Kaiserdom Kellerbier

Kaiserdom Kellerbier

In the glass a shimmering orange colour , on top a fluffy white foamy head with a compact consistency . This naturally cloudy beer has the discreet aroma of malt and freshly toasted white bread. A yeasty soft palate is caressed by an elegant sweetness which is finely balanced by a discreet hoppy bitterness. Kaiserdom Kellerbier is a typical Bavarian Beer , which is filled unfiltered and contains all the natural cloudy substances.

2.8 Bottiglia.
3.4 opaque amber with an off-white head. taste is a mature, aged lager. very malty, not sweet. exceeded my expectations
2.7 On can. Pours deep orange, with small white head. Scent: Malty. Taste: Round, lager-ish, lack of hops. Texture: Medium high carbonation.
3.5 Puszka 0,5 litra zakupiona w Albercie w Czechach. Barwa miedziana, mętna. Piana biała, niska i szybko opada do całkiem trwałej obrączki. Aromat umiarkowanie chlebowy. Smak wyrazisty, mocno słodowy, z chlebowymi akcentami.
3.2 1l can. Vöröses barna, inkább félbarna szín, szép fehér nagy lyukú hab, kicsit gyorsan apad. Illata jellegzetes keller-bier: a maláta cefrézés hangulatát idézi nálam. Kinézet, illat csillagos ötös a kategóriájában. Ízre karamellmalátás édesség érződik, lecsengésben kicsi komlós keserűséggel. Emellett kenyeres, élesztős. Kifejezetten gyengén szénsavas, ami miatt nagyon könnyen iható söröcske! Egy szép nyári napra kifejezetten ajánlott!!! *** Reddish brown, more semi-brown in color, nice white with large hole foam, fading a bit quickly. The smell is typical keller-bier: it evokes the mascara atmosphere of malt. Appearance, fragrance star five in its category. On the palate, a caramel-like sweetness is felt, with a slight bitterness of hops in the finish. It is also bready and yeasty. Extremely low carbonated, which makes it a very easy to drink beer! Highly recommended for a nice summer day !!!
2.8 Can from Düsseldorf Airport - clear orange-amber color, white head. dry, metall, cheap hops, medium sweet. not too bad, but not good either.
2.7 Can. Pours slightly hazy, light orange colour with creamy head. Aroma is sweet, pale malt, light breadiness. Flavour is sweet, malty, bready, warm, low bitterness, no hop aroma, low carbonation. Pretty decent offering for the price.
3.0 The third (and the last) can from Kaiserdom is Kellerbier. A style that some people have not even heard about (spoiler: in fact there is nothing unusual in it — this is a colleague of Pilsner and Helles), so it should be interesting. 👁 The color is golden, slightly cloudy — a distinctive feature of the style. The head is quite high, medium-grained, sticky. 👃 The smell is weak: malt, bread, hops. I didn't like the aroma. 👅 The taste is bittersweet: malt notes are complemented by hop bitterness. A strange combination, tastes like some kind of overhopped lager. There is also slight sourness on the background. 🏁 The finish is quite simple, bitter, refreshing. I don't even want to pour a second glass. 🔎 Resume: it is a strange variety. I haven't been impressed, although the beer is light, drinkable and refreshing, you can drink it with fish. But then what are such delights for, if you can take pilsner or, even better, IPL? 🧐
Aroma a granos y pan.
3.3 can @ auchan (budapest) golden colour, normal body, average carbonated, rich malty, bready, biscuit, hoppy, bit fruity, easy to drink
2.8 Helsingör burk, länge sedan. Frisk fyllig ok Kellerbier.
3.2 0,25 L can bought at the Munich Airport duty free shop. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a medium, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is orange peel, pine, toffee, and apple. Sweet and sugary, with a mild bitterness. Light to medium body, with a chewy, grainy mouthfeel. This is a simple and pretty hoppy kellerbier. Not bad.
3.0 taste very similar to alcohol variant of kvass, but in aroma really present some fruits notes.
Jugando a Avernum. Agradable y fresco perfil maltoso.
3.6 Aroma karamell, malt, svisker. Utseende kirsebærbrun med hvitt skum. Smak plomme, karamell, malt, humle.
3.2 Can from local supermarket. Orange unfiltered. Malty nose, some dry dusty toffee, kellery murkyness. Med bodied, pretty nice soft smooth, bit papery maltyness. Ok
3.4 Can, 50 cl, Super Brugsen, Maribo. Overall pleasant, well balanced, perfect on a summer evening.
3.0 500 ml can. Pours hazy amber color with small white head. Fine medium-grained, resistant. Sweet-grain cereal with fruity (banana peach) notes. The body is dense, the taste is malt, fruit-oily, sweet. In the aftertaste, the hops mustard, butter and dirty fruit notes.
2.5 Unfiltered and that’s it. The rest is disappointing for a classic German style.
2.8 Can poured into a pint glass. Ever so slightly hazy golden with a small short lasting head. Aroma of straw, caramel, hops and bread. Taste is crisp but watery. Mouthfeel is thin. Dont have a reference in kellerbiers but expected it to be hoppier
3.5 Bittersweet symphony with nice cereal aroma. Very good and a nice price for such quality.
3.4 Brilliance through simplicity (or did this beer just get me in a good mood?). Light touch malts with pretty caramel and toffee, fluffy, with enough of a sweet injection to appeal to a wide audience. Needs quite a chill I think to keep the palate tight and the malt sweetness in check. So so comfortable and so awesome to be drinking through the ultimate of vessels....the 1lt can!
2.2 1l can. Clear deep copper colour with quickly shrinking white head. Aroma: Caramel, hay with a little bit skunky note. Taste: Has a malty tone but with a very artifical and skunky taste. Has an oily texture. Light/medium body with fizzy carbonation. Short skunky finish. A quite bad keller...
3.0 500ml bottle from Yamaya. Mostly clear orange gold pour, some white foam. Sweet grainy aroma, malt and little else but pleasant enough. Malty flavour with touches of honey, bread, and some grassy hop, and hint of spice in the tingle at the backend. Really easy to down half a litre, medium-light, enough steady malt flavour throughout, smooth carb feel, and no bad notes. Simple and just fine with a meal.
