Iki is japanese for life and let you enjoy it. iki beer is a nice, fresh and thirst quenching beer. Brewed with Japanese green tea (Sencha) and Yuzu citrus fruit. The special brew method keeps the healthy aspects of this beer maintained.

2.5 Bottle. Golden with a white head. Tart yuzu aroma with some straw and green tea notes. Flavour is malty sweet with just a hint of citrussy fruits. Nothing going on much else.

3.3 Mooi gele kleur, schuim trekt redelijk snel weg. Ik rook en proefde bijna geen citrus. Wel lekker verfrissend op een warme dag.

1.9 33 cl bottle served in Riedel standard wine glass. It pours slightly hazy dark golden with a low-lasting snow-white head. Aroma is very subtle: cereal, coffee, maybe a touch of citrus. Or maybe not. Crisp, full-bodied, otherwise quite flavorless. Nice body and thirst-quenching, otherwise pretty forgetable.

2.5 Kolor złoty, lekko opalizujący. Piana biała, średnio wysoka, dość szybko redukuje się do niewielkiego kożucha. Aromat delikatnie słodowy z nutami herbaciano trawiastymi i lekko "cytrynowymi". Te ostatnie to jednak coś innego niż cytryna, być może to właśnie yuzu. W smaku jest podobnie, słodkawa słodowość, trochę akcentów kwaskowych, tutaj cytrynowych, nieco nut herbacianych i trawiastych. Jest lepiej niż w aromacie ale brakuje mocy. Wysycenie średnio niskie. Treściwość zdecydowanie niska.

1.5 330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, faint golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Weak, slightly musty, herbal and minimally fruity aroma, a leafy touch of green tea, yuzu in homoeopathic dosis at best. Taste is flat, strawy, leafy, minimally fruity, a touch of green tea, more imagined then actually present, minimally tart-ish yuzu aspects. Flat, watery, expressionless.

3.1 Bottle 33cl. Purchased at Amazing Orient Asian supermarket Ypenburg The Netherlands. Nice cloudy beer. like a tough of cotton candy but obviously not as sweet. A nice sweet citrus like flavour with a good finish. Good foam and good texture.

2.8 Butelka. Wygląd - barwa złota, zamglone, z niewielką pianą. Aromat - mokra pszenica, słodowość, jest pewna owocowość, ale czy to yuzu, to nie wiem. Smak - raczej słodkie, słodowe, z lekka kwaśnością na finiszu, lekkie, nasycenie średnie.

3.2 Hazy golden. Aroma is I guess yuzu, some grain, some starchy toast. Taste is sweet lime with some mealy texture, I guess yuzu again. BIt cardboardy later. Ok.

3.1 Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is just a bit yuzu, pale malts, some yeast. Taste is a touch of yuzu, pale malts, almost a bit cardboard. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fun!

2.5 From a Japanese shop in Vienna. Light amber, cloudy, vegetable spicy sour aroma. Citrusy veg flavor, light citrus, little green tea identifiable. Interesting one.

2.8 Bottle, hazy golden, low off-white head. Moppy oxidized nose, medium light mellow body, grain, a hint paper, tiny bit, a bit citrus, a bit meh.

2.9 33cl bottle at Yume Ramen, Rimini, Italy. Pours blonde with white foam. Aroma is delicate cereal, vegetable (tea leaf). Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is delicate, borderline bland. Moderate sweetness, not much else. Finish is fairly weak.

2.7 Bottle. It pours bit hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma is spicy and citrusy. Light herbal notes. Malty notes. The flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light bitter.

2.2 Birra dorata con schiuma bianca grossolana e persistente. Al naso non rilascia grandi sensazioni..sembra quasi una lager. In bocca invece sentori fruttati e te verde. Di piacevole bevuta

3.1 Cloudy yellow beer with a white head. Light to medium sour, light bitter. Refreshing. Not much green tea taste, though.

3.0 Strange beer. The Sencha greentea aroma is recognizable, as well as some citrus fruit due to the Yuzu. The taste is refreshing, however it doesn't last long; tea is not predominant, it is in balance with hops and malt. It is recognisable as a beer, but as different beer. Misty, pale yellow beer with white collar. Fresh aroma, slightly grassy, nice citrus. Slightly Sweet. Drinks easily, but not very memorable. ---- Apart biertje. In het aroma is redelijk de groene Sencha thee te herkennen, evenals de Yuzu door het frisse citruskarakter. De smaak is fris maar heeft weinig lengte; thee overheerst niet te sterk mijns inziens t.o.v. hop en mout. Het is een onderscheidend bier. Een redelijk nevelig, bleekgeel bier met witte kraag. Fris aroma, iets grassig. Licht zoetje in het bier. Drinkt lekker weg, maar voor mij niet bijzonder memorabel.

2.8 I found a bottle @ home which was 4+ years past the BBE date, I though of just drainpouring it, but I thought I might as well quickly tick it. Mostly clear golden color. Firm dense white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma's of sweet'n'sour tropical fruit, but also a bit oxidation. Retronasal the oxidation is more profound with raisins and light cardboard. Flavor is light sweet, a bit perfumey fruit. Light bodied. Short finish. Obviously it would need a fresh bottle for a decent review, but I don't know whether that's ever gonna happen.

2.9 03/11/2018 - 33cl bottle @Nagomi restaurant, Kortrijk. Cloudy golden, medium white head. Nose & taste is malty, bit tea, hint of lemone, bit yeast. OK as a thirstquencher but nothing more.

1.4 Aucun intérêt pour cette bière qui n’a ni goût ni mousse. Un couleur dorée qui fait penser à la bière industrielle filtrée. Un nez vaguement végétal. Pourtant annoncée comme une bière à fermentation haute, elle ressemble plus à une lager industrielle insipide. Quand au thé vert et au yuzu, on le cherche encore ! Mauvais, et à la limite de l’arnaque concernant les goûts annoncés.
