3.6 16oz at Coors Field. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. The aroma is skunky tangerine. The flavor is bitter and grassy. It's pretty good
3.6 I want more aroma. How can they include this much hop and have a muted aroma. Thin after having the imperial. Still solid and tasty. But very unequally unbalanced. Odd as single after double
3.5 Bottle, 650 ml. Courtesy of Max. Shared with him and JFK10000. Pours hazy dark golden, white head. Ripe fruit in aroma, malty, caramel, apricot, bit harsh bitterness in finish. Medium bodied. Old.
3.4 22 oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Wow, this is a finely balanced and quite tasty IPA. Quite mellow in spite of its 90 IBU. Can't think of a better beverage to consume after mountain biking. Damm, seems like I need to drink one of these every day!
2.9 Courtesy of Californian Cousin Matt, 134 Bar, Nuneaton, 04/02/17. Can. Probably. Smell of butter and honey throats sweets. Better flavour with tea, apricot, peach, lemon Lockets and a hint of smoked pale malt. Bitter and perfumed. Gold with big fluffy lace. Fine but not particularly floating mine.
3.4 Bottled 650ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, citrusy hoppy nose. Moderate malty, caramel, citrusy and herbal hoppy with touch of alcohol and strong bitter finish and aftertaste. Not so fresh but good one. 6.7%ABV
4.2 Creamy feel. Piney and bitter, but with a malty foundation. Lingering finish. Not much citrus.
2.8 Grasig hopfig, Zitrus, mittig bis hinten bitter, okay wenn auch nichts besonderes.
4.0 From a 12 oz bottle into a chalice. Pours gold with head and lace. Aroma of pale malts and grassy hops. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of pale malts, grains, straw hops, minerals, slight toothpaste. Overall rich, bold and tasty.
3.6 Can, 6.7% Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, hop and earthy. Flavour is malt, caramel, little toasted, little peach, little earthy, medium sweet, hop and medium bitter.
3.7 Aranysárga szín, vékony fehér hab. Malátás, komlós, trópusi gyümölcsös illat. Komlós, gyümölcsös íz. Édesen indul, majd tartós keserű utóíz követi. Nem rossz.
3.7 Has a hoppy nose and building bitterness. Candy light with pine flavors. Tan head with lots of sweetness.
3.7 Super piny IPA. Bitterness quite good - strong but not lasting too long. A bit malty. Good.
3.7 355ml can. Pours a hazy gold-orange with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of pale malt, caramel, orange, pine and light tropical fruit. Sweet flavour of pale malt, orange, grapefruit, pine resin and light mango with a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Decent.
4.5 Alphadelic is bitter and resinous enough that it will thrill hopheads and administer a swift kick in the ass to anyone else who is foolish enough to try it. It's dank, juicy, vibrant, and aggressive. Hazy orange color. Big notes of fresh grapefruit and pine. My Hop Valley taptender recommended that I start my hop binge with this one. That made perfect sense, of course. Best to drink your alpha acids in alphabetical order.
4.5 Clean opulent gold color with a creamy head of whipped white foam. The aroma lends more toward tropical tendencies while the flavor rides on the citrus with more zip and tang. Could be the best Oregonian IPA these tastebuds have tangoed with.
3.9 12oz can pours with a clear deep gold body that has a copper core and supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up pine hops, malt nuanced grassy hoppiness and a faint herbal and orange candy note. The taste delivers bitter near resiny pine hops, bitter floral hops, a dash of grapefruit and then thin citrus hop flavor juiciness. A few more sips and mild earthy kind of tea like hop notes come weakly to the surface. This has loads of hoppiness being bitter forward and not letting up right into the finish. I like it.
4.5 With its high potency and tasty hops, the pure goodness of this beer is something to enjoy and admire while sipping. I wasnt much of an IPA person until the last few months and this one really hit me as one of my top three favorites
3.3 Six pack of cans from Walmart. Pours out a clear light golden color with a frothy off-white head. Aroma and flavors dominated by earthy spice bitterness. Resinous. Long sticky bittersweet finish.
2.7 It's just ok.
3.8 A potent, hoppy IPA with a lot of bitterness. found this one on vacation in Oregon.
4.0 65 cl fles. Helder oranje kleur, fijne romige witte schuimkraag. De geur van citrus en ananas. Smaak is zoet, citrus, ananas en perzik. Vol Lichaam, Veel koolzuur.
4.1 Can - excellent IPA - assertively bitter, citric, resinous, without being abrasive - probably one of the smoothest higher ibu IPAs I’ve come across, which truly makes it shine, even in a sea of pretty dang good ipas - I’ll certainly be buying more.
3.8 Hazy orange, white froth. Piney aroma, rubber and onion. Piney flavour, fruity with some caramel. Sweetish with a hint of vanilla. Malty, juicy finish. Nice and very drinkable.
3.6 Can. Sweet tropical fruit aroma with notes of grapefruit citrus and some pine resiny hops. Pours clear golden amber colored with a large tan head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with tropical fruit hop sweetness with a bit of grapefruit hops and acidity in the background. Finishes very dry with grapefruit hops flavors and sharp pine resiny hop bitterness. Pretty nice, but the finish is a bit harsh.
2.3 12 oz can, dated 10/23/17 (best by?). Pours slightly hazy copper orange with a medium rocky white head that retains fairly well and laces the glass. The aroma is subdued malty stinky hops. The flavor is sweet caramel biscuit malt with a little off candied fruit and some harsh stinky hops that have a lot of bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation. Overall, didn’t really care for this one.
3.8 Can @Trolden Ølfestival. Pours deep hazy orange yellow with a small, creamy white head. Aroma has oranges, grapefruit, citrus, soft malty. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, doughy, citrus, grapefruit, solid piney hops, light peach. A slight vanilla touch. Good finishing bitterness.
3.6 12 oz via can at Red Rocks. Resinous hops, pine, floral notes and toasted malt. Similar flavor, adding moderate hop bitterness and a light grainy sweetness. Medium body with a light dry finish. Good.
3.7 Bottle poured into Spiegelau IPA Glass. Pours slightly hazy orange with quickly vanishing white head. Nose resinous, piny hops, wet hopcones. Taste intense bitter resin, pinetree, some tropical to floral hints. Finish is long lasting bitter pine...
3.2 Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok.
