3.3 Flaska köpt av vän i Tyskland. Bärnstensfärgad med extremt mycket fluffigt vitt skum. Barr, karamell och bröd i doft och smak.
3.5 0,33l Flasche. Trüb dunkelgelbes Bier mit cremigem Schaum. Blumig-fruchtiger Hopfen. Aprikose, Hefe, Joghurt. Runder weicher Hopfenantrunk. Getrocknete Aprikose, etwas Hefe.

Niestety w tle odrobina rozpuszczalnika. Smak wytrawny, goryczka zdecydowanie grapefruitowa. Wysycenie wysokie do średniego.
Note di lavanda e pino. Corpo medio-alto e finale leggermente secco. Ottima birra con note davvero peculiari!
3.3 (330ml bottle, berlin. 08 Oct 2021) AROMA: moderate hops, some malt, spice, herbs, leaves, above average APPEARANCE: hazy brown amber, rich thick head TASTE: moderate malt, some dried fruit, pine needles, rosemary, some wood, vanilla/cream PALATE: medium body, smooth, medium light bitterness, balanced OVERALL: an easy double ipa so very drinkable, some unique fruit and pine /herb notes, solid but not great
4.2 Hazy golden/amber with a thick off-white head. Mild hoppy aroma. Taste is mild hops, sweet grain, a very gentle bitterness. Elegant!
4.1 Herb-Holzige note, leichter Abgang. Sehr lecker!
3.0 330ml Bottle from REWE Supermarket, Saarburg, Germany. Hazy golden coloured with a massive white head of foam. It has a smooth, warming spicy fruity flavour with a gentle fruity finish. Only ok for the ABV.
3.6 330 ml paper-wrapped bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 7.5%. Slightly hazy deep golden to orange colour, large white head. Intense aroma of fruity hops, but not citric / tropical, more of dark fruits and berries, also distinct sprucetips and pine needles. Yeasty notes too. The flavour is not very sweet, but has some hints of orange marmalade, also sprucetips and pine needles. Moderate bitterness, fairly well balanced.
3.0 Cloudy pale yellow. Fine foam. Nose of spices and earth. Slightly sour start, citrus, acid and pineapple notes. Slight high carbonization, medium body and dry finish.
3.1 Schaum: feinporig Farbe: Bernstein Geruch: leicht muffig Geschmack: Kräuter, Gewürze am Ende bitter. Den Alkohol Gehalt schmeckt man nicht.
3.4 17-05-2021; bottle; at the Swedish house (bought somewhere in Germany). The looks of the beer are nice. It is a nice amber colored beer, with a slight haziness. On top of the beer there is a nice layer of soft white foam. Foam retention is low and only a minimal drape is left on top of the beer. Nice lacing is left on the glass. Looks good. The beer has some nice aromas. Mats are pretty simple, they give some biscuity notes, but not too much. Hops are nice. They give zest, mainly lime and some orange. There is a nice touch of grapefruit too. Some pineapple in the back. There is some pine and resin in there too. There is also a slightly weird sweet aroma, reminding me of tropical fruit chewing gum. Weird link, but it is what it is. It doesn't quite fit in there. Yeast gives some banana notes and some spice. All in all, not bad. But it isn't quit as full as some DIPA's can be. The taste is nice too, but also not as intense as I'd hope (maybe the problem lays with me, not the beer). The malts are sweet and alcohol chimes in with some additional sweetness. The hops are bitter and come with an acidity too. The weird aroma reminding me of gum has a slightly astringent bitterness to it, that throws the beer just a little bit off balance. It isn't completely off balance, but it could have been just a bit better. The beer does fine a pleasant mouthfeel. Medium body and smooth texture. Carbonation is medium. The finish of the beer is filled with some pine and pineapple hops and quite a hop bitterness. It is a pleasant bitterness luckily. All in all, it is a nice beer!
3.4 Bottle shared in London - huge thanks to Tipple. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The flavour holds bready pale malts, ripening citrus fruits, modest piney hops. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with further light pine, sugary citrus vibes. Not bad overall.
3.2 Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light spice, fruit, citrus, light pine. Flavor is light bitter, malt, spice, fruit, light pine. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 141020
3.3 Bottle which travelled around the Europe before covid crisis. Pours clear amber with medium head. Aroma is resin, spruce, fruity, some old mango, rotten tangerines, some spices, a bit grass. Taste is creamy, fat, tropical fruits, melon, some tangerine, spruce, fruity sweetness, oily muffins, some light grass. Nice beer!
3.0 330ml Flasche. Dunkelgolden mit leichter Trübung und kleiner Schaumkrone. Würzig. Aroma von Nelken. Eher leichter Körper. Süßlicher, malziger Abgang.
3.6 A nice beer but not a double IPA to me. Golden beer with a nice head. It has some IPA characteristics but also some Tripel characteristics. Enjoyable but a bit thin.
3.3 Fles 33cl thuis. Fruitig, wat tropisch fruit, droog, bittertonen, redelijk zacht, wat zoeten. (28-8-2020).
2.2 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a dense and lacing off-white head. Somewhat soapy hop aroma. Solid malty body, but also yeasty, medicinal and slightly metallic. And again these soap or winegum notes. The bitterness is rather subdued. Poor for the style. 230720
3.0 From a bottle poured a clouded orange-amber with 5mm of off-white dense foam that retrained very well and laced OK. carbonation high, lively and fine to medium. Aroma subtly of semi-sweet citrus (orange, tangerine) and caramel with earthy tones; alcohol well hidden. Taste of moderately strong citrus (orange) and tropical fruits (sweet pineapple) plus lesser sweet caramel and earthy hints; finished quite sweet; alcohol well hidden; no real bitterness, way too low for an IPA (or even a pale ale). Light to medium body. Smooth, crisp and with a slightly resinous mouthfeel and a short finish.
3.3 Cloudy orange unstable soapy head. Aroma: spicy herbs, some fresh ground black pepper and may be other spices. Moderate spicy bitterness with low fruity sweetness. Flavour: spicy and grassy hops, some candied fruits, some sweet malt. That spiciness seems to be excessive and weird with first sips, but become more convenience with next. Not so bad however.
3.0 Bottle from Real in St. Georg - brown color, small beige head. bitter, malty, low fruitness. a rather english style ipa. quite sweet, added sugar. not really convincing.
3.0 Bitter, fruchtiger Geschmack. Insbesondere Grapefruit.
2.8 This beer pours a nice hazy goldenisch-orangisch with a whit head that disappeared rather fast and required quite a strong pour to appear. The tate is not that strong with a rather bitter aftertaste. Citrus taste is limited. There are better double IPAs out there.
3.6 Fragile but persistent foam. Aroma is a little caramel and a little fruit. Initially, the taste is slightly caramelized, but quickly turns to a good hop flavor where pineapple, passion fruit, apricot, grape and bitter orange peel can be tasted. It has a lovely fullness with great notes of the aforementioned fruits. Lovely DIPA with elegant notes.
