4.0 From Perfect Draft keg at home. The beer snobs will hate it but it's one of the best in its field.
3.2 Very solid beer. Always enjoying it when in Belgium. Would recommend definitely.
2.6 Perfect draft
3.3 First beer on Perfect Draft. Friday night . Loved it. Novelty ? Time will tell . Easy drunk . Headache next day after 5 pints. One off ? Find out in due course tomorrow :-) again easily sunk Saturday, slightly hungover Sunday (with no chasers) probably just the strength. Finished over the 2 days.
3.2 Zapach: słodowy, trawiasty, ziołowy i trochę metaliczny. Smak: wytrawne, słodowe, chmielowe. Goryczka niska, ale wyczuwalna, ziołowa.
2.4 300ml on tap at Zhiguli in Engels. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is grain, dirty rags, malt. Taste is light sweet, malt, grain. Light bitter finish. Not very clean. Seems like the lines are dirty in this bar.
4.0 belgisch en lekker
1.7 Naaaaaah
2.4 330ml can. Crisp, slightly grainy and starchy with hints of sweetness and cardboard. Decent.
2.5 Typisches Industriebier halt, zu Pizza durchaus trinkbar. Getreide, recht flach, okay.
3.2 Bottle from Noble Green Wines, Hampton. Light and bubbly with subtle aromas; clean and crisp taste. Easy drinking.
4.5 Bien bon (attention à la croûte 🤮)
2.4 Bottle from the Belgian Beer Company. Pretty unimpressed really. As I've never really got on with it during my many visits to Belgium. Nothing special really just typical house beer.
4.1 La légendaire pils belge. La meilleure qui soit. Que ce soit en bouteille ou en fût, c'est toujours un plaisir de la boire bien fraîche
1.5 # 2554; 8/2021. As Jupiler Belgische Pils. Corny, fruity aroma. Brilliant ligh gold body; white head. Fructose, sweet corn, grass, light body. Poor pils. 0,25 l, can, gift.
5.0 Mannen weten waarom... 😆
2.9 33cl bottle from Delhaize store in Bruxelles, labeled as Belgische Pils Belge drinking on 22/07/2021 BB 23.06.2022 Pours crystal clear gold with large frothy white head. Aroma of malt, cereal, grains, corn, honey, grassy hops. Taste is bready and malty, butter and some corn notes also, with a nice bit mild bitter hops finish, a bit spicy. Quite crisp and refreshing, taste pretty much as a pils and it's not bad at all to me. Would see myself enjoying it with some food easily. Light body, clean watery texture and moderate carbonation, very easy and nice bitter finish and malty aftertaste. Don't get me wrong of course when in Belgium, you can easily get much better and i wouldn't recommend over other beers but as a macro lager this one is not bad at all, quite nice and drinkable.
2.1 Decent lager, not good nor bad
2.5 La base
2.6 330ml bottle. Clear gold with a small white head, decent retention. Malty aroma with grassy notes; standard. Taste has bready malts, cereal, grass, honey; not bad. Surprising thick body for a pale lager, and whatever was used is better than that horid glucose syrup but you do lose some of that refreshing quality which I think is important in a good lager. Soft ale like carbonation which is fine but I do prefer a bit more fizz in my lagers. Still not a bad lager flavour wise at all.
2.6 Plechovka od znameho. Vona slaba leziakova. Medova farba. Chut horka mierne leziakova.
3.4 330ml bottle brewed in Belgium at 5.2%. Crystal-clear gold with lots of tiny rising bubbles and a decent size and duration head. Very picturesque. Bready Eurolager aroma, not overly sweet, crisp and faintly grassy. No complaints so far. Medium- carbonation. Lingering grassy spice, then a sweet honeyed brown-bread malt aftertaste, with discernible maize thickening. Solid Eurolager; may be nothing special but I can see why the Belgians drink this and not Stella. Gets bonus points for the spice in the finish, but its method of avoiding a watery texture by adding maize stickiness is dubious. Still, well worth sampling, and definitely has one of the stronger showings for a macro brew.
2.8 Old rating from 2010 - 330ml bottle, pours golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of flora, grain, herbs, butter & sweet malt. Moderate body. Mild bitter finish
4.0 Perfect draft . One if the better lagers on PD
