Im Glas zeigt sich trübes, helles Bernstein mit goldfarbenen Reflexen. Feine bis mittelgrobe Perlage nährt die weiße, fein- bis mittelporige Schaumkrone, die sich flaumig-stabil und sehr gut haltbar zeigt.
In der Nase finden sich die weizentypischen Aromen. Feine fruchtige Hefe, mittelreife Banane und leichte süßliche Malzaromatik.
Leicht spritzig und angenehm, leicht süßlich-fruchtig im Antrunk. Man vernimmt auch sofort den weichen Charakter der Hefetrübe. Am Gaumen schön vollmundig, leicht malzig und überaus fruchtig. Schön, dass einem nicht nur die typische Banane entgegenspringt. Es wirkt generell wie ein schöner Mix an exotischen Aromen. Das gibt diesem Bier schon eine gewisse Tiefe und macht es durchaus interessant. Die hintergründig eingebundene Säure und feine Hopfenaromatik passen hervoragend und bieten so eine ganz gute Haptik und eine schöne Süffigkeit.
Im Abgang für ein Weizen relativ flach und zu wenig spektakulär, aber durchaus okay. Lediglich leichte Hefenoten klingen kurz nach. Aber lieber etwas zu flach oder schnell abfallend als störende Aromen oder gar Fehlaromen.
Bottle, online from Hereford Beer House. Pours hazy golden with a rocky white head. Aroma of yeast, grain, malt, sweet. Taste: light to moderate sweet, malt, yeast, banana esters. Medium body with lively carbonation.
Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hefiger, leicht würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hefig, würzig, keine Banane, dafür Anklänge an Pfirsich & Aprikosen. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
Nach einigen Spezialitäten der Brauerei wie der Turmweisse oder dem Aloysius (die mich schwer begeistert hatten) komme ich durch die Bierbestellung eines Kumpels auch zu dem Original Weißbier der Brauerei.
Auch dieses ist wirklich gut gelungen. Es hat wahrlich schöne fruchtig-hefige Aromen nach Banane, Papaya, Kiwi und Marille gemsicht mit Bisquit.
NIchts ausgefallenens, aber ein solides bayrisches Weizenbier, von dem man gerne ein paar trinken kann.
Pours clear slightly dark gold with a nice frothy white top. Aroma is nice wheat, banana and clove. Taste much the same, lower mouthfeel but still very quenching.
0.5 bottle. Szüretelen baracklé szín, minimális hab, erősen szénsavasnak néz ki. Banános élesztős gabonás bajorbúza illat. Citromos íz, friss, közepesen szénsavas. Eléggé tucat bajor búza. Nincs benne semmi különös.

Shared with my nephew, odd pick at the Beer Store, not expecting much, but let’s stretch here, from the opening, the aroma is great, a nice German banana perfume, then you try it and the taste is somewhat harsh, not as fruity as you would expect.
Aroma: Pretty non-intensive aroma of bubblegum and bread. Appearance: Hazy golden, solid head. Taste: Sweet, waterish, empty, boring. Palate: Semi-sweet finish, high carbonation, low body. It's not a very good weizen - rather boring and mediocre.
Bottled. Hazy orange body, small white head. The aroma has wheat but the taste is underwhelming. No banana.

Pours hazy, golden amber with a big, fluffy white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet lemonade-ish fruitiness. Oranges and tangerines. White sugar. Citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate tart and sour bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and lingers for a while. Fruity finish.
Decent but a bit generic Weizen.
Bottle from Bier Gibst Hier. I get the regular hefe weissen aromas with foam banana. Similar taste, bready malty with foam banana. Some sweetness. Nice and refreshing.

Dobry weizen na średnim poziomie. Mamy zamglone ciemno pomarańczowe piwo z dość trwałą białą i szyjącą na szkle pianą. W aromacie przeważają banany, estry, leciutko zboże i drożdże. Piwo w smaku jest również bananowe, orzeźwiające, ; z czasem lekko przytłacza wytrawnym posmakiem. Można wypić.
Bottle from Hier gibts Bier and drunk at home. Hazy pale brown colour lasting white head. Banana ester aroma. Some biscuit. Full in mouth. Banana biscuit. It's fine. Light caramel. Some dryness on the finish. Decent.
Pours a clean rich golden colour with an amber hue. The head is thick-frothy, almost creamy, warm off-white with good retention and creamy lacing. Rich, sweet smelling malts with grainy notes and bananas. Thankfully, the taste is not as sweet as expected. Decent hops balance out the finish. Still malty with hints of bananas, but a certain spiciness found in Euro Pilsner helps out. Not much lingering on the tongue, which is good for a Weisse. Much better than expected.
500ml crown top bottle: pours a hazy burnished gold with a 3 finger white meringue cap....aroma is demure, fruity, some banana, bready, earthy, spicy....flavor is fruity/cloves/malty...turns dry and peppery effervescence in the very clean dusty dry finish...well rounded but sharp, dry spicy character...very quenching...very decent for a bottled Hefeweizen.
Flaska från web-bier.de. Gulorange disig vätska med högt krämigt vitt skum. Relativt stiltypisk men inte så kryddig och med mindre banan än genomsnittet. Ganska lätt kropp, frisk och krispig, smak av jäst, krydd, hö och lite örter. Ok
500ml bottle from trade with sinh4. Thanks chap! Pours a predicted hazy yellow, large white head. Pleasing banana and cloves on the nose. Overall character presents a good balanced flavoursome bananery weissbier.. gentle carbonation. Good stuff.

Aroma: ripe bannana, sweet, I guess even one sided, maybe touch of clove if you digg deeper.
Look: almost kristal weizen like, vety slight haze. Darker shade of gold, hint of amber. Plus size top, average span.
Palate: medium lighter in body, lighter carbonation.
Taste: caramel sugars, wheat notes, fairly bland. A bit of let down...
Pours gold with nice frothy white head. Best hefeweizen i drank, and that style is my least favorite. Taste and aroma of banana with yeasty taste to it. Toned down basement aroma. Lively carbonation. Medium body.

Initially, it seemed rather clear for a hefeweizen, and one-note - bubble gum. Then I spotted that the "hefe" (yeast) was kind of stuck in the bottom. Some swirling eventually mixed it back in, giving more character. Overall, a bit less rich than two better-known brands, but still quite within the style. This Bavarian brewery has been making beer since 1300.

Bottle picked up from REWE, Zolling and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Wednesday 11th December 2019 listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music and cooking (throwing in the oven) Fish Fingers, Potato Croquettes and Peas. Pours gold and surprisingly it's pretty clear for the style, ok it has a touch of haze but not too much at all, pours with a white head. Soft carbonation, wheaty and with a light tropical touch courtesy of a hint of banana. This is a very soft easy drinking Hefe-Weiss. Not bad.

500 ml bottle from the Beer Store. Pours a dull golden orange colour with plus-sized whiteish head. Aroma is caramelized banana, spice and fermented apple. Flavour has lots of banana, sweet caramel, clove and a little apple/pear. Gently dry finish. Decent.
