Kaiser Fasstyp

Kaiser Fasstyp

3.1 Hay yellow, thick white foam that lingers strongly. Very lightly carbonated. Smell of hay, fruit, malt, bread/yeast as well as grass and lemon — refreshing. Sweet lemon, hay, yeast. Turns to orange, bitter, weak and watery. Weak finish of bread and lemon. Bland.
2.3 Head disappears quickly. Hardly any aromas. Mouldy malty flavours. Velvety texture. Some sugars.
2.5 Golden color, wit ha little long lasting foam. Malty aroma, mildly sweet taste, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
2.9 500 mil can supermarket Thin head dissipates fast Semi sweet aroma and taste no finish to speak of Would be good chilledin summer Reasonable value Radeberger much better option
2.7 Goudgeel, volle witte schuimkraag, helder, redelijk koolzuur. Redelijk standaard pils. Smaak best ok hoor.
2.7 Not bad at all but nothing unique. Lively carbonation, crisp and smooth. Pours golden yellow with white head. Low bitterness as well as sweetness.
2.6 Aroma is malty. It smells like grain and bread. Clear, pale golden color with a medium sized, frothy, white head. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Mouthfeel is thin, body is medium to light. Finish is medium sweet and light bitter. An ordinary industrial Austrian Märzen. 0,33l bottle.
2.6 Can from Budapest (in London). Pours a pale straw gold with a thin white head. Aroma: straw, sweet malt, funky notes. Taste: grain, sweet malt, mild citrus flavours. Thin bodied. Moderate to high carbonation. Mild bitterness. Decent without being great.
2.6 27-03-18 // shared with the local crew, thanks! Clear golden, small head. Medium sweet malty.
2.9 Can. Clear golden body, medium white head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma of hay, grains, grass, butter and some metallic notes. Taste of grains, bread, herbs and hints of honey. Not bad.
Standard.
2.6 F: huge, white, good retention. C: gold, clear. A: malty, grainy, bready. T: malty, bready, bit iron aftertaste, bit caramel, light bitterness, medium body and carbonation, average beer, 0,5l can from surething_ii, many thanks.
3.0 0,33l bottle. Typical austrian beer for the masses.
2.2 500ml can from the shop, drunk at home. This rating for the 3.8% Bulgarian alias brewed by Zagorka. Pours clear with a brief frothy white head, medium lacing, no bead. Pale straw in colour, tinged with green. Aroma of bread and biscuit. Lively in the mouth due to medium carbonation releasing slight malt and bread flavours, a touch of sweetness and a very mild bitterness in the finish, not too watery but hardly mouth-filling. Overall, call it what you like, it is just a standard pale lager.
2.0 This bier poured a light yellow colour with a huge, bright white, foamy head. Almost champagne bubbly. Minimal lacing. Scents include a little honey, perm solutions and corn. First swig was really thin and quite sweet. Flavours of corn and malt most prominent. Finish was sweet with that corn flavour lingering.
3.1 [2017-06-25, Wien] Vaalea maltainen perushelles: ei vikoja eikä ansioita. Keskitäyteläinen, keskiasteinen hiilihappoisuus.
2.2 Reasonable, easy to drink, golden Austrian brew, which lacks some more outstanding features to be regarded as special, but it is ok to drink when you're thirsty.
2.4 Tap on board the DDSG Blue Danube on a river cruise. Pours visually carbonated golden with a lasting foamy head. Aroma of corn, syrup, light fruit and veg, and malt. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, above average carbonation.
2.2 Pours pale yellow golden with a white frothy head. Aroma is grainy, slightly sour, and malty. Taste is very grainy, hay, grassy hops. Watery texture, soft carbonation.
2.7 500ml can as Kaiser Premium. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is grass, malt, spices. Taste is bread, grain, malt, quite sweet.
3.3 500 ml can and pint glass. Pours with a very frothy, large head. Clear and mid-golden colour with quite a lot of carbonation. Smells of caramel, bread and toast - not a lot of hops here. Fairly mild, sweet taste to start. Finish is mostly sweet, but with a bitter bite at the end. Mid-bodied and fairly thin with an average amount of carbonation. Kaiser is sold for the low, low price of $2.49 at most Countdowns. The price reflects the quality I guess - a pretty cheap and average lager. Certainly not the worst one I’ve ever had, though I suspect this brew probably isn’t that well regarded in the part of the world from which it originates. Give it a go though!
2.3 (Bottle, 0.5 l, from a supermarket, 20170531) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness and mildly grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A too sweet pale lager.
