Excellente IPA, notes florales et agrumes, belle amertume, et un côté « fermier » authentique.
hazy orange colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of citruses, dill, lemongrass, herbal and lemon zesty notes; taste is dominated by intensive hoppy and quinine-like bitterness with citrusy and dill notes; a bit unbalanced, but otherwise ok
Hazy amber with an off-white head. Beautiful hoppy aroma, almost floral. Taste is an elegant bkend of hoppy bitterness and caramel. Good.
O bere cu foarte mult hamei cu note de rășini și muguri de pin, puțin note ierboase, conferindu-i, astfel, o amăreală pe măsură - concentrat de ace și muguri de pin diluat cu puțină bere. E foarte amară!
Aromă destul de intensă, cu mult hamei cu note de rășini, muguri de pin, ușor hamei ierbos, coajă de grapefruit, puțină caramelă și malț pe fundal. Gust cu o amăreală pe măsura intensității hameiului din aromă - intensă spre foarte, notele rășinoase conferind senzație de un extract concentrat din ace și muguri de pin, ușor spre eucalipt; pe fundal ușoară dulceață de fructe galbene și citrice, puțină caramelă.

Aroma: Moderat Malzig, Zitrus, Pfirsich, Ananas, etwas Karamell.
Geschmack: Mittlere Süße, Pfirsich, Ananas, Karamell. Leicht würzig.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orangey w a medium off-white head, some lacings. Aroma medium hoppy (citrus, tropical fruity, spicy, herbal) and malty. Flavor medium bitter, light fruity, spicy, sweet, ending bitter, long lasting. Medium body, average carbonated.
Bottle. Hazy dark amber colour with a medium creamy slightly off-white head, nose is citric, spicy, soapy and winey with notes of coconut, grapefruit and vegetables, taste is dry, tart and soapy with a quite bitter finish.
33 cl fles. Licht wazig oranje kleurig bier met grote wand klevende crème kleurige schuimkraag. Geur: geparfumeerd, floraal, kruidig, verse dille, fruitig, grassig, citrus. Smaak: licht zoet, fruitig, perzik, citrus, licht hopbitter. Volmondig, romig. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht hopbitter. Zachte ... IPA?
Bottle.Dark golden colour with no head.Aroma of hops and malt hint of marzipan and malt light sweet finish.
Piana typu kożuch, zwarta, jasno ciemno biała, pozostała dość długo, szyła na szkle, uległa redukcji do drobnej warstwy na powierzchni. Kolor ciemno pomarańczowy, trunek mętny. Aromat typowy dla Sorachi sporo cytrusów, czyli cytryny, ale chyba z czasem zdecydowanie swoje do powiedzenia ma tropik w postaci kokosu, do tego słody, karmel i na koniec z lekka stęchła piwnica, która tak od połowy degustacji mocno daje po nosie. Smak jest sporo goryczki, którą kontruje zarówno posmak kokosowy, jak i słód, w tle mamy jeszcze karmel, lekko zioła czy igliwie, z czasem robi się jednak mocno bezbarwnie i jednostajnie. Piwo rokuje na początku, by później zdecydowanie obniżyć loty i wrażenia, wraz z końcową oceną.

Une "IPA" de couleur ambrée avec une mousse blanche et dense et une carbonatation modérée.
Au nez, ça donne l'impression d'être au milieu d'un forêt de pins fraîchement abattus avec une pointe de coco.
En bouche, l'attaque est maltée avec des notes de caramel avant que "la forêt de pins" arrive et agresse le palais avec une sécheresse et une amertume tout aussi agressive avec une pointe de coco.
Avis: Oui c'est une IPA mais alors les houblons aromatiques ont dû être oublié... Je ne suis pas fan du Sorachi où il faut qu'il soit très bien dosé donc là, ça ne va pas m'aider à l'aimer...

Gold, schöne Krone, floral-würzige Nase, runde Hopfennoten. Lecker und rund.
An aroma of spice, white pepper and floral hops, pours a clear gold color with a thick foamy white head. Tastes like it smells, floral hop, and spice with a nice balance and a spice finish.
(NB: The label shows no info on the type of hops; and the ABV is 5.6%. This has another entry that cannot be rated).
Very hazy amber colour pour with off-white head. Aroma is strongly orange peel with a bit nasty sense of rotten fruit; bit like ear wax. Taste same; firm bitter with more intense aftertaste; citric, but also with fault tang. Sorry, not nice.
Delicious hoppy beer with a refreshing start, good for the summer. The color reminds me of a bernstein weizen. In the mid it has a dusty orange fruityness with a little metallic touch. In the end with some slight coffee aromas comin thru. Interesting!
Startet ganz nett, lockt es doch mit CoconutIslandDuft & kann sich mit sein orangehazy TraubenzuckerCarboLook auch sehen lassen. Leider wird es danach undefiniert pseudohoppy...metallisch, säuerlich & malzsüß..auf die schlechte Art 😓 0,33l Bottle...
0,33l bottle @ Vihreä Haltiatar. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is sweet malts. Flavor is sweet malts with some hops. Decent.
Pours an amber-golden with a slight haze and off white head. Malty aroma. Malty-oaky earthy flavor.

Bottle from a colleague and drunk at home. Hazy deep amber red colour thick lasting cream head. Sorachi Ace is quite subtle. some pineapple some coconut. Good ipa otherwise. decent malt good balance. very drinkable. malty but not sweet. good hops but not harsh. difficult to believe this is German. Good pineapple coconut finish.
Dill, vollmundig
Leicht trübe, goldene Farbe. Geruch ist typisch für Soraci. Kräftige Kokos-Aroma mit leichten Zitrus und Orangennoten. Für ein IPA recht wenig herb und bitter. Am Ende kommt etwas Süße durch. Aber sehr erfrischend
Poors somewhat opaque dark copper with big, lacing off-white foam head. Aroma is strong hoppy, taste modest bitter with some floral tones. (Velp 201904)

The looks of the beer are nice. The beer has an orange colour. It is nice and dark. The beer has some haziness. On top of the beer a nice thick layer of frothy orange tanned foam is formed. Foam retention is high. Looks good.
The aroma of the beer also isn't bad. It has some plain malts, with a caramel touch. The hops are ice. They come with some aromas of tea, but aisles citrus and mainly stone fruit, some lychee. It is very refreshing. Quire a nice hop profile. The fruity notes give the beer a nice tropical touch.
The taste of the beer is nice. Sweet malts, fruity hops that have a slight sour fruitiness and also hoppy bitterness. it is well balanced. It is not too strong, but quite harmonious. Nice!
The palate of the beer is also nice. Medium body, smooth texture and low carbonation. The finish is filled with delicious tropical hops aromas, filled with fruit and incense. A very good IPA in my opinion.
Bottle shared by dad. Clear amber color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, typical sorachi ace indeed, odd fruity bitterness. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Alright. 7-3-7-3-13.
Fles gedronken tijdens feest met Benzai. Licht amberkleurig bier met matig schuim. Geur is fruitig, de smaak is fruitig (pruimen en abrikozen). Nasmaak is iets bitter.
