3.5 Fles 33cl thuis. Zoeten, rozijn, pruim, licht kruidig, wat weeïg. (10-2017).
3.5 Draft at Uiver tasting room. Jet black color brown head. Soft roast aroma. Taste starts sweet then malty burnt toast. Very nice.
3.3 330ml bottle from a Dirk van den Broek store. Fawn-coloured head, coal black in the glass, clingy lacing down the glassware. Malty sweetness on the nose, dry and lightly roasted. Chocolate and caramel flavours with a backdrop of coffee towards the end. Roasted and warming. Decent sweet porter. (Shared with Leif, hotel room, Amsterdam 09.03.2018).
3.4 Nice dark pour. Malty, roasty flavours but a bit flat though. A very drinkable porter.
3.3 Kolor brunatny, przejrzysty. Przyjemny, owocowo-czekoladowy aromat. W smaku czekolada, owoce, ciut likieru. Balans słodycz-wytrawność w kierunku tego drugiego. Ciut kwaskowo-grorczkowe, szczególnie po ogrzaniu się. Porter bez udziwnień, nieszczególny, dość wodnisty.
4.0 I have bought this bottle in one big supermarket, close to Amsterdam Zuid. I have tried this beer, the last friday at home in Lausanne with Fred. In my point of view, it is a really delicious porter, double they say and it is a solid one with a black and opaque body, thin and white foam, regular carbonation. The taste has good notes of roasted malt, black coffee, mineral and dry, decent bitterness, hop, a kind of beer that you drink step by step, enjoying the nature, well balanced during all the sips.
3.8 Aroma: Chocolate, dry fruit, liquorice - quite intensive, very fruity. Appearance: Black body with a nice head. Taste: Sweet to semi-sweet, quite rich in the mouth, lightly roasted. Palate: Semi-sweet finish, low carbonation, medium to a medium-high body.
3.6 Bottle from Hoogvliet. Dark red brown with beige head. Very smokey - smoker's phlegm with tinge of bitterness. Quite a lot on its own but might be nice paired with some strong cured meats.
3.1 BOTTLE 33 CL. Dark brown, beige head head. Slightly winey, caramel candy. Medium sweet taste, with quite a bit of phenolic harshness, harsh bitterness.
3.5 Bottle shared with Višnja 666. Thanks! Murky dark brown, small off-white head. Roasty, malty, dried fruits, figs. Very strong malty and dry roasty. Full body, moderate carbonation, moderately dry finish. Good, very full.

3.4 From 33cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with abundant whitish foam. Aroma is toasted, also citrusy, some licorice. Body is kind of light, low carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, toasted feeling being the main one. Finish is relatively long.
3.5 Off white thin head left a collar on a black still body. Rich malty aroma with demerara. Medium bodied. Clean on the palate. Minimal carbonation. Roasted, malt, coffee hints, bitter ark stone fruit & a nice tangy ruity finish. Not bad.
3.8 Niente male questa porter, bel colore marrone scuro con schiuma beige persistente, aroma lieve tostato, molto bene al palato morbida, cremosa, cioccolata. Carbonazione bassa.
3.3 Bottle from Saver Bière.com Not bad but it has something which make it not to my taste
3.5 Dark colour, with red hints when the glass is held to the light. Off white small head that fades leavign a film on the surface, good lace. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, raisins, Medium body, creamy texture, red fruits flavour, good carbonation. Taste o fchocolate, red and dried fruits, coffee.
3.7 Bottle.
3.3 Brown beer, opaque, with a white head. Nice carbonation.Weak smell. Ash. Malty, raisins. Hint of resin and coffee.Taste is bitter watery. Quite malty with a hint of sweetness. Nice full mouthfeel.
3.1 Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Dark amber/brownish coloured, small beige head that stays for a while, dried fruits in the nose. Toasted malt, dried fruits, raisins, light chocolate and maybe notes of cardamom with bitterish finish. Far from the best in the style, just average or even less.
3.4 Thanks v&h! Hazy ruby body, tiny off white head. Aroma... Raisins, maltiness, toast. Dry taste, more of the same, toast and raisins malty notes, lean and vaguely bitter, creamy in the finish. Okay.
