Kaiserdom German Dark Lager

The full impenetrable mokka coloured appearance with lucent red sheen is crowned by a creamy head. The roasted malt aromatic fragrance reminds of dark bread and fresh coffee. The velvety smooth malt flavour shrouded by a harmony of sweetness flows elegantly and cleanly along the gums. The well-proportioned body appears warming and is complemented by a fine bitterness which finishes calm and dry.

3.0 Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto da caffè e cioccolato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. Il colore del liquido è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Sul palato finiscono sentori di miele, caffè, nocciole tostate, pane tostato e agrumi.

Kolor jest praktycznie czarny, pod światło widać czerwone refleksy, raczej klarowne. W aromacie prażoność, trochę karmelu i razowca, być może też śladowa metaliczność, pewnie od niemieckiego chmielu, bo test skórny nie potwierdził. W smaku raczej wytrawne, wyczuwalna lekka paloność i kawa. Pełnia niska w kierunku średnio niskiej, wysycenie średnie, goryczka niska, lekko palona lub nawet popiołowa. Średniak.

Aroma medianamente intenso a cereales tostados y, ligeramente, a suave café. Sabor en esa línea, con un leve toque a caramelo, final con un punto amargo. Textura acuosa. Carbonatación media. Los pequeños detalles como la intensidad de aroma y sabor, el leve amargor final o la espuma duradera hacen que esté por encima de la media de este estilo que he probado. Me ha gustado.
