A pleasant and very drinkable tripel, herbal, very smooth, malty and sweet. Like the other beers from this beer very smooth and easy-drinking whilst not being very intense in flavour. But a nice herbal, floral and malty tripel.
Merci à Vincent pour la découverte ! La conception d'une Triple par les allemands peut être déconcertante. Nous sommes ici sur un mélange qui peut s'apparenter à une alliance entre du vin blanc et une triple. Le résultat est troublant. Pas réellement mauvais, pas réellement bon...le visuel est sur un blond paille très légèrement voilé avec une fine couche de mousse. Au nez c'est le vin blanc qui domine, avec une légère acidité citronnée accompagnée de coriandre et de pomme. Particulier comme alliance. On retrouve cette légère acidité sur l'attaque avec ces arômes de vin blanc mais également une base maltée qui s'approche d'une triple où la levure et les épices (coriandre, et girofle) s'expriment avec des arômes de pomme. En seconde bouche, l'alcool, à 9,5 % se fait un peu plus ressentir, mais pas à son niveau et manquant de tonus. L’arrière-bouche s'empâte quant à elle sur la douceur. Le final, d'une longueur correcte (tout comme la corpulence) se rapproche davantage d'une triple, mais sans inspiration. Je ne sais pas dire si c'est le vin blanc ou la triple que l'on a gâché...
Wednesday, November 18, 2020. Bottle, 33cL. 9.5%. Purchase ("Aux délices du houblon", Annecy (74), FR). Home. A sparkling golden clear beer with a big white foamy head ; good retention and lacing. Biscuit-dough, herb, fruits (citrus). Medium dry refreshng bitter, light round sweet, quite gourmet, warming cosy atmosphere, acid touch. Good rising body, smooth texture, average gaseous, biscuity dough round dry bitter finish. Overall, great, delicious :) I understand someone would find it too "rough" or messy but I really liked it.

Insgesamt recht ordentliches wenn auch unspektakuläres Triple. Könnte gerne etwas ausdifferenziertet sein, so aber neben den üblichen Noten von Rosinen und Feigen, sehr bekömmlich.
Thuis uit een flesje. Prachtig verpakt natuurlijk, het flesje. Bleek gouden kleur, weinig schuim. Aroma beetje chemisch, alcohol. Smaak ook wat ondefinieerbaar. Matige tripel.
Goud/lichtgeel bier met een witte volle schuimkraag, die snel weg trekt. Fruitig: citrus en een beetje sinaasappel en kruidig. Koriander en wat peper. Vooral zoetig qua smaak met een aparte (chemische) nasmaak.
Sehr helle, leicht trübe Farbe. Schmeckt stark nach Sekt und Wein. Auch Spuren von Martini Bianco Wermut finden sich. Für ein Bier mit diesem extremen Alkoholgehalt (9,5 %) nicht zu geschmacksintesiv. Irgendwo schon ganz interessant. Bei Zutaten wie Traubenzucker und Gewürze frage ich mich aber, ob das noch viel mit Bier zu tun hat.
Zacht en volle tripel. Citroen, frambozen en zelfs tonen van peper maken dit geen doorsnee tripel. Daarnaast ook sterk alcoholisch.
Bottle at the brewery. Clear pale gold. White head.
Aroma is white wine, pear, sweet herbs, anise. Well-masked alcohol.
Compared to other Triples, this one is drier and not as estery.

Bottle from Sterk Amsterdam. Brown sugar, banana, malt, some spice, but all a bit blasted by the alcohol. OK.
Lekker biertje, makkelijk weg te drinken
from a bottle poured a clear golden-amber with 1cm of bright white open foam that retained very well and laced poorly. carbonation initially high, lively and medium to coarse but decreases quickly to low, slow and medium to coarse. Aroma slightly of spices/yeast with hints of malt and white wine and possibly sweet banana; alcohol well hidden. Taste moderately of yeasty spices (pepper, herbs) and white wine-like notes plus hints of citrus and sweet banana that gives quite a sweet after-taste; well balanced; no real bitterness; alcohol well hidden. Light body. Smooth, crisp and clean with a shorty finish. Different to the Belgian style.
Piana biała, jednolita z drobnych pęcherzy, szyła na szkle, powoli się redukowała. Kolor żółty, trunek lekko zamglony. Aromat pierwsze wrażenie tani szampan, potem owoce, agrest, cytryna, trochę wyłazi alkohol. Smak znów skojarzenie z szampanem, owocami, do tego słód, piwo lekko szczypie w podniebienie, alkohol znów słabo ukryty. Wali po deklu, ale raczej takie sobie.
Endnu en lækker tysk verison af en belgisk klassiker, denne gang en tripel. Lys og vildt hazy uden hoved, ligner lidt most. Aromaen er overraskende pineapple, og så kan man nærmest smage gæren i form af dej og bagt brød. Alkoholprocenten er til at føle og smage ligeså. En hamrende æstetisk balance, med en full body, medium carbonation.
Robe blond clair, presque paille, à peine voilée, très grosse mousse épaisse, très tenace, genre blanc d'oeuf, très belle carbo. Nez légèrement citronné, on est sur qq chose de semblable à la karmeliet. En bouche, on a du citronné aussi (beaucoup même), c'est assez agréable, fruité, on sent pas mal l'alcool toutefois, même si c'est pas dérangeant.
Blonde avec une belle mousse très aérienne bue à l'occasion de la Saint Sylvestre 2019.
Paper-wrapped bottle from Metro. Lemon Amber color with nice fine head. Noise is spicy, fruity, with yeast aromatics. Very sweet/bready on the tongue with a lot of yeast esters, first reminds me of a Belgian beer but then not enough complexity on the back end. Pretty thin power (and null aftertaste) for that much sweetness and alcohol, which kills there palate. It needs something more. Ok but doesn't nearly live up to the hype on the wrapper.
Citro smell, balanced taste, colourful like a weizn, remindes of an nordic ale taste/normannentrunk, 9.5 youd never knew
Pours with a clear gold body and a bid dense white head. Aroma taste of bread crust, spices (coriander seed) and a touch of higher alcohols. Medium bodied with a warm alcoholic finish. Moderate carbonation.
0.33 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann', best before July 2021. Minimally hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, nutmeg and a bit of vanilla. Gently sweet, slightly bitter, quite fruity-floral, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly grassy taste of vanilla, lemon peel, gooseberry, nutmeg and some clove, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, rather yeasty-spicy, spritzy and grassy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Fairly well-balanced, spritzy and far from cloying Tripel, actually one of the best Tripels I've ever had. It seems that the beers from Rügen have been improved a lot compared to the first batches.
Dark Yellow beer with a slight haze and a touch of pink. big frothy head that does not last very long. The beer is sweet and boozy with a quite stron orang and orange peel taste. Also som Coriander and probably a few more spices and herbs, unusual for beer. A nice beer but the aftertaste lacks the kick to make it a great beer.
Stevige licht kruidige bloemige/fruitige zoete alcoholische tripel. Gemiddelde bitter, vrij droog en sterk van smaak. Waar de zoete gegiste mout met alcohol een grote rol speelt. Moutige geurend. Wazig geel met witte schuimkraag. Op het etiket staat dat ze in Londen in 2016 een gouden medaille hebben gewonnen..... Ben bang dat die competitie of waarschijnlijker de jury niet veel voor stelt.... Staat wel leuk op de fles maar als consument wordt je gewoon belazerd. Je hoeft me niet te geloven maar kijk dan naar de gemiddelde rating op RB en trek je eigen conclusies.... Proefglas

Poured light but a bit murky. My kind of beer. Complex with light notes, boozy, but in a very pleasant way.
Bottle imported by mum and dad and shared with JMD at HNB 05.07.19. Dark hay colour. Bright white head. Fruity aroma and taste of papaya, wheat, Belgian yeast, honey and hints of spices. Medium bitterness.
0,33 flaske fra Ovesen sr., delt med medbryggeren etter endt dyst i Holmen Nanobryggeri juli-19: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Krydder, citrus, honning og hint av hvete. Gled sorgløst over ganen, selv om den var litt endimensjonal.

Aromat średnio intensywny, białe pieczywo, słodkie, cukierkowe żółte owoce i nuty przyprawowe.
W smaku lekka słodycz, guma balonowa, przyprawy pieprzowe i cytrynowe landrynki. Finisz cierpki, lekko alkoholowy.
Achetée en Allemagne. Bière dorée. Nez réglisse. Bouche ronde au goût réglisse anis.
Cool bottle, not obvious what's Baltic about it. Clear gold with a fine white head. Aroma of dough, herbs, oranges, some unexpected licorice and anise. Full bodied, slightly boozy, moderate carbonation. Sweet and fairly boozy with oranges and bitter herbs towards an end that dries out OK. Pretty good.
