16 brewery visit, opened Dec ‘17
4.2Bottle - Beautiful lemon yellow, white head, nice lacing. Lovely delicate wet hay thing going on. Very nice!
4.4Bottle from Willey’s Store. Pours yellow and cloudy with a thick pillowy head. Leaves a ton of lacing in the glass. Huge horse blanket and funk notes on the nose and tongue along with a hint of tartness. Finished clean. Very nice!
4.1Bottle during HF tick fest; hazy yellow pour with a thin bubbly white head, aroma has citrus, taste is quite, underlying brett, some soured yoghurt, fresh citrus.
4.4Rating #2517 - 2016.05.04 - Hill Farmstead/Jolly Pumpkin Tap Takeover at Bru in Philly. Little white head bubbles out of an straw yellow pour. Aroma is grapefruit, lychee, and Brett. Palate is more lemon, grapefruit, some bubblegum, some pepper, and certainly a depth of Brett character. Delicious.
4.2Uzupelnienie backlogów z ostatnich kilku tygodni. Ekstremalnie pijalne, mosaikowe NE pale ale z mega fajnym, rustykalnym i brettowym charakterem. Super!
3.7*6/9/2015
750ml bottle poured into a Casey tulip.
A~ hazy glowing yellow with a huge fluffy white head and a lot of lacing.
S~ brett and citrus!!! wooo! followed by dank grass and tons of tropical fruits.
T~ barnyard brett funk up front followed by tons of citrus, lemon, lime, guava, and grapefruit rushing your pallet. finishes with amazing grassy hops and peppery saison yeast.
M~ a bit dry but super refreshing! decent carb and silky smooth
O~ way better than the first version and i don’t even like citra as much as most people haha! i could seriously drink this all summer/fall!
4.2Butelkowane 05/12/2016. W aromacie Bretty niezbyt agresywne, uderzają natomiast niezwykle intensywne, kwiatowe i owocowe nuty (owoce tropikalne, głównie ananas). W lodówce czeka jeszcze wersja BA Dorothy ;).
3.8Hazy pale golden color. Frothy white, massive dry fragerent, melons and grapefruit hoppy nose. Very dry hoppy tons of melon and white grapefruit in the mouth. Modest bitter finish. Very nice.
4.1Pours a pretty clear yellow golden color with a big long lasting white head. Lots of bubbly carbonation. Nose of sour lemon, brett funkyness, a bit of hay, I don’t get much hops on the nose. Maybe a bit of spicy, herbal, floral. A bit sweet at first, then you get the hop bitterness that lingers and the finish is a dry. Medium body. Easily drinkable. Such a well balanced, unique brew,
4.5On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Bevuta a Birre Sotto l’Albero 2016. Oro acida, appena torbida, schiuma media bianca, molto persistente. In bocca è equilibratissima e fresca, dolciastra all’attacco, con finale amaro lungo e persistente, secca e pulitissima. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Freschissima e di grande spunto e pulizia, fantastica!
4.0Served several times in a Hill Farmstead wine glass. Have enjoyed the progression of this one over time, though still not quite my favorite. Love the American hops, particularly in the nose.
4.3750ml bottle bottled 2016-04-27. Pours pale yellow with big fluffy anf foamy white head. Nose has notes of hay with some fruity and horsey bretts. Lots of fruity and floral hoppy notes. Fruity bretts also. Very fresh and aromatic. Quite engaging. Taste is quite bretty on the arrival with bitter hops. Finish is quite bitter with notes of bretts. Light resinous notes with nice malt background. Quite fruity coming both from brett and hops. Palate very smooth, nice mellow carbonation, refreshing body. Very nice horsey brett aroma mixed with notes of hay backed by malts and wheat. Always amazing how all that complexity comes up together nearly perfectly. Light honey notes on the finish.
3.9Draft at Be.Re Roma, Italy. 16.12.2016. Taste with ippopotamo36. Ciaone Alberto. Pour it hazy yellow color with big white head. Aroma citrus, lemon zest, and pinch of herbal kind of tea. Taste smooth, dry, lemony, hoppy feel, slightly tart at the end, perfect balanced, lightly sour, medium bitterness, medium body, creamy, lively, long finish. Nice to try this in Roma.
3.8On tap at Be.Re. in Rome-Italy with markoijelena. Cheers to daniele. Bright hay cloudy pour, frothy white cap. Nose: lemon, strange brett, very floral, quite charming. Mouth is a bit below expectations although nice, lime/lemon, brett, clean creamy.
4.012 oz draft Finn’s Manor in Denver, Colorado. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a well formed ½ inch white head. The aroma is soft herbal lemon citrus, leafy earth, soft funk Brett, and floral. The taste starts citrus tart, and quickly moves to the herbal, floral, earth Brett. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a dry, tart, floral finish. Really nice.
4.1Pours a light hazy yellow with white head. A sour fruit and yeast aroma. A sour fruit, slight tart taste to start with citrus, spices, and yeast. A lingering sour, spice, citrus and dry yeast aftertaste.
3.8On tap at Monk’s, a couple weeks ago (was it really that long?). Super light bretty beer with lemon highlights. Restrained funk. I looked down and it was gone.
3.9Bottle at WTWBA 2016. Bottle is 2016 vintage. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Mild citrus, yeast, some funk. Solid.
3.7Bottle at WTWBA. Light yellow pour. Grassy wheat and citrus aroma. Taste is too dry and bitter for me. Not bad.
