Before the Mosaic hop even had a name (back when it was just known as “HBC 369”), our brewers couldn’t wait to get their hands on some. Mosaic Session IPA is bursting with vibrant grapefruit aroma and flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. Our signature dry-hopping technique delivers an incredibly drinkable lower ABV beer without sacrificing hop appeal. Robe blonde et limpide. Tenue de mousse correcte. Arômes fruits de la passion, rose, thé vert. Goût agrumes, fruits exotiques, herbal.

YA EN OLFATO: Muy cítrica, cascara de naranja, toronja, cascara de mango verde, pinácea resina y ligero toque de miel.
EN GUSTO: Muy refrescante de cuerpo ligero, con amargor intermedio, ya en regusto sube la intensidad de amargor, seguido un sutil gusto cítrico de zumo de naranja, toronja y final resinoso, bien balanceado, con buena retención de espuma
Una IPA de gran aroma a cítricos y frutas tropicales, pero de sabor algo plano. Sensación de boca agradable y excelente apariencia.
La robe est d’un jaune doré sublime, un col de mousse qui s’estompe assez vite, au nez on retrouve des notes florales et d’agrumes très agréables et la dégustation confirme les premières impressions: on est sur une ipa très agrumes et ananas, tout en étant désaltérante. Manque un poil d’amertume mais ce doit être la variété de houblon utilisée. Facile et agréable à boire. Une réussite
Tap at Karl Strauss in downtown LA. At the downtown la brewpub. It's a clear light gold with a hoppy fruity mosaic nose. The taste is crisp cereal light malts and fruity hops, somewhat juicy but light and balanced.
On tap at Karl Strauss Universal Studios. Light yellow color. Wonderful floral tropical aroma. Medium carbonation. Light sweet malty flavor with dry finish. Very easy to drink. Excellent!

Flaska från Systembolaget. Ljust gul med vitt skum. Lätt fruktig i smak och doft. Inget extraordinärt.
Bottle (5,5%) at Kingfisher restaurant. Golden and hazy with small head. Aroma is hops and fruity. Taste is well balanced not at all bitter as one could expect from an IPA. Fresh and sweet with medium bitterness. Nice aftertaste. Very tastefull!

On tap at Bishops Uppsala. Slightly hazy golden with whte head. Aroma is hoppy, ripe tropical fruits, pine and light citrus with pale malts and slight grainy notes. Taste is balanced and drinkable, hoppy, grass, tropical fruits and citrus.

Almost clear, golden with a huge, fluffy, white head.
Citrus and pine. Sweet, fruity malt. Simple, refreshing, and tasty.
Bottle. Pours a near clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a decent amount of tropical fruits and citrus with some light grains backing. Flavor has notes of funky tropical fruits and citrus with a light sweet grain backbone.
Pours hazy golden with a one finger high white head. Aroma; Grapefruit, lemon, citrus, floral and minerals. Taste; Grapfruit, citruss, minerals, some pine and herbs.

Orange colour on the body, tall and frothy white head on top.
Aroma of citrus, lemon flowers, tropical fruits.
Taste is very citrusy, lemmon flowers, lemon leaves, a touch of tropical fruits, pine.
Medium thin body, very dry on the palate.
Quite good.

外观：干净稍带一点雾状的赤金色，倒入后些许气泡升腾，色度在6左右。泡沫洁白细腻丰富。
香气：浓郁的柑橘味，背后有显得厚重的一丝麦芽气息，带出松脂药草感。我这瓶初闻有些许臭味。
味道：入口很直接的甜酸桔汁口感，带出中等的苦感显得有草木气息却不延长，收口顺滑生津，回味轻盈的甜味慢慢淡去，悠长的苦味不断翻腾。
口感：杀口感较低、不算强烈，入口顺滑。大口喝的话，苦味感觉还是占了上风。
总体印象： 一款Mosaic单一酒花的Session IPA，相比大开大合的传统American IPA，这款在各方面的确显得“适中”了些，显得特点没有很突出的地方。不过它的收口倒显得非常不错，适合闲暇时光一边看书或观景一边慢慢回味。
I’m just not a fan of session ipas, still this is pretty good. Aroma is juicy grapefruit a hint of resin. Flavor is like nose, balanced, but with modern alcohol a bit flat.
De cervecería Karl Strauss(E.U.A) esta Session IPA de nombre “Mosaic Session IPA” debido a que es una single Hop que solo contiene lúpulo americano Mosaic, muy popular en estas épocas en la elaboración de estilos lupulados, al ser una Session solo contiene 5.5% ABV y 45 IBU’s de amargor.
En apariencia tiene una corona de espuma delgada de aspecto blanquecino, baja actividad de carbonatación, perlas compactas, el liquido tiene ronda colores del pajizo a el amarillo claro con turbiedad, cuerpo ligero.
Muy aromatica desde el momento en que se libera, cítricos marcados como toronja y cascara de naranja, ligeramente pinácea, no destaca la malta pero el lúpulo esta muy bien aprovechado, sencilla y al mismo tiempo bien delimitada cumpliendo la finalidad de una single hop.
De inicio es muy refrescante, el cuerpo ligero resalta este elemento, el amargor es medio, se pueden percibir sabores a cascara de naranja, toronja, herbal y pinácea en un grado bajo, fácil de digerir con un retrogusto hacia lo cítrico, muy bien lograda y cumplidora con lo esperado, tanto que tiene una calificación de en estilo 99 y en el general 97 en Ratebeer.com.
