The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

3.2Pretty average white beer, similar to the Belgian variety with not too dominant wheat malts. Rather weak body, neither fruity nor spicey. Just in the middle of everything.
4.1Beauteful hazy yellow color with firm long lasting white head.
Nose: Light, citrus, hay, nutty, wheaty, grassy, lemon zest
Palate: Delicate mouthfeel, getting the same notes as on the nose, incredibly refreshing. Would be perfect on a hot summer day.
Finish: Every so slightly bitter, "fluffy", gentle, refreshing, comfortable - not overpowering.
Overall: Great white ale and my first ever. Very pleasantly surprised. I would buy this again.
3.6330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright, pale golden colour with average, thick, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Wheaty malty and yeasty spicy, slightly grassy and minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, a touch of lemon and white bread, clove, peppery whiffs of coriander. Taste is slightly grassy and minimally citrusy hoppy, minimally dry, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty spicy, hints of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of coriander, cardamom and clove, white bread, subtle sweetness, subtle tartness.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Light, mild, clean, refreshing - very nice.
3.3Hazy straw color with a moderate white head.
Aroma: Malt - hay, wheat. Hops - citrus. Yeast: Clove. Mouth: A touch of sweetness but generally dry and fresh. A slight bitterness towards the end. Light/medium body.
3.7Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, yeasty spicy notes, light bitter. Medium body, malty spicy bitter finish. Ok.
3.8330 cl bottle. Banana smell, wheat flowers mint. Perfect color medium head. Very soft elegant taste, fades fast. Stronger would be perfect.
3.5Prima witbier.
3.12/4/2021. Bottle from LowCostBeer.com. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, banana, wheat, grain, herb, clove, yeast. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Weak sweet finish. Ok.
3.4Bottiglia. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile.
Krasser Perlensturm.
3.7Lekker fris
2.8Bottle, 330ml. Clear light yellow, tall white head. Scent of wheat and light grain. Mouth feel is crisp with a light wheaty smooth texture, storng carbonation, light body. Taste is lightly sweet with very mild acidity and almost no bitterness. Very good balance. Very easy drinking and refreshing. Flavors of wheat, grain, light lemon, pale malt, mild corn, very mild clove, very mild yeast. Quite boring, but tasty. It's a very easy drinking, very light, simple beer. Good balance and mouth feel.
3.1Pours slightly hazy yellow with medium white head. Sweet malts, yeast, spices, cloves, citrus. Medium body and average carbonation.
3.2Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer, Hamburg Webshop and consumed during BeerwithNat Beer school, Thursday 18th February 2021, we had Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas with homemade Beer Batter and homemade Tartare Sauce. Medium body, mid to high carbonation, abv moderate, some light sweetness lingers, good clarity, light pale straw/gold, pretty good, soft carbonation, wheatiness throughout, good. A touch of farmyard cattle feed on the nose.
3.4Suave, herbal, acuosa.

3.4330ml bottle. Pale clear gold, big white head but dissipates quite quickly, modest retention and lacing. Aroma is wheat, yeast, banana, sweet confectionary. Taste is quite fruity with slight edge of banana confectionary sweets. Quite refreshing with a light to moderate body and decent fizz.
2.9Beetje te licht
5.0Única cerveza witte Trapense.
Espuma media cremosa y persistente.
Good
3.5The way the style should be made. Clean light, dry , classic hop punch. Good for the style. Craftbier advent 2020
3.4un peu citronnee . epicee
2.8Una cerveza color amarillo pajizo, con espuma generosa y persistente. Cuerpo medio y astringente.
3.2Typical wheat beer aroma and taste. Light on the abv and mouthfeel. Citrus fruity and fairly dry. An easy drinker though not a rush to re buy.
3.5Bottle, 33 cl, O'Connor's, Uppsala. Overall pleasant, prominent citrus aroma, moderate carbonation. Refreshing, had this with pub food fish and chips.
