Lagunitas 12th of Never Ale

Lagunitas 12th of Never Ale

Can: Filtered
Tropically Hoppy. Light, yet Full-Bodied. Bright and Citrusy. Word. The magical, mystical 12th of Never is a blend of Old and New School hops that play bright citrus, rich coconut, and papaya-esque flavors, all on a solid stage of English puffed wheat. Tropically hoppy. Light, yet full-bodied. Bright and citrusy. The 12th of Never Ale is everything we’ve learned about making hop-forward beer expressed in a moderate voice. Pale, cold, slightly alcoholic and bitter. It’s all we know.

3.4 35.5cl can at home. Appearance: clear pale golden with a medium sized white head. Aroma: lemon zest, orange juice, candied sugar, grains. Taste: medium sweetness and fairly high bitterness. Mainly malts with some notes of yeast, lemon and orange zest. Palate: medium bodied, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: APA has never been my favorite style. I have to say, for a wide distribution APA this is quite okay.

Taste start with a little malty. Fast an upcoming hop bitter with a fresh yellow fruit character with somewhat grapefruit, orange and tropical. Good balance. Medium body is okay for this bitterness.

3.7 LCI.

3.5 Straw, Clean, White Beerhead, with frothy, lacing, small foam, OK retention. Beautiful grapefruit, Citrus, and Orange flavors, somehow piney and floral. Light Sweetness, Medium bitterness, Crispy touch, Soft carbonation. Grainy, Pilsner malt, similar to its aroma, the bitterness is not so lingering. Dry in finish, , High drinkability

Rico sabor a mango y pomelo.
