3.2 Aroma is sweetish pale malts and a small hint of tea. The flavor is grainy malts, low notes of fruit, slight nuttiness and a smooth finish.
2.7 Poured with ok head that fell quickly. Straw color. Not a bad lager, but I choose it to keep the bottles for my home brews.
2.8 Clear, pale gold. Banana spice nose. Sweet and soft on the palette. Very soft carbonation. Not a world beater, but enjoyable.
3.5 Appearance: slightly hazy light gold, with one finger of bright white head and minimal lacing. Aroma: a bit of grass, with some honey smacks cereal, biscuit, and creamed corn. Taste: very fresh-tasting, with semi-dried grass providing a nice balance to sweetish cereal grains. Finish: clean, crisp, and extremely refreshing, but not long lasting. Notes: This was an outstanding classic Dortmunder/Helles lager. Perfectly balanced, very fresh and lively in the palate, and refreshing. Couldn’t ask for more.
2.5 Bottle shared with McTapps. Just another simple and easy going lager. Nothing special and very average.
2.7 Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Clear deep golden colour with low head. Nose of mild hops. Taste of hops, cereals, hay, basement and herbs. Easy to drink and really refreshing.
2.3 Bottled. Cloudy gold with a low head. Malty, fruity aroma, over ripenfruit and some veggies, some esters. Sweet malty flavor, veggies, peaches, grass. Probably not in prime shape, very vegetal, cabbage and such. Lots of DMS going on too. Could be nice, though out of shape.
2.6 Draught at Kaisla, Helsinki. Colour is yellow with medium white head. Aromaa and flavours are hops, hay and malts
2.6 Light malty Smell and light hops flavor, low bitterness, white foam. Fresh beer for warm days
1.9 bottle split with and thanx to 77 ships . looks very light, lagerlike ( guess thats normal huh ) fast fading foam. tastes bad, smells bad. noit a recomandation !
2.2 Bottle. High and lasting white fluffy head leaving nice long curtains. Clear yellow golden body. Sweet weak barley malt aroma and flavor. Little hops bitterness, low carbonation, short sweet finish. OK but just one of many, soon to be forgotten.
2.8 A golden colour with a white head. Aroma of malt and hops. Flavour to match with a smooth bitter finish. --- BeerItsNice
3.4 Big solid looking 500 ml. swing-top bottle split with Dylan / Kraddel - thx. to myself - high-five myself. Crystal-clear pale golden with a smaller white head. Smells like sweet bananas, corn, straw, white bread and a nice dash of cleaning agent. Tastes like chemical lemons, banana, white bread, corn puree, flowers, white sugar, straw, cleaning agent and the fine taste of windex. Super easy to drink - quite sessionable - those are some pretty odd flavours I am getting but I still rather enjoyed this one - it is very drinkable and far from a bad trip.
Test vom 21.11.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,6,7,6,7,7 - 6,80
3.0 Hazy yellow color, nice creamy head. Grainy, light yeasty aroma. Fresh grainy flavor, light yeasty, light fruity.
3.2 Catch up rating from notes, 2012: Bottle as part of mixed half rack from Edeka. Normal golden pour with medium sized fluffy head. Aroma is mostly the grainy, sweet malts normal for the style. Taste is bit more sweet than the norm, and a more pronounced bite at the finish. Overall, decent.
2.8 Bottle@home, 50cl. Head:white colored. Color: golden. Aroma: malt, hops. Taste: malt, bitter. Palate: smooth, medium body, bitter finish. Overall: nice.
2.7 Clear golden, white head. Biscuits and malts on the nose. Sweet and bitter taste, bitter finish. (Mexican import as ’Das Echte’)
2.0 Bottle.Golden colour with large white head.Aroma of hops and mild citrus, feels metallic and gariny, with light note of straw and hops.medium body and short finish.
2.6 Pours hazy golden straw with minimal effervescent head. Aromas of lemon, yeast, bread, and some hops. Smooth flavors of citrus, yeasty bread, and a hint of straw. Creamy and thicker mouthfeel than expected with lots of carbonation. I was expecting a lighter, grassier beer like Coors, but was pleasantly surprised. --- Cheers
2.7 The beer in the glass is pale yellow with a soapy head. It smells musty-hoppy, sweetish grainy. Starts sourish malty, hoppy-musty and subtle bitter, slightly metallic also. The middle part is slight better, slightly sweet and grainy, flowery-hoppy. Goes into a floral-hoppy, slightly musty finish!
1.9 500ml bottle, as Das Echte. Pale gold, white head. Malty aroma, some citrusy hops, faint yeast, a hint of sourness? Dry, light bodied, low to medium bitterness, creamy CO2. Malty taste, some sour cardboard notes, yeast, citrus, hops. (2012-06-20)
3.3 500ml swingtop bottle labelled as Bavarian Lager pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a 2 finger white head that leaves very little lacing. Aroma is light fruits with grainy malts and grass. Taste is mild fruity and grainy malt sweetness with a grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied with some decent carbonation and a good mouthfeel. Quite a nice refreshing lager that is worthy of tasting.

3.5 Golden colour with a white head. Fresh malty and fruity aroma. Fresh rich flavour. Malty, moderate sweet, fruity and light hoppy. [Bottle as Höss Neuschwansteiner Das Echte from Dresden in Germany]
3.5 Schiuma bianca, di accettabile persistenza. Aroma di malto con note fruttate e speziate. Gusto maltato, fresco, con una luppolatura moderata.
3.4 Pours a slightly hazy straw with visible effervescence and ok retention. Aroma is marshmallow pils malt, apple, pear, sweet fruity spicy noble hop note. Taste is clean malt with not even a hint of biscuitiness, this brew really exhibits the softness of the water it is made with. Body is medium with a smooth, mildly prickly carbonation and a long clean finish. Delicious and super drinkable.
4.0 Straight 4, a good one for a Helles, but nothing special in a overall valuation... Drink it!
