3.9 Bottle from Final Gravity. After blowing up it poured golden with a transient white head and a sulpheric fruit aroma. There is a carbonated dry fruity flavor with a tart finish. A nice Lambic.
4.1 Bottle, by myself in my fathers kitchen. Pours a lightly hazy blonde color with a nice sized head and some lacing on the glass. The aroma is all sorts of barnyard funkiness some earthy elements, a bit of husky malt & hay. Lemony & a touch oaky. The flavor is this really nice balance of fruity, sour, & mild bitterness. Oaky with plenty of lemon & tart pear. Fairly dry & lightly yeasty. Absolutely delicious
3.6 Bottle shared at Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. Many thanks. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour. Aroma is apple, funky sour, little onion. Flavour is composed of spicy onion, tangy lemon, funky sour. Palate is spritzy , tangy lemon, acidic, funk.
3.0 Helder donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is fris licht zuur met iets van druif en champagne.
3.6 Yellow orange, small head, sulfur aroma, floral, minty, refreshing, sulfur flavor, bready, minty, sour, bretty, medium bodied.
4.1 75cl bottle. The beer is hazy and orange with huge, Belgian head. Aroma is agressive with freshness. Very close to a lambic aroma. Green apples, lemon zest, hay, lemon grass, pears, apricot ...wow. Also some sponge cake. Strong but soft carbonation. Creamy and fluffy mouth feel. The flavor is well balanced with moderate sweet, sourness and bitter finish with notes of fruit seeds. It ends well and round. The beer is a perfect thirst quencher and has an amazing pear ting going on there that if I was told that it’s a pear lambic ...I would believe. Nice one.
4.2 Bottle from Tanakaya. Lovely stuff! High carbonation makes it very refreshing and easy to drink. Aroma is pleasantly tart and fruity. Lemon, bit of dust and funk too. Taste is great, nice tartness, bretty, with light citrus, touch of creaminess and some honey. But definitely not sweet. Not so sour but has a little prickle. These kind of blends are always right up my street!
3.4 Sample @ Lambic and Sour Ale Sunday. Golden colour, white foam. Brett character, malty base. Could use a bit more tartness to be in balance.
3.8 750 ml cork and caged. Cork flies out with tremendous force and nearly takes out a recessed light. Carbonation drifts into a spritzy tasty lightly tart sour with some lemon. Some traditional lambic notes in taste and nose, though not overwhelming.
M: Stevige carbonatie.
3.4 (bottle, 75cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and diminishing frothy head. Slightly mouldy and delicately grainy malty aroma with traces of caramel and a mildly sour-fruity touch of apples, applewine. Moderately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Cidre-like taste with apple-fruity tartness, accompanied by notes of caramel and malt, as well as traces of brett; sour apple-fruity Cide brut like finish. 04.VIII.15
4.0 Bottle, best by 2014, from Tanakaya. Lemony nose, light horse blanket, a bit of yogurt, touch of honey and biscuits. Deep hazy gold with lace. Very effervescent. Tart flavor, grapefruit and lemon, minerals, light horse blanket, and not very acidic. Tart without huge sourness. Great balance. Prickly carbonation. This is a very approachable drink, great for the summer. Lambic is really complemented well by the Bink blond beer. Great.
3.6 Bottle 750 ml C&C shared with alexsdad06. Pours a hazy dark golden color medium frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Medium sour citrus and fruit aroma. Medium sour citrus flavor and medium sour yeast and citrus finish of moderate duration.
3.6 750 ml C&C bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a hint of orange and a medium plus sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart citrus and apples, some acidity, spritzy carbonation, Belgian yeast, oak, champagne like, decent.
3.7 Sample from bottle at Stadin panimobaari. Thanks to some friendly guys giving me a sample. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Belgian yeasty notes, sweet fruits, apricots. Flavor has tartness, hops, apricots, very dry finish. Some funk as well. Solid.
3.5 From notes. Enjoyed at Doug’s house for the Epic Peach and Apricot debacle of a tasting that happened on July 9. 750 mL bottle. The pour is a clear golden yellow with a thick and pillowy white head that falls slowly, leaving a pretty hefty lace. The aroma is definitely floral. There is a strong vinousness and a big barnyard funk. Light spice and a little maltiness carry it out. The flavor is definitely more of a bitter citrus from the start with a few varying fruits that present themselves. There is a strong oakiness and a light bit of lemongrass. The mouth feel is thicker and brightly carbonated with a vinous sourness and a strong oak. There is a light fruitiness on the back end that I definitely don’t hate. This is an interesting beer that I’m not really sure how to place. It’s decent.
3.7 At the epic peach/apricot sour tasting. Aroma is sweet, funk, tart, funk, slight sour, some fruit. Appearance is dark golden, white head, clear. Taste is funky, sweet, tart, oak barrel, tasty. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light crisp carbonation, oak barrel sour aftertaste. Overall, solid.
3.7 750ml bottle. Gusher on opening. Hazy gold colour, white foam head and aroma of citrus rind & funk. Taste is sour, lemon rind, pale malt & grain, fruity, with funky yeasty, white wine notes and light bitterness. Foamy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable.
3.8 This corked and caged bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were very long lasting and left behind a strong bubbly carbonation transparent yellow orange colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The mild aroma was floral. The sour mouth feel was tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of semi-sweet mildly bitter mild citrus peach tart sour mildly vinous and funk. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.
3.8 750 ml bottle at Délices & Caprices in Brussels. Practically clear golden body with a small but nice, dense white head. Aroma is pale malt, lemon, funk, wood and some spices. Flavor is sweet and sour with sweet malt, citric fruit, some acidic lemon, wood, hint of vanilla, spicy and grass. Medium body and aftertaste in the same style. A bit unusually Lambic blend, but I find it smooth and tasty. Interesting and nice.
3.9 Pours a golden yellow with fizzy head. Aromas of lemony, vinous, barnyard funk. Tastes tart sour apple barnyard funk. This one was a little flat...

3.9 Bottle shared, thanks... Santa Claus?!? Has a rich sour berry character with a tart edge and some fun notes of cotton candy, yummy funky treat!
3.6 At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, a bit hazy light orange to gold color, aroma of apricot with rubbe behind it, flavor of rubber with apricot behind, also some yougurt mainly in the flavor, medium sourness not too piercing, tingling carbonation. Nice, enjoyable and a bit different.
3.8 Smell and taste is oak and gueuze with a bit of yeast. High carbonation, medium body, and mild foam.
3.2 Bottle - Pours blonde white head - nose/taste of oak, lemon, apple skin and funk - medium body.
3.7 Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, rubber, oak. Medium mouth, funky, apple skin, oak, light finish, good.
3.8 Poured into a taster showing cloudy yellow with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a strong bretty forwardness. The palate is well carbonated and foamy. A very balanced malt with a bright moderate tartness and slight sweetness.
