3.9 4세종이 특별한이유는 브렛이나 벨지안 효모의 맛이나 aroma 보다는 pale ale에 가까운 신선한 hoppy함과 bitter함이라고 생각합니다! 땀흘리고 마시기에 딱 좋아요 !

4.3 Nice malty aroma,the expected yeast bite is not too much, some spice and green hop notes. Taste is clean and smooth,no real bubblegum cloviness,a bit herbal with a refreshing hop bitterness at the end. Very nice.

3.3 Wygląd: Barwa jasnozłota z pomarańczowymi przebłyskami, klarowna z białą średniej wysokości, drobno i średnio pęcherzykową pianą , która momentalnie opada do małego pierścienia nie pozostawiając lacingu. Aromat: Na pierwszym planie estry pomarańcza i cytryna, dalej kwiatowość chmielowa z dozą fenolowej pieprzności i słodowej zbożowości. Smak: Dominują cytryna i pomarańcza uzupełnione o pieprzowość fenolową. Min. ziemistości chmielowej. Całość wsparta przez lekką zbożowość słodową. Goryczka niska pieprzowo - ziemista z podobnym finiszem z niewielką wytrawnością. Lekki alkohol, treściwość niziutka (wodnista), wysycenie średnie w stronę niskiego (bez szczypania). Data do: 08.10.18r.

3.0 Ar: Green apple, pear, and woodsy spice; a little simple syrup and cotton candy. Ap: Golden and clear; very small off-white head with low retention, leaves a sizable ring of mixed-size bubbles and an isolated nebula of foam in the center. T: Mineral--chalky--and apple; no sweetness; a little bread and saltine crackers, but very faint; floral; bitterness is medium-high and clean; finish is more minerality; very, very clean fermentation profile overall. P: Light body with very high carbonation; bone-dry finish; watery. O: This beer almost comes across as seltzer; while dry and snappy is appropriate for a saison, this beer is just too clean, which when combined with the mineral profile and clean flavor creates a bland, watery impression.

3.8 Aromat intensywnie kwiatowy z mocną nutką fenolową. Lekka nuta funky i skóry. Może delikatnie miód. W smaku dość gładkie. Słodkawa nuta kwiatowa z przyjemnymi przyprawami. Troszkę funky ale mniej niż w zapachu. Kiepskie nasycenie, takie jakby dogazowane CO2, szczypiące ale szybko się utlenia i nie dodaje pijalności. Piany praktycznie brak. Piwo generalnie bardzo stylowe i fajne z leciutkimi mankamentami.

4.1 Hazy, dark golden pour with little foam. Strong, yeasty nose with good touches of pear and mild green apple and some cereal / biscuit malt. Crisp texture and active fizz. The flavors bear out the nose with a little more malt, caramel emerging as it warms. Some slight hop bitterness at the end compliments the dryness of the yeast. Some spice and earthiness appear as it warms up. Moderate phenol notes and a touch of white wine. Lacks the mineral notes of Dupont as well as its austerity. The higher ABV seems to reflect the earthier flavors.

3.7 On Tap @Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Bruselas 10/09/17. Color amarillo corona de espuma blanca, aromas a cereal, sabor malta final dulce cuerpo sedoso.

4.3 Bottle 75 cl. Jaune clair un peu trouble et mousse honorable. Nez de "plants", herbes, froment, fruits style citron : la campagne ! Bouche biscuit�e (ouch ouch : square) avec du fruit (citron, abricot), un peu de poivre et une vraiment petite amertume. Carbonatation vive. Je commence a aimer de plus en plus les "Saison" ... I begin to love more and more the "Saison" !

3.5 Tap at Moeder Lambic, Brussels. A lovely and very smooth saison. One of the best around. Great colour too. Slight coriander and herb. Old house smell.

3.8 Dégustée au Mondial de la Bière de Montréal 2010 (De mes notes papiers). .

3.5 White foamy full lasting head. Deep golden colour. Aroma is malty, fruity with pear, apricot and spicy notes. Flavor is moderately malty with light fruity (plume and pear) and spicy and hoppy tones, ending in an herbal finish. Medium bodied.

3.7 Tap@Tuulensuu, Tampere, Finland. Quite light, slightly bitter nuances of yeasty malts, sweetish lemon, some green apple. Balanced with medium taste spectrum and medium sweetish caramel malty aftertaste. Medium/light body with light/medium carbonation. Overall, quite light and not too edgy but high quality. Could be considered some kind of a reference saison.

3.8 Tap st La Fine Mousse, 22nd June 17. 38 degrees heat and this goes well. Pine and yeast, lemon on the nose. Taste is yeast, grain, bitter citrus pith. Good.

3.3 On tap at moeder lambic. Lightly hazy orangeish yellow colour white head with good retention. Nose is hoppy, lightly soapy. Taste is low bitterness. Nothing special.

3.9 Light saison aroma, hidden by a thick white head. Really nice, crisp saison flavour, hints of green apple too. Delicious saison .

3.3 W aromacie jest miód, lekkie cytrusy i brzoskwinia. Lekko kwaskowate. Podobnie jest w smaku. Do tego dochodzi jeszcze słabe ciało, niska goryczka i średnie wysycenie. Najfajniejszy w tym piwie jest ten słodko-kwaśny posmak. Po jakimś czasie wychodzi nuta ziołowa.

3.6 Hazy, golden color. One finger thick, white head. Malt , yeasts , grass , spices and flowers in aroma. Malty taste with dry finish.

3.5 750 ml bottle. Pour with a cloudy golden color and a nice white head. The nose is a little restrained, needs some moments. All aromas are very fine: malt, citrus-fruits, floral, grassy, slightly yeast and hints of herbs. Taste is fresh, hayfield in the rain, more lemon fruits, some nice herbals and spices, yeast. Dry and zesty finish. A little light palate.

3.6 Smakprov flaska MÖW. Betydligt mörkare än alla andra här beskriver den. En mörk bärnstensfärgad dimmig öl med ett smutsvitt skum. Doften är belgisk jäst med kryddighet och lätt dammighet och viss gräsig beska. I smaken tillkommer en fruktig sötma.

3.3 0,33l bottle @ One Pint Pub. Pours cloudy golden with a medium head. Aroma is slightly fruity and earthy malts. Flavor is earthy malts with some yeast and some hops. Pretty decent.

3.4 Frisk, fruktig doft med tydligt sädartade inslag och lite jäst. Gyllengul, vacker färg med ett stadigt, tätt skum. Lätt syra och en ytlig beska. Jästtoner. Kort, halvtorr avslutning.

3.7 Amarillenta, turbia. Escasa espuma. Aroma poco marcado, levadura y cítricos. En boca es ligera y refrescante con buen punto de gas. Rica base acaramelada, contrastado con notas ligeramente lácteas y tono muy frutal, albaricoque, uva, cítricos. Seca y especiada. Agradable.

3.8 F: big, white, long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malt, grassy, floral, yeasty, spicy, peppery, hint of barnyard, refreshing. T: malt, grassy, hint of earthy, spicy, yeast, touch of citrus, tangerine, dry finish, medium body, medium carbonation, very good balanced and tasty easy drinking beer, 75cl bottle from Carrefour market - Saint-Michel @ Etterbeek, Brussels.

3.8 Couleur blonde orange limpide, petites bulles sur la paroi au versement. Mousse blanche moyenne, légère et aérée de tenue faible. Nez sur le houblon fruité américain et sur le malt. Le malt prend le dessus avec l’augmentation de la température. Bouche bien équilibrée entre le houblon fruité (passion, mangue, agrume) et le malt. Accent sur le céréale qui l’ancre dans le style saison. Petite amertume terreuse en support et en fin de bouche. Par ailleurs, sucrosité bien présente, texture qui tire sur le huileux. Bière corpulente pour le style. Elle n’est pas aussi sèche, buvable et axée sur l’amertume que le pure style saison le prescrirait. Une interprétation intéressante à base de houblons américains du style.

3.7 Zapach średnio intensywny, słód, brzoskwinie, cytrusy, przyprawy, karmel. Kolor złoty, opalizujące. Piana średnio obfita, drobna, średnio trwała, zdobi szkło. W smaku wytrawne, średnia pełnia, słód, cytrusy, przyprawy, chleb, trawa. Goryczka niska, wysycenie wysokie.

3.0 bottle from Pułapka Gdańsk I was looking for intensive aromas, the fruitiness and funk. I found maltiness and spices with some noticeable alcohol. The aroma is rather week. Warming brings out the alcohol and does not enrich the complexity of the aroma. Strong malty character with boozy scents. Pours clear, a bit orange gold with off white head Taste is dry yet malty with some spices, pepper, some orange zest and caramel to it, alcohol is present in the finish. It’s not very unpleasant though with that light beer it stands out a lot too much for my taste Medium body, medium carbonation I have to say I was dissapointed by this beer. I love saisons and was expecting way more from this one.

3.8 Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Bardzo fajny, rześki, owocowy, lekko dziki saison.

3.3 Draught at Moeder Lambic, foamy bubbly head, clear deepish gold color, strong shrubby piney aroma with some citrus behind, light malty bready flavor with a light but noticable herbal bitterness. Excellent aroma, dissapointing flavor, still quite nice.

4.3 If you like the rustic Franco-Belgian Saison this will probably hit all the right notes. Effervescent golden pour and a white pillowy foam layer. Tropical stone fruit and floral aromas. Light earthiness in the flavor with subtle tartness and a big note of juicy, lemony citrus. Dry, refreshing finish. The summer weather is gradually dying off. Got to take advantage of what’s left.

3.2 Draught. Pours slightly hazy, light orange in colour, with big white head. Apricot, peach and lemon zest, spices and floral hops notes in aroma. Medium sweet, fruity with dry and zesty finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice.
