3.8Small can (thx, Mathieu P.!) at Erik's.
Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head.
Aroma: tropical fruits, a bit of weed.
Taste: similar.
Overall: good.
3.4Opaque. The aroma and taste combine a fair bit of yeast and citra. Solid, not necessarily doing anything unique but very well made.
4.0Can shared at the Columbus Tasting 21/03/2019. Many thanks A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a sticky loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, resinous, melow dank, tangerine, some white grape. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, wheat, dried citrus, light melon, apricot, wheat. 4.5I really appreciate this beer! Soooo good. Big nose, good body. Citrus, tropical, all the things I like. Good carbonation too.
4.1barwa złota, piwo mętne,
Dominacja cytrusów, zarówno rześkich, jakby niedojrzałych, jak i słodkich. Mocno orzeźwiające, ze średnio-wysoka grejpfrutową goryczką.
4.5Can. Pour is cloudy gold with medium white head. Aroma and flavor bursting with mango and clean citrus notes. Lillikoi. Perfect crisp finish with supporting malt. Yep.
4.212 ounce can. Pours a murky pale gold with a nice white head. Aroma of citrus and tropical. Taste is pineapple, orange, grapefruit, lemon, melon, and malt. Totally delicious.
4.26 week old can. Hazy bright yellow pour. Earthy and citrus forward aroma, some minerality. I think their water really makes a different. Typical smooth feel. Crushable, melange of fruit, if a little subdued.
3.9Pour from a can, probably not perfectly fresh but not old. Juicy citrus nose, lemon, orange, bit of cheese, biscuits. Very cloudy yellow. Yeasty and biscuity with huge citrus flavors and a nice peppery finish. Wanted more.

Of course it’s double Citra)
~ Appearance SRM13 น้ำเบียร์ขุ่น ฟองละเอียด Head สีขาวหน้ากำลังดี ติดขอบแก้ว ( Murky liquid . Nice frosty white head )
~ Palate ซ่ากำลังสวย ( Soft carbonation ) Body กลางๆค่อนไปทางเบา ( Medium to light Body ) Texture แอบ silky เล็กน้อย Oily นิดหน่อย ( Smooth silky and a bit oily texture )
~ Taste ขมเล็กน้อย ( Medium to light bitter ) หวานเล็กน้อย ( light sweet ) after taste ยาวๆ กับความขมจบสวยๆด้วยความหวานเล็กน้อย ( Long bitter and a bit sweet finish )
~ Overall โคตรดี เป็นเบียร์ที่ทำออกมาได้ดูหรูหรามาก Calm and Cool โคตรเทห์ Hop citra ง่ายๆแต่แน่นๆ Balance โคตรดี บอกตรงๆว่าขึ้นหิ้งครับ ( What a IIPA . So freaking Calm and Cool . With only Citra hop . They made it so dam good . Worth every dime . )
4.1Small fluffy white head, good retention and lace, it just sits there lookin all fat and fluffy and shit, HELLO! Murky light gold color. Big ole nose of citrus, pine, ripe lopes and a touch of dankiness, freakin fruity. Lightly medium bodied, soft carbo, juicy fat palate, slick and resiny. Dry pale malts fairly well crushed by the big grassy and tropical fruity hops, lemon lime, hint of honey and melons, pineapple and a touch of strawberries. Finish is a lil sweet with with no balancing bitterness but not really necessary here cause this is one yummy puppy and all yer cares fade awayyyy. Canned on 5/22/18 Nice! Props to my bud GMCC2181 for the care package. Thanks GaaaaaaaaAAAaaAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAaaaAAbe!!
3.6Can. Murky cloudy yellow orange pale with lasting small head and lace. Lemon vanilla grapefruit grassy aroma. Medium-heavy tropical fruit sweetness with medium grapefruit lemon bitterness with residual earthiness and fruity sweetness. medium body bready and soft with lively enough carbo to accentuate hops. I think I'm just getting sick of the murky bready IPAs. Good but awfully sweet and fruity.
4.1Rerate from fresher can, thanks Brennan & Stefan. Less onion and hop burn than last time. Less mealy. Still full-on but better balanced. Pleasant apricot finish. Great juicy DIPA.
Old rating:
8 3 8 3 16 fresh can Citra in an onion bag, apples. Milky yellow, white cream. Medium full light mealy body, some flour, key lime pie where the limes were cut on the onion kitchenboard by a sweating chef, light salt, light wheatbread and quince finish. Honey and orchard retronasal. Some sticky hops on the tongue but actually surprisingly drinkable.
4.1Can, canned on 5/22, consumed on 6/7, many thanks Brennan! Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is cat piss, tropical fruits, yeasty, very intense, cheese, green hops, but tasty. Taste is biscuity malts, milky yeasts, fruity, green, cheese, catpissy again. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. A bit too cat pissy, but still very good! 8-4-8-4-16
Another can thanks to Brennan, canned on 7/5, consumed on 7/31, many thanks again! Less burny, less cheesy, very creamy mouthfeel, light cake, super balanced. Very good! 8-4-8-4-17
4.1Can at the pool. Lemon. Pine. Pineapple.. Pineapple like bitterness lingers. Tropical fruits but not juicy.
4.0Pours a hazy, banana-mustard yellow, with smallish head. Strong citrus aroma, with some grass. There's almost a gasoline-like smell coming off this. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit and pine/spruce hop bitterness. All in all, this is a really good, really well-made beer.
4.2Opaque golden beer witg a slight/medium off-white head. Medium aroma; taste starts medium/heavy sweet and ends slightly bitter and dry. Orange, tropical fruit, hops and citrus. 7/5/8/5
4.2Pours hazy golden with low white head. Aroma of passion fruit, pineapple, mango and papaya. Taste is mellow fruit sweet with a light bitter finish. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation.
3.7Tap at Armsby Abbey, Worcester. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, dryness, grape, hops and malts.
4.2Dégustée au printemps 2017 sur place (De mes notes). growler .
4.0Fully hazed pure gold. Generous aroma of lavender, Valencia orange, mango and the quietest touch of sea salt, playing into a baguette like pale malt sensation common to these single hop offerings. Flavor has a coconut and lime fruit component that bleeds into the superb softness of the malt; seamless integration of clean and silky flavors from every source, almost like a custard that leaves no sugar. A fair amount of unripe mango and green banana flavor. Delicious texture as always. Will revisit with a larger sample size.

750 growler poured into a Hill Farmstead oversized wine glass.
A~ darkish copper orange, nice fluffy white head and a crazy amount of lacing!
S~ lots of citrus, it almost smells like some kind of juice. slight pine earthnessy follows and of course some bitterness.
T~ of course theres a lot of citrus just like the nose. pineapple, orange, lemon, lime, etc... followed by a big piney flavor. and is it appropriate to say this tastes "imperial"? haha aside from the thicker, sightly boozy (not so much in the taste, you can just tell. you know?) its almost the same as regular Citra.
M~ nice carbonation as to be expected from HF, slightly thick, smooth, and a little dryness from the hops.
O~ not bad at all, but nothing compared to the Ephraim that i drank last night lol i love all the citrus notes and thats probably why this stands out for most people. theres not one HF thats not worth a least a taste!
4.3On tap at As Is. Pours a cloudy yellow amber. Aroma is damp, grass, wood, oak, mild hops. Very interesting. Medium to high bitterness. Incredibly smooth finish. Medium bodied. Very smooth and gulpt. Excellent.
4.4Pours hazy apple gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Pineapple, weed and mango aromas. Soft with sweet caramel and dough upfront turning to passion fruit and mango before the lasting mild pith finish. Nice.
4.2Poured from growler thanks ClarkVV for the mule hazy golden orange with a nice white head. Aromas of tangerine pineapple citrus floral notes light malt. Taste is amazing wonderful mouthfeel balanced notes between malt citrus hops. I could drink this all the time.
4.1Very, very smooth and extremely crushable. Balanced on a knifes edge, though perhaps not as hop pungent as I would like, it is still an exceptional big IPA.
4.211th April 2017. On tap at Mekelburg's in Brooklyn. Pours opaque orange with a small head. No rentention, hardly any lacing. Aroma is clean, zesty orange pith. Taste is loaded with satsuma/super tangy unripe orange. Tangy lingering moderate bitterness. Body is full and chewy. Medium carb. Top stuff.
4.5Pours a bright, hazed golden with a white head. Dry citra hop, orange and dandelion aroma. Super dry, citra, grassy.
Notes: On tap at Tørst (Apr 17)
