Krombacher Pils

Krombacher Pils

Why should we strive constantly to try to improve an already excellent flavor ever? It is one of our strengths, we can recognize that when a product perfected and completed in flavor. We believe in modern continuity and stability as strengths of Krombacher - constant in quality, resistant to the taste. An achievement that we will not sacrifice lightly. The Christmas Song tells the quietly resting at sea, as we feel it with our beer. In peace lies both the strength and the indulgence.

Nature has provided us with its mountain spring water ® richly rewarded. We also feel this as a mandate and responsibility to consider also Krombacher Pils as a gift and preserve this jewel of nature pure. The mountain spring water ® is the most important component for the unique quality and distinctive taste experience of a Krombacher lager. A Krombacher stands for naturally fresh beer enjoyment and a fine, spicy aroma. How many generations in the future, our passion is the preservation of this achievement.

3.3 Degustacja "złocistego trunku" bez opisowej oceny ........................
2.7 0,5 l can. Pours clear light golden with medium lasting white head. Aroma of bread, malts, grainy, some light citrus notes. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Finish is rather short, some malt and light bitterness.
3.8 Aroma is light citrus and malts/grains. The flavor is fruit, malts/grains and a creeping bitter hop finish.
5.0 Good, would buy again.
2.5 Not again
2.8 Fluffy white head. Nicely fizzy. Slightly sweet flavour, fairly malty with some lemon and spice . Quite full bodied and clean tasting. Slight bitterness at the end but would have liked more. Decent enough lager.
3.3 On draft. Straw colored with abundant head; spicy bready aromas; bitter pleasant finish.
2.9 Pale golden, thin white head that lingers around the edge of the glass. Lemon and sweet malt aroma notes. Medium bodied Pils, lemony and sweet grainy flavors. Medium lingering bitterness, with hip dominant finish.
3.2 Can. Floral aroma, light noble hops and something like laundry detergent. Light straw color, with fluffy white foam, and lots of snow globe carbonation swirling around. Mild bready maltiness, light floral hops, and gently sweet in mid palate and finish. Very drinkable, but a bit boring. The laundry scent is quite unusual -- a "clean" beer?
2.5 Grain aroma, a hint of hops. Taste is crisp, mainly malt, some bitterness.
2.9 Pilsen alemana industrial bastante decente. Rubia clarita, buena espuma blanca. Algo dulce, amargor discreto...Dentro de la relación calidad precio, una de las mejores opciones baratas del Mercadona. Yo la disfruto.
3.0 660ml bottle from Tesco. Don't think I've chugged this since I was a teenager. It pours clear lager hold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is grain, earthy, grassy hops, herbal accents, dull cabbage and kind of nutty. The taste is crisp, dry, actually some snappy bitterness, grassy, herbal, touch of cabbage, peppery spcie, earthy, some grain and underlying sweetness from the maltbase with a dry finish. Average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Nice noble hops. Quenches and refreshes. Works fine for me.
3.5 Appearance: pale gold hue; slight head Taste: hint of maltiness w/ a mild bitterness 1/21/22 - Anthem Ale House (Naperville, IL) $9 tall 8/20/22 - Anthem Ale House (Naperville, IL) 2/18/23 - The Foxtail (Downers Grove, IL)
2.9 Glass, 12 ounces, draught, at L'autre œil, savoured on September 25, 2021; eye: golden, clear, no effervescence, ring of off-white head, good lacing; nose: malt, residual sugar; mouth: malt, residual sugar, light hops, finale in malt with presence of residual sugar, light-medium body, average carbonation, slightly bitter, mildly sweet, slick texture; in summary: fair FRANÇAIS Verre, 12 onces, en fût, bue à L'autre œil, savourée le 25 septembre 2021; œil : dorée, limpide, pas d'effervescence, anneau de mousse blanc cassé, bonne dentelle; nez : malt, sucre résiduel; bouche : malt, sucre résiduel, léger houblon, finale en malt avec présence de sucre résiduel, corps léger-moyen, carbonatation moyenne, très légèrement amère, moyennement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct
2.8 not usually a Pils fan but this has a hops, grassy, malt flavor. light in color and feel.
2.5 Piana kremowa, drobno pęcherzykowata. Barwa złota, klarowna. W aromacie lekki banan. W smaku słodowe, mokry karton, goryczka niska. Mało przyjemna, zalegająca.
2.7 500 ml can. Super light and clear. Easy to drink, not metalic taste so better than average. Cheap.
3.0 A good basic taste with a nice aftertaste as well. Nothing special about it.
2.7 Good beer but lacks in taste
2.7 50 cl bottle. Golden colour, snow-white head. Aroma: noble hops, a bit spicy and grassy, malt cookies. Taste: clean, pils malt, clear, medium bitter, drinkable.
3.6 Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear golden colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of grains, hay and white bread. Taste has more grains, hay and bread, a touch of honey and lemon, peppery spice, a hint of floral and a nice crisp but mild grassy finish. Thin to medium body, average carbonation with a fairly smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. True to the style. Not bad
3.0 Bottle in 2021. A decent pils, really refreshing in a hot summer day..
2.7 330ml bottle from a Kaufland store, 4 bottles with Krombacher branded glass drinking it on 28/08/2021 BB 25.03.22 Pours a clear golden body with visible carbonation, small bubbles going upwards and good bubbly and creamy white foam on top, good lacing. Aroma of malt and grains, cereal, straw and slightly grassy.. Taste is malty and moderate sweet with malt and grains notes, some citrus and grassy hints and also a nice bitter and dry grainy and slightly hoppy finish, quite short. Highly drinkable and easy, could be a little more flavoured, bitter and less sweet malty for me. Light to medium body, more of a watery than oily texture and high carbonation, clean and crisp taste. It's quite ok for a macro pils, could be more bitter a bit mild but quite nice and easy to drink, aftertaste turns sweet after a while. Quite refreshing and sessionable.
3.5 Gutes Standardbier
2.2 Pilsnek közel sem elég keserű, nyomott, de nem is lageres
3.0 Golden with white head. Aroma of straw and grass. Raste crisp fresh snd quite bitter.
4.0 Sehr gutes Standardpils
2.9 Bottled 06/18/20 so over a year old. Clear to almost pale golden blonde pour with a thin white head and no lacing …. Aroma of straw, grass, light grain and sweet malts …. Taste is of straw, mostly grassy hops, dry bitter hops on the back end ….. simple light malts and a bit of cereal/grain to the flavor … clean and crisp brew…. Sessionable and decent
3.6 Excellent ice cold . Sharp, crisp . Loved it - Tesco 660ml . Day of char’s hen.
