Aroma; sweet floral yeast, caramel, syrup, herbs, spices, booze note. Look; normal fawn head on veiled golden body. Taste; syrupy malts, toffee, strawy hops, floral yeast, dough, herbs, tart, caramel oil, spiced honey, and leading to a spicy herbal malted finish. Feel; good body and okay co². Sometimes you run into beers in the supermarket that you know for decades and we're not aware that you never rated. Clear golden pour with huge white head; good retention. Mainly malty and bit fruity aroma. Medium sweet taste, bit honeyish. Firm body but you don't notice the 11%. A typical Belgian tripel; OK but not excellent and rather sweet.
(Two days later coincidentally another one. This time poor retention, and the impression of the taste is not thàt sweet....)
Big bold fruity flavors are well blended together. Belgian yeast with a strong alcohol kick! No wonder it has 11 percent alcohol level. Good one!
This is a very good, highly alcoholic Belgian beer that I had a few years ago, when I simply wrote down: “Yum.”

33cl bottle from Auchan store drinking it on 8/09/2021 BB 09-2023 Pours a slightly hazy bit pale golden with large frothy white foam on top and very good lacing. Aroma of malt, belgian yeast, fruity esters, pear, apple and grapes, citrus, apricot, caramel, floral and grassy hops and a bit boozy. Taste is rich, complex and pleasant with good malts, belgian yeast, fruity and citrusy notes, spices, grain and a sweet lemony note balanced by good floral bitter hops and spices. Moderate bitter finish and great warmth from the 11% abv that takes nothing from the taste, well hidden. Bittersweet aftertaste. Medium body and oily texture, medium carbonation. Very good tasting strong tripel, drinks really easily for it's high abv, really appreciated.
0.33 l bottle from Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with prof. Bekić. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Nice yeasty profile, fruity, there's esters, pear, banana, lemony, phenolic spices, grain. Soft, dry phenolic, also hoppy. Soft grainy background. Sweetness. Alcohol hidden at first. Tartness. Warming. Strong.
This is a classic big brewery made perfectly beer. They just do it right.. 11% is a bit extreme and makes it boozy. But it is exactly what they want. Albert heijn Amsterdam
Old rating - 330ml bottle, pours hazy amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of banana, apricot, flora, caramel, candy, hints of alcohol & malt. Medium body. Sweet finish. Well balanced
Metallic bouquet. Golden amber pour with a touch of cloudiness. Super creamy white head adds to the soft mouth feel. Caramel and malt, along with hoppy bitterness balance things out. Masks the alcohol very well. Lacking a touch of character but very easy drinking.

Fles gedeeld door JoepvW. Hè is een licht troebel oranje geel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat fruitige en licht kruidige geur. De smaak is moutig, vol kruidig en hoppig.
Puik biertje, forse nasmaak. 11% merk je wel.

Fles. Zacht, licht gekruid aroma. Smaak is prima; licht zoet, licht gekruid etc. Ook aangename nasmaak. Dat het 11% is merk je onder het drinken niet, dus geen nadruk op alcohol in smaak en dat is prima.
Meget lys med fin skumkrone. Duft af humle. Bitter med smag af muld.

Bardzo dobry, klasyczny tripel. W smaku i aromacie intensywnie, dużo brzoskwini i dużo estrów, kwiatowych nut i lekko przyprawowych. Duża pełnia, sporo słodyczy, finisz przyprawowy, lekko wytrwany, troszkę alkoholowy ale 11% dobrze ukryte. Do tego idealny lacing i piękna złocista zmętniona barwa. Świetny tripel.

Pittig biertje met volle smaak. Beetje heavy, maar niet te. Lekker kruidig. Oppassen want hij slaat erin vanaf de derde. 🤪⚠️
33cl bottle thanks to @poech73 and EuroSanta 2020. Pours clear golden with white head. Aroma has flowery hops and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet well balanced with flowery bitterness. Solid!
Bottle from That Beer Place, Chester. Banana, bubblegum and other esters mixed up in a heady nose. Pours a clear lemon yellow with a fairly vigorous white head. Creamy almost syrupy texture in the mouth, with some suppressed carbonation. The strength means sweet malts are the dominant flavour, with some fruitiness such as pear drops, bananas and apricot coming later. A bit stronger than a normal tripel, and it shows.
0,3 liter bottle. It's an ok beer, but not the one that will return in my fridge.

Aroma medio intenso, cereal, fruta madura como albaricoque y melocotón por un lado y verde como melón y manzana verde por otro, levadura, ligero plátano, notas especiadas y herbales. Sabor intenso, menos frutal y más, mucha más, levadura, especias y alcohol, final medio largo, belga, ligeramente alcohólico y seco. Textura acuosa. Carbonatación media alta.
