La Ramée Blonde

Even today, tradition is respected because it is brewed with the greatest care, using traditional methods, based on a unique recipe from Brabant Hesbaye.
The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe.
La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour.

Used to be 8%. Changed to 7.5% at least 2015, maybe earlier.

In 2015-2016 for sure brewed at Du Bocq.

2.0 Pilsener benzeri tat. Açık renk. Fazla asitlik ve alkol. Normal koku. İçildiğinde asitlik ve yüksek alkolü sebebiyle ağızda acılık bırakıyor.

4.4 This is one Belgian Ale I particularly like. Rich in flavor but blent to an overall very smooth composition. Among my favorites.

3.2 On tap at brussels. Yellow colour big white head. Nose is low yeasty spiceness. Taste is low bitterness. Low phenols. A regulwr blonde. Nothing outstanding.

3.2 tastes of alchohol, malt, grain and wheat. fairly heavy beer. It’s a lovely thin fizzy beer. Not a lot of different taste in it but It will do the trick. A short finish, not thirstquenching but it will seduce you to drink more.

3.6 Bière triple distrayante, cette Ramée blonde, à l’instar de sa soeur ambrée, possède cette petite touche d’acidité qui la rend rafraîchissante sans pour autant qu’elle ne puisse s’enorgueillir d’une grande complexité ou d’un parfait équilibre. Sa robe blond doré limpide (EBC aux environs de 15) est plutôt attrayante, d’autant que son effervescence est marquée et qu’une mousse blanche généreuse pare sa surface (4 cm en début de dégustation). Le nez est frais et fleuri, sur les céréales le citron et une pointe de coriandre. L’attaque, fraîche, est marquée par une présence acide sur des arômes de citron, complétés par ceux de fruits jaunes et d’épices (dont coriandre). En deuxième bouche, l’acide s’estompe quelque peu pour mettre en avant des arômes plus doux, fruités et notamment sur l’ananas et la pêche. L’arrière bouche cependant reste davantage sur l’acidité formant un duo avec l’amertume, pas du plus grand équilibre, sur des arômes à la fois fleuris et épicés. Les épices prendront d’ailleurs une place prépondérante par la suite avec un final sur une amertume douce et un alcool bien progressif soutenant convenablement les arômes. Le sucre est quant à lui bien dosé avec par contre une corpulence et une longueur moyennes, et à l’image de cette Ramée qui ne présente rien d’exceptionnel.

3.5 Van ’t vat. Helder blond bier met wand klevende witte schuimkraag. Geur: granen, moutzoetig, licht hoppig. Smaak: licht moutzoetig, wat gistkarakter, licht kruidig. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht bitter, droog.

3.7 Goudblond Belgisch bier met een goede verhouding tussen zoet en bitter. Van de tap gedronken.

3.5 Moins bonne que l’ambrée, elle reste correcte. Légère et fruitée, elle se boit facilement (bon 7,5% quand même), je trouve qu’elle manque un peu de goût et surtout de longueur. Bref correcte mais pas exceptionnelle.

3.4 #1065 Bottle. Hazy, deep golden body, medium white head. Aroma of apples, vanilla, alcohol. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter. Liqueur, honey, apples, malts, touch of cinnamon and vanilla. Medium body, high carbonation. Good.

3.4 Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- Belgian character, apple, pear, apricot. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, light alcohol presence, apples and pears. Fuller bodied. Good.

3.2 Výčap Monk Brusel. Zlatá farba, biela pena. Vôňa sladová, kvasnicová, jemne citrusová. Chuť sladká, kvasnicová, jemne citrusová, ostrá na jazyku. Dochuť sladká, kvasničná.

3.6 Bottle 33cl. Volle biersmaak, peperachtig, lichtzoetige afdronk, troebel goudkleurig, van mij mogen die Belgen het EK winnen.

3.1 Draft at Waterloo 1815 monument. Pilsener pour, clear, frothy head. A: typical Belgian blond, light malts, marzipan note, light peppery, banana and citrus. T: follows aroma. Finnish is malty sweet with vanilla note.

3.6 33 cl. bottle at home. Medium high fluffy white lasting head. Clear amber golden body. Sweet flowery honey straw aroma. Highly carbonated straw apple pear honey flavor with hints of alcohol combined with a nice hops bitterness. Long bittersweet finish.

4.0 Magnifique trésor blond des brasseries belges! Un vrai plaisir, équilibré et gustatif. Une réussite à recommander!

3.4 330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, wheaty aroma, notes of banana, apple, pear and apricot, a sweet-ish touch of oat flakes. Taste is slightly bitter hoppy, a minimally biting, tangy touch is reinforced by some peppery yeasty spiciness, moderately sweet-ish, oaty, pale malty basis, fruity hints of banana and apricot. Rather clean, nice fruitiness, good drinkability despite significant sweetness.

3.4 Light Amber pour. Spicy with some dry hop flavor. A little light fruit sweetness...grapes, a hint of melon. Crisp and dry.

3.0 Blond light misty. Practically hopless, golden malts, very light. Classic Belgian ale, not so bad but horribly dull. What more can I say? (On tap at Bier Central Antwerpen)

3.2 Biere jaune doree a la mousse peu persistante. Nez d’agrumes et de malt. En bouche, de nombreux fruits sont detectes : citron, agrume, abricot, ananas. Peu de carbonation, un peu seche mais une belle fraicheur en fait une blonde rafraichissante et agreable sans plus !

3.4 Quite fruity in aroma and in taste. Subtle level of carbonation. Not too sweet.
