4.0 Bottle, at B2. It's close to black in the glass, topped by a dark beige head of moderate size. It has a quite heavy aroma with molasses, roasted malts and burnt hints, caramel sauce, dark rye bread and touch of brown sugar and herbs. It's full bodied, lightly warming and quite sweet, with a soft carbonation. Roasted malts, dark chocolate, molasses, caramel sauce and dark sourdough rye bread in the flavor. Lasting malty finish. A delicious and dangerously easy drinkable imperial stout. 200105
3.6 bottle from b2 burgerbar black, but pours dark brown, smooth brown head. aroma is cocoa, sweet roasted malts.wood. flavor is hard roasted malts, brown sugar, faint cocoa, interesting almost coffee like bitterness. licorice. bourbon. Heavy and flavorful imperial stout, tastes like it has been lagered on borbon barrels or with bourbon chips, but i don't know.
4.3 Color negro, opaca.
3.8 33cl bottle at home, bought at Jumbo de Beren. Appearance: pitchblack with medium sized beige head. Aroma: coffee, roasted malts, molasse. Taste: high sweet- and bitterness. Notes of roasted malts, cacao, molasse, some dates, espresso coffee and retronasal some red fruits, Palate: full bodied, creamy texture and soft carbonation. Overall: Good stuff. I drank the barrel aged one before this one. Definitely a solid base beer. Lovely texture. Aroma is not that complex though.
3.8 Oak barrel, coffee, dark chocolate in aroma. It is poured into a glass like thick oil, impervious with a little brown foam. The taste is dark chocolate, black coffee, a little malt. The finish is bitterly malt. The body is full, carbonation is low.
3.6 Tap Black colour with small beige head.Aroma of licorice and cocoa nice and smooth with well balanced smooth mouthfeels and warming finish.

4.2 24 May 2019. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Cheers Anke & 77ships! Pours hazy black with a lasting, thin, frothy, beige head. Aroma of toast, black pepper, mocha, milk chocolate, brownie dough, dried fig, kahlua, roasted nuts. Taste is medium malty sweet, dates & chocolate on a nutty, slightly vanilla-like creamy base, a bit salty umami before rosted bitter notes of toast, coffe & chocolate powder take over, leading to a dryish, malty, herbal hoppy finish, where the roastedness turns tobacco-like, though some creamy maltiness lingers, as well as a warming dash of whisky-like alcohol. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Very nice combination of 'everything'.
3.9 330ml bottle from International Beer Collector 11.2% ABV BB 09/2022 Black, pretty much opaque, Small tan head resides atop. Aroma sings blackened things - charred toast, burnt sugar, molasses, raisins, roast nuts, coffee grind and cocoa, with a hint of earthy smoke. Nice and thick, substantial, chewy, lingering, rather sumptuous overall. Really digging the flavours; has a lovely pudding like richness to it accompanying notes of sticky date and chocolate pudding pave the sweet foundation for savoury notes of coffee and raisin and almost peaty smoke with a nice lingering bitterness to finish. Very nice, quite different with a sort of pronounced caramel/dark sugar note; very welcomed.
3.5 Botte. Very dark brown - almost black, small and fully diminishing dark brown head. Moderate to full, malty and sweetish aroma, light - some dark fruits - light vinous notes, light coffee, faint licorice and alcohol. Body is medium to full, malty and sweetish flavor, faint roastiness and dark fruits - faint vinous notes, light coffee, faint licorice and alcohol..Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish - sweetish, faint roastiness and dark fruits, light coffee and hoppyness, light alcohol. Really nice aroma with dark fruits and vinous notes, flavor/finish almost totally lack these elements. Not too sweet. Head is weak. Nice one though.
3.9 Czarne, nieprzejrzyste. Piana bardzo szybko zredukowała się d zera. W aromacie nuty beczkowe. Drewno i nuta wanilii. Kawa i lekkie chmiele. Trochę pralinowego alkoholu. Pachnie gorzko i ziołowo. W smaku dużo łagodniejsze. Jest nuta owocowa, czuć beczkę. Całość kojarzy się z czerwonym winem. Jest dość słodkie. Nisko wysycone.
4.0 This is a fairly strong beer and it's no surprise that it reminded me of the wine. The flavors of prunes, honey, strong dark chocolate, coffee and fermented fruit produce an exceptionally full rounded taste. Great beer - I'm going to look for it again.
4.2 Mercredi 7 juillet 2021. 9-4-8-4-7 = 42 Sunday, March 31, 2019. Bottle, 33cL. 11.2%. 3.8 (Bottle, 0.33 l - L20180928 - BBE 09/2023, from Alko Arkadia, 20190323) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate and sweetness. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sweetness, ash and bitterness. A pleasant strong brew with balanced chocolate and burnt notes.
3.8 Bottle 330ml at home. From Alko web shop. BBE 09/2023. Black beer with beige head. Dark malts, chocolate, molasses, sweet licorice rye bread. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweet chocolately finish.
4.0 This Imperial Stout has all of the properties of that class of beverages. It has dark brown color, a bit sweet taste, wonderful smell and medium rich texture. The little touch of coffee and the caramel is present in the beer body. It has more than 11% of ABV, but you can't feel it strength while you are drinking, so it makes your experience enjoyable.
Piana wymuszona. Smak zajebisty. Masa czerwonych owoców, taniny, czekolada, kawa, dużo beczki, wanilia. Mega deser czekoladowy z wiśniami. Zajebiście ukryty alkohol. Po czasie jedynie przyjemnie rozgrzewa w przełyk. Bardzo aksamitne i gładkie. Sztos bez dyskusji.
3.7 Bottle at a tasting with buddies Cuso, Rubin77, Wendigo. Lots of dark sweetish malty flavours, chocolate, some caramel, high sweetness, only partly balanced by deep bitter roast - rather a lack of this here. Overall rich and intense, but off balance. Good but not great.
3.9 Bottle. Malty aroma, chocolate, light roasty notes. Tastes the same as aroma, light sweet, light to medium bitter. Medium body, malty chocolate bitter sweet finish. Good.
3.5 Bottle kindly shared by Wendigo. Dark brown color with small white head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice, chocolate. Taste, dark malt, molasses, chocolate, spices.
4.2 Bottle. pours black with a thin beige head. The aroma is black treacle. The taste has chocolate puddling with brown sugar and treacle. Nice thick mouthfeel. Some liquorice and a touch of spice. Warming booze. Excellent.
3.6 Russian Imperial Stout, botella 33ctl. Excelente.
3.9 Cocoa and rich chocolate notes, dark fruits, some alcohol, black with a thin brown head, full body, carbonation is soft, good alcohol and fruity mix in the mouth....very good.
4.1 A beer that I enjoyed a lot. Good foam, good smell, alcohol very well integrated, tingling from equilibrium. A very good beer that will surely repeat
3.9 Black, small beige head. Heavy malty aroma, molasses, chocolate. Sweet flavour, malt, licorice, caramel, dark sugar. Pleasant alc burn. Sticky.

3.6 330 ml bottle at home, bb. 12.2021. Pours a very dark mahogany with a quickly disappearing small tan colored head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark fruits, dates, dark chocolate, some coffee, soy sauce. Full body with a soft carbonation, a medium sweetness, a light to medium bitterness and some booze. The flavor is again full of roasted malt, dark chocolate, dark fruits, brown sugar, light oxidation, port wine followed by burnt notes, burnt wood and licorice, some alcohol. Finishes with a relatively dry (regarding the sweetness) roasty bitterness. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 7 Palate: 4 Overall: 14
