Piana biała, koloru białego, powoli się redukowała, złożona z drobnych i średnich pęcherzy, lekko szyła na szkle. Trunek jest przejrzysty, o barwie ciemnego złota. W zapachu czuć kukurydzę, do tego głównie słody, razowy chleb, lekkie nachmielenie. W smaku idzie tą kukurydzą, głównie rządzą słody, na podniebieniu lekka goryczka, poza tym piwo lekko ściąga na podniebieniu. Nie jest to mój faworyt wśród tego stylu.
500 ml bottle. Clear dark golden, small head. Hay, malt, lemon, a bit grass, some metal and caramel. Light dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, low carbonated, dry finish. Okay.
500 ml bottle at home, bb. 30.11.2019. Pours a nearly clear golden with an unstable white head. The aroma is lightly malty and lightly yeasty with dried fruits, dried apples some pear, sweet grains, bread and biscuit, hints of butter. Medium body with a soft carbonation, a light sweetness and a very light bitterness. The flavor starts with sweetish malt, sweet grains, biscuit, less dried fruits than in the aroma and faint notes of earthy hops, notable citric notes. Finishes with a very light hoppy bitterness. Good drinkability

The Aromas are pretty flat.
It wasnt the freshest bottle but still well within their BBD.

Appearance: pours clear amber with ok soapy off-white head and lacing. aroma/taste: barley, bread, caramel, light liquorice, light oak and floral notes. palette: medium malty aroma, average carbonation, medium body, medium sweetness, somewhat balanced by a light to medium bitterness, average duration and an oily texture. Overall: ok kellerbeer
Bursztynowe, klarowne, piana szybko zanika. Aromat slodowy, nieco cytrusow. Smak meladoinynowy, slodowy. Slabo chmielone, raczej slodkie. Cialo srednie, nisko nasycona. Pijalne, fajne ale dosc jednowymiarowe.
7 oz pour shared at Snallygaster 2018. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of malt, citrus, wheat. Tastes of malt, citrus, wheat. Medium body with a dry finish.

Medium body, almost thick palate, cereals and bread
Clear darker golden with no real head. Aroma is grassy hops some dusty caramel and old wood, some copper, moss, humid forest floor. Taste is sweet malty caramel, pretty juicy. Only in the finish some hoppy bitterness. Very drinkable though. Soft on the tongue but not watery. Carbonated but smoooooth. Chewy as well. Good one. Aroma was a bit strange but at least this one has character!
Bottle at Café Abseits, Bamberg. Rich grainy malt structure with caramel, dark bread, hay, and soft notes of hops. Flavour is a bit sweetish and bitter, body is medium. Quite a smooth and balanced Keller. Lovely.
Bottle at Akkurat. Pale golden with a creamy, white head. Grassy, malty with dough, light citrus. A slight hint of cardboard. Very well made, but not as balanced and interesting as the top ones.
Holzfass. Sweet and malty checked only by a light, earthy-dusty bitterness. Diacetyl adds some buttery richness. Flabby as hell, yet tasty.

Golden, clear body, with a moderate, dissipating, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of sweet yellow fruits, bread, grains, flowers, hay, honey.
Tastes quite similar, while a bit lighter, with a slight dryness to it.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, a bit sweet, hoppy, herbal, grassy, floral, bready, slight honey.
Very nice. Quaffable and rich, with lovely grainy and bready notes throughout. Especially the nose has a lot of character. Great, accomplished Lager.
Das Kellerbier der Brauerei Hummel aus Merkendorf, Oberfranken. Typisches Hummel Etikett mit den drei Kronen, fränkisch gut. Dunkelgold im Glas, der Schaum ist relativ schnell weg. Der Antrunk ist röstig, bittere Röstmalznoten dominieren den Körper. Im Abgang hallt die Hopfenbittere gut nach. Süffig, es ist fast keine Kohlensäure enthalten. Trinkbar, allerdings gehts besser.
Dark golden fading into orange. Almost perfectly transparent. About one and a half finger of head, decent retention and some lacing. Aroma is light hay, honey, flowery (mostly sweetly flowery, like maybe chamomile) and slightest grassy. Taste follows the aroma closely, with a light grainy base, dominant malt sweetness (honey, chamomile) and just a hint of grass that brings enough balance. Light bodied with low to medium carbonation, easy but still not too watery, just enough gentle crispness in delicate mouthfeel. Overall probably less 'rustic' than your usual franconian keller, but perfectly clean and very enjoyable. Nice one.

Aroma; malt, smoke, metal, sulphur, weed, crystal, grain, minerals. Look; off white head on deep golden beer in stein. Taste; brown malts, cream, tar, peat, plum, almond, leaves, field - finishes on the malt. Feel; normal body, a bit dry, soft co2. Overall; nice taste, not so nice aroma. Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Pours clear copper with a decent head. Aroma is light hay and straw, decent and inoffensive. Body is rather light, softly sweet, with a lively carbonation and a smooth texture. Very pleasant overall, with low profiles but very round. Balanced. Good!
Frisch vom Hahn auf dem Höhnkeller im Memmelsdorf. Ordentlich für ein Sommerbier. Im Nachtrunk etwas seifig.
Bottle courtesy of Astrid K. Il gusto al naso arriva all’orzo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. L’aspetto del liquido è limpido. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca depositano intuizioni di cereali.

Couleur doré soutenu, à la clarté brillante.
Bulles moyennes, partout, peu nombreuses.
Mousse blanc cassé qui tombe vite, stable à 1 mm.
Arômes de malt grillé, babeurre, pointe de malt à whisky.
1ère bouche veloutée, à la belle entame malt grillé/houblon.
Arrière-bouche très délicate, avec des noisettes.
2ème où babeurre et malt à whisky viennent en bouche.
Arrière-bouche longue.
3ème assez fruitée, très agréable.
Arrière-bouche qui prolonge cette impression.
Longueur qui devient plus mince, moins distinguée.
Jambes lisses.
Levure correcte.
Alcool inefficace sur la longueur, qu’il ne maîtrise pas.
Finale faible.
CONCLUSION : une bière qui donne quelques illusions sur les 1ères bouches, puis tout s’efface...

Bottle at Café Abseits. I will copy the phrase "served in a Stein, but let’s assume it was hazy golden" - in any case, the head was comparably small. Also, you shouldn't use the word "Stein", rather "Steinkrug" or "ceramic mug". Aroma is juicy malts, bready, a bit herbal. Taste is juicy fruits, bready, super smooth, with lots of Lachgummi. Soft oily mouthfeel. Extremely drinkable. Great Franconian standard. 7-3-7-4-16
Holzfass at Sandkerwa 2018. Damn, this is just the logical continuation of the bottle. So juicy, so much Lachgummi, so drinkable. Wowza!
500ml Bottle - A rich golden/light amber in colour with a white head. Bready aroma with hints of citrus and nuts. Malty, bready and slightly sweet taste with biscuity notes and hints of sultanas.
Goldgelb und und klar im Glas, mit kurzlebiger Krone! Malziger und würziger Geschmack, mit leichten Hopfennoten im Abgang.
Bottle from Hopfen & Malz - slightly hazy golden coor, small white head. taste is grainy, malty, sweetish (but not too much), bit parfumed. carbo a bit harsh. okay.
Cask @ Ma Che Siete, Roma. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grain, bread, butter, malt, hops and has a nice smooth bready finish.
At Akkurat Franken-festival in Stockholm. Hazy golden beer with a nice lasting offwhite head. Great malty bready aroma, slightly fruity, some biscuits. Malty bready flavor, fruity, some hops. Creamy texture. Solid as hell.
