This Double IPA includes Mosaic and Simcoe hops, South American specialty malt, and tons of tastiness. Looks like liquid gold, smells like a bright tropical fruit pine forest, and tastes like all that and more.

4.6so good so nice
2.0Simcoe and Mosaic are my least favourite hops, giving this beer medicinal, herbal flavour. If it wasn't an imperial it would rate a 1.
3.5Pours a clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma of pine and hops. Tastes of rich hops, with subtle notes of complex malt, and a hint of pine in the background. This is a very good, complex double IPA. Thumbs up on this one.
3.4Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a fruity hop but also more of a big green onion. Flavor is some mosaic fruit hop but here comes more onion. The onion goes aways after it warms a little and also more of the mosaic comes out. The brewer does not put a date on the can so this may be really old for all I know. As it sits this is just ok.
3.7can - very nice hop aroma. Nice golden color. Strong hop and some pine in the flavor.
3.7Poured a hazy golden with a 1cm off-white foamy head that retained well and laced OK. Carbonation low, average and fine to medium. Aroma strongly of pine, resin and dry hops with hints of caramel. Taste strongly of pine, sweet tropical fruits ( mostly pineapple) and citrus (orange and hints of grapefruit); well balanced; moderate bitterness. Medium body. Crisp, clean, refreshing and dry with moderate bitterness on a moderately long finish. Good.
3.7Slightly darker amber with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, raw fruit, passion fruit, pineapple. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness, tasty.
3.4Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phloen Chit, Three Year Anniversary Party. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a big frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, resin, piney, dry hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a fresh crispy malt, piney, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
3.5Chestnut malts disguise the high ABV. Sweet malts and deep APA style. Quite nice.
3.4Draft to taster at The Pint Room. Looks solid; a transparent lemony gold with foamy white head. Smells of fruity and piney hops with a moderately bittersweet backbone. Tastes lile it smells with a slightly warming medium to medium full-bodied mouthfeel. Solid.
3.31 Pint 6 oz bottle. Pours a hazy honey gold with a big rocky white head. Scents of grass, malt and hops. Tastes more malty than average for an IPA with hops in the background with late juiciness. Nice and refreshing and the alcohol does not show. Above average carbonation. Quite drinkable.
3.9Draft @ Eureka!. Las Vegas, NV. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity piney hoppy bitter grapefruit aroma. Fruity malty piney hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Golden with a large, white head.
Very hoppy, slightly dank aroma and flavour with some notes of toffee.

3.6Can split at 36 Levels Lost, thanks to Tipple, 17/04/18.
Clear golden with adecent egg shell white covering.
Nose is caramel malts, old skool aromas, grass, orange pith, grapefruit.
Taste comprises pineapple, grapefruit, grassy, toasted malts, bitter orange.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with hop bitterness.
Decent enough DIPA.
3.7Draft. It pours a dark gold with a solid white head. Aroma of resinous pine with citrus fruit notes and a moderate bitterness. A very nice IPA.
3.5Can. Deep gold with a white head. Fine but character-free aroma of vague citrus, mango, some passionfruit, a little pine, light bread. Lightish bodied for 8%, medium high carbonation. Clean, so clean. Less sweet than expected, but the malt presence is sufficient if dull. Yes, lots of fruit and some pine. Bitterness is medium to high. It's probably unfair to give an ordinary score to something that really I've no complaint about, but it's just so generic.
3.6Can shared at the Columbus tasting 17/04/2018. Many thanks! A bright golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is toffee, piney resin, light floral citrus, rangerine. Flavour is composed of rouned base malts, little resinous, piney, old toffee. Pretty old school. Palate is semi resinous, moderate carboantion. . Standard stuff.
3.912oz can at home. Clear golden orange with a medium off white head and good lacing. Very aromatic tropical and citrus fruit. Pine, resin, oranges, mangos, caramel. Medium carb, full body, oily texture. Balanced finish. Excellent.

3.717Apr2018 Bitter, overripe tropical fruits, candied mango, papaya, passion fruit, bitter straw. Clear, dark gold, medium, creamy, white head. Medium bitter. Medium sweet flavour with pine needles, biscuits, ripening citrus, grass. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish, bitter pine and grass. Not bad.
4.2Can from Beer Cartel on 13/04/18. I was expecting this beer to be really intense and super hoppy however it turns out I was wrong. Well balanced and it went down a whole lot easier than I thought it would . Hides the 8% ABV very well. Thick and resinous with an oily aftertaste left in the mouth.
3.8Clear, deep gold, tall, yellow head.
Extroverted nose, hoppy, earthy.
Medium to full body, very flavorful, restrained mouthfeel with moderate heat, abundant carbonation, lingering aftertaste.
Intensely bitter to the finish, crisp, dry.
Aggressively hoppy, honeyed, fruity, grapefruit, resinous, herbal, green onion.
A lot of personality, very enjoyable and big beer.
3.7Draft pours golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, earthy and pine. Taste is resin, caramel and some citrus
4.3Love this. It's an explosion of orange and resin, my favorite tastes. Murky orange pour with a big white head.
3.6Can from City Hops. Pours clear light amber with large foamy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter rich piney taste, smooth body, well balanced feeling, long citrus peel finish. Very smooth and balanced.
4.1Can from Craft Brewed only a couple weeks old. Pours a crystal clear copper with a full finger of eggshell colored head that lingers. Bright grapefruit and iyokan notes. Clean and crisp, dank pine resin. Light body. Bitter, bright citrus & pith that lingers. Such a fine example of a west coast IPA. Glad to see these guys in TN distro now.
3.8Bright, bitter DIPA, packed with tropical citrus and finished off by a clingy, tenacious bitterness. Caramel and wet malt notes form a solid base, while the hops offer up mango, grapefruit, dank and berry notes before the resinous pine sets in. Nose offers up mango and wet malt, while the pour comes out a lovely gold with a modest white head and moderate lacing. Oily texture hides the ABV well. Tasty beer.
3.8Crystal clean golden pour with one finger of white head. Citrus rind and pine resin with subtle fruity tones and woody/earthy hops. Moderate bitterness with a resinous and biscuity finish.
