3.6 Kräftige Farbe (übrigens mit schöner, ordentlicher Hefetrübung). Recht süßer Geruch für ein helles Weißbier. Geschmacklich auch relativ süß (aber nicht wie bei dunklen Bieren malzig-süß). Durchaus angenehm, sehr harmonisch. Die Hefe spielt beim Geschmack deutlich mit. Die Hauptrolle hat aber eine gekocht und leicht vergoren fruchtige Note. Eine säuerliche Nuance blitzt ganz kurz mal auf, auch etwas Getreide. Weich. Gute Substanz. Dass dieses Bier bis jetzt 26 DLG-Gold-Prämierungen in Folge abgeräumt hat, kann man irgendwie durchaus nachvollziehen.

3.1 Aussehen: volltrübe, dunkleres Bernstein, nicht ganz weiße cremige Krone, gut Carbonisiert Aroma: bananig, hefig süß, Weizenbrot Antrunk: säuerlich Midtrunk: leicht bananig, Abgang: brotig, Mundgefühl: vollmundig aber sanft, Fazit: gute Mischung wenn auch etwas zu voll für meinen Geschmack.

3.7 0.5 bottle. Kicsit zavaros, meghatározhatatlan szűretlen 100 százalékos baracklé szín. Címke sem valami híres. Élesztős, malátás illat, nagyon kevés gyümölcsös jeggyel. Ízre meglepően jó, kevésbé szénsavas, de előjön a tipikus bajor búza íz. Narancsos, banános, kicsit citrusos, nagyon üdítő is finom íze van. Meg kell még egyszer kóstolni. *** Slightly cloudy, indeterminate unfiltered 100 percent peach juice color. Label is not something famous either. Yeasty, malty scent with very few fruity notes. It tastes surprisingly good, less carbonated, but comes with the typical Bavarian wheat flavor. It tastes orange, banana, slightly citrusy, also very refreshing. You have to taste it again.

3.9 Аромат очень дрожжевой, при этом много бананов, много специй, гвоздика а также травянистость, даже хмелек есть, но без горячи. Цвет мутный и жирный по телу, пенка стабильная, долго держится, белая и пышная. Вкус также очень дрожжевой, даже слишком, это наверно единственный минус этого пива. А так есть бананы по текстуре как пюре, при этом самой пшеницей не очень то и много. При глотке снова волна от дрожжей. В целом хорошая и жирная пшеничка, но эти дрожжи...

3.5 500ml bottle at home, Stuttgart. Atoms is light to medium banana, light malt. Appearance is very cloudy orange with a huge, fast decreasing white foam. Taste is light bitter and very light sweet. Full body, some dryness. A bitter after taste. Good.

3.6 Pours hazy ochre yellow with a huge white rocky head. Good retention. Aroma: massive fruitiness including apples and pears, light banana, bread, background leathery phenols. Light to medium body. Average carbonation. Taste: medium dry, fairly fruity. Apples and pears dominate. Banana stands by. Spicy farmhouse-like hints. A mix of hop and subtle phenols at finish. Low bitterness. Different hefe. Good one.

4.7 getrunken vom Fass am Feuerwehrfest Perchtoldsdorf, einem Vorort im Speckgürtel von Wier, der offenbar diese als Partnergemeinde hat. Jedenfalls hat dieses Bier hier eine gewisse Tradition. Es ist ein Weizenbier, so wie ich mir es wünsche: ein traditionelles Weizenbier mit richtig schönen fruchtigen Aromen, welche nicht komisch übertrieben wirken und doch den Mund mit einer Geschmacksexplosion erfreuen. Man kann es als Strandbier als auch als vollmundiges Feierabenbier trinken. An dem soliden Bier gibt es echt nichts auszusetzen.

3.5 Chopp @ Bierstube, Aarhus. Cloudy golden, medium creamy white head. Pleasant fruity banana wheat sweet like aroma. Good palate. Flavour is great, classic Weiss bier fruity wheaty. Medium bitterness, dry like. Nice.

3.4 Pale yellow, frothy white head. Full of wheat and yeast. A bit of spice. Taste is mildly bitter, texture a bit watery, medium to light body with a dry, chalky finish. Decent.

3.5 Tight creamy white left a good cover on a hazy dark golden still body. Banana, spices, sweet floral, yeast & clove aroma. Medium bodied, tingly over the to give with soft creamy back & light clean aft. Wheat, clove, banana, sweet citrus &herbal tastes with long tangy finish.

3.5 On tap at the excellent Big Star Rockbar in Trastevere, Rome. Nice citrussy start reminding me of belgian rather than german wheat beer. Quite weak in the middle. Smooth and easy to drink. Pleasant.

2.5 Orange-gelb, starke Hefetrübung und reichlich Schaum, der alsbald zu einem dünnen Teppich zusammenfällt. Intensiv hefiger Geruch nach reifen Früchten. Dominant hefiges Aroma mit Spuren von Weizenmalz. Feinperlige Kohlensäure erzeugt ein cremiges Mundgefühl. Schwerer, sämiger Körper verhindert die sortentypische Spritzigkeit und schadet der Süffigkeit. Langer süßlich-hefiger sowie klebriger Abgang. Ganz sicher nicht "das wahrscheinlich beste Weißbier der Welt".

Pretty cloudy blond to beige beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: banana, malty, grains, sweetish impression, yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, banana, yeast, some bubble gum, malty, some caramel, bit sweet. Aftertaste: malty, some banana, somewhat sweet.

3.5 A hazy orange-brown body with a white head that settles somewhat quickly. Sweet nose with nice banana aromas and a little bit of spiciness. Sweet flavor with ripe banana and clove notes and a rather dry, somewhat tart finish with a hint of bitterness. High carbonation with small soft bubbles and medoium palate. Very nice and drinkable weizen with good balance between banana and spice, cloves.

3.8 Bottle shared with tderoeck. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Lots of banana in the aroma, sweet, estery, some light citrussy hints. Taste is banana, refreshing.

2.9 Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is bready wheat with spicy yeast, banana, and citrussy hints. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium but feels a bit weak. Drinkable Hefe but could be better.
