Hornbeer Framboise
Danish: Dette er en syrlig frugtøl brygget på hindbær. Dette er den forfriskende øl, der kan bruges som velkomstdrink eller ved andre festlige lejligheder. Framboise skal serves kold – gerne fra køleskabet ved 5-7 grader. Skænk den op i et vinglas, gerne lidt voldsomt, så der kan danne sig en flot pink skumkrone oven på den flotte rødfarvede øl. Framboise er øl brygget på malt og humle, men mange vil synes, at den kan minde om vin. Framboise er let sødlig og med en god markant syrlighed.

Hat durchaus Anleihen eines Lambics mit einer feinen Säure, die zwar schnalzen lösst, es aber in sich selbst nicht übertreibt. Leichte Noten von Himbeeren, etwas Essig und einer leichten Brotigkeit. Trocken am Gaumen, dabei erfrischend und belebend. Fein.
Sampled at S & B Convention in Bochum. The beer has got a hazy light pink colour with an airy head and medium body. Aroma of fresh raspberries and acid. Taste of light unripe raspberries, sourness and flowers. Sour finish. Absolutely delicious and tasty.
Rotliches Bier mit einer geringen leicht pinken Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig säuerlich, Himbeeren. Geschmack ziemlich sauer, reife Himbeeren, lecker!
Süß säuerlicher, etwas herber Antrunk. Mild fruchtig, süffig, intensiv. Rundes Gesamtpaket. 8/10/10/10//10
Sourish fruity. Fresh with great sourish but a bit too intense in fruit. Sourish. Great and round. Fresh strawberry, but too much sirup.
Deep red colour, white head. Fruity aroma, raspberries, raspberry jam. Somewhat sour flavour, raspberries, citric acid. Finish lemon, sour raspberries.

September 6, 2014 - on draught at Craft Clerkenwell. Deep red pour, pinkish white lasting foamy head. Smells like raspberry tart - all sweet fruit with a hint of lactic sourness - especially in the taste - simple, lightly acidic, heck you could make jelly out of this. I liked it.
Barwa czerwona w kierunku wiśniowej, piana bardzo szybko opada do zera. Aromat kwaśny, maślankowy czerwonych owoców z przewagą wiśni. Smak bardzo kwaśy, z czerwonymi owocami - wiśniami, malinammi i truskawkami.

Bottle, bb 20.03.2018. Pours red, hazy, with pinkish head. Aromas of raspberries, acidity, and something strange, like rice cakes. Taste: medium sour, raspberry. I can’t feel wild notes typical for lambic. Light bodied, very drinkable and refreshing.
Cloudy dark red with no head. Fruity and sour tones. Fruit, acidic and sour. Medium body with a nice sour fruit finish.
Tap at Bishops Arms, Helsingborg. Pours wine red with a small pinkish head. Small aroma with some sour acidic tones of raspberries. Taste is both sweet and a bit sour with a taste of berries. Palate is thin and very drinkable. Overall a nice and fresh beer, no blockbuster but worth a try.
Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy reddish brown with a thin broken light pink head. The aroma is tart red berry fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet, light sour with a crisp dry acid citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
Draft at Fermentoren. Pours cloudy red with a pink head. Aroma of tart strawberry, red berries and a little yoghurt. Flavor is light sweet and heavy acidic. Light bodied with light carbonation. Too acidic
Light framboise aroma with strawberry hints. Appear Brown red, with a frothy White head. Taste medium sour light sweet, average carbonation, light sour finish
dark red, cloudy color, off-white head. smells grainy, burned grains, bread, kinda weird smell for a framboise. full body, tastes raspberrry, some grains, very light sour, kinda weird fruity / grainy sour finish. OKish, weird smell.

Red body, with a small white head.
Sour, tart aroma of raspberries, earth, funk, some cooked vegetables.
Taste follows this, with an even sharper profile.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes sour-fruity, tart.
Not bad, but too unbalanced in my opinion. The very dominant tartness don’t leave much room for other notes. The nose has some lovely raspberry notes though.
Pink colur with poor white head. In aroma there tons of fruits - raspberries, berries and some belgian notes. Sweet and sour taste of fruits. Very refreshing.
Bottle. Red amber Body with pink head. Aroma is rasberry with with some sourness. Taste is sour rasberies. Aftertaste is also sour and fruity. Nice one.

Aroma: Deep sent of raspberries
Apperance: Clear red, with pink foam - lots of bubbles almost like champagne.
Taste: raspberries balanced with some sourness.
Palate: Medium body, medium to high carbonation.
Bottle. Hazy ruby color. The aroma has notes of fresh raspberries and not much else. The taste is in initially dry bitter raspberries, with some malty notes then nice fruity sour raspberry notes and some lactic acid and vinegar notes in the finish. Leaves a lingering fruity sour aftertaste. Quite nice for a Danish made framboise.

Rødbrun uklar med brunrosa skum. Lukter sure bringebær med litt malt i bakgrunnen. Smaker surt syrlige bær mot bæreddik. Syrlig ettersmak som sitter lenge.
