3.7 On tap at Beer bang, Messina, Italy. Pours golden color, huge white head. Aroma of bret, apricot, peach. Taste is lightly sour, medium sweet, apricot, bret.
3.7 Wat zachter maar goed van smaak
3.7 Dużo skóry i dzikości. Geuze z charakterem, kwaśności oraz nut skóry nie brakuje w smaku, octu mimo wszystko brak. Bardzo przyjemny lambik.
3.9 Copenhagen 20/6 2021. 37,5 cl corked and capped bottle from Væskebalancen, Valbylanggade, Valby. Round label with a cow skull in the middle circled by a yellow-green band. Pours unclear- almost hazy - golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as uneven, layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing. Aroma is intense with a light sweet, fruity, almost lemonade-ish scent of oranges and currants mingling with a strong, tart odor. Vinegar and sour gooseberries. Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture. Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and rather sharp. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry like white wine. Pretty straight forward but excellent Lambic.
3.9 Brett Elle 37,5cl. Light carbonation. Brett and vanilla flavours. Also in the taste vanilla flavour. Soft to medium acidity for a geuze. Accessible. Complex but vanilla Overrules. Not much fruity flavours
3.2 Een gueze dat mij smaakt
4.1 Hazy golden pour. Bright and funky aroma. Distinct musty basement and wet dog quality. There’s a soft sour cheesiness underneath a bretty/earthy mustiness. Some light earthiness. Cork and a little bit of soft zestiness. Soft and funky. Really delicious.
3.7 4/20 bottle. Clear gold with a white head that lasts OK. Grainy aroma with moderate funk, lemons, flowers. Lowish carbonation. Fruity with some stone fruit (and stones) oldish lemon, some oak. Moderately sour. Could use just a little more intensity but the complexity it has whilst remaining very easy drinking is just what I like.
3.7 Pours a clear, deep amber coloration with a small, frothy head. Smells of doughy malt and estery fruit, with notes of green apple, apricot and gooseberry, with subtle hints of musty funk and oak. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of doughy malt and estery fruit notes of green apple, pear, apricot and gooseberry. as well as a light citric sourness and quite subtle hints of musty, moldy funk and oak. Finishes with a light tartness and some green apple, apricot and oak lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and light/medium carbonation. While this makes for a nice, refreshing Gueuze, it does somewhat lack the depth and complexity of its big brothers, being rather focused on the estery fruit, with a somewhat light but rather citric acidity and only quite subtle funk and oak accents that also have a bit of a "moldy" character to them that I'm not a huge fan of. It's also a bit too sweet and undercarbonated for my personal taste, but I'm nitpicking now and this does make for an enjoayble brew overall that just doesn't quite live up the product of breweries that have been doing this style for decades, although they are definitely on the right path here.
3.8 37,5 cl fles. Wazig blond bier met grote wand klevende witte schuimkraag. Geur: stalgeur, paardendeken, noterigheid, klein baby kots geurtje, yoghurt, wat appel. Smaak: zuur, citrus, stal, Brett, sherry azijn. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: droog, licht zuur, citrus. Belegen zachtere geuze. Lekker.
3.7 375ml bottle. Pours hazy orange gold with a medium head. Aroma is sharp and sour cheesy lemonade. Taste has sour cheesy lemonade throughout with a sour finish.
3.7 375ml bottle from the Offie, Leicester and drunk at home. Light golden, slightly hazy with a large rocky white head. Lime zest aroma with light funk. Gently tart with a sweetness behind it near the finish. Carbonation is pretty extreme - so much so that it interferes with my enjoyment of the beer. A very nice beer but not a top gueuze for me.
4.1 Botella de @StruiseShop, Online. 20/01/2021. Color amarillo corona de espuma blanca, aromas cítricos, acidos, sabor acida, brettt, cuerpo ligero. Rica.
3.5 375ml bottle. Mostly clear shade between gold and amber. Tart lemony flavours, oak, white grape, cheese rind. Stands up to the classic gueuzes.
3.9 hazy golden colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of citric acid, acetone, tannines, balsamic vinegar and wine cellary notes; dry mouthfeel with similar notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one. many thanks, kapusil!
3.7 0.375l bottle. Hazy golden body with almost no head. Aroma and taste of vinegar, mold, wood and lemon zest. A hint of salt and some acetone appear too. OK lambic.
3.5 37,5cl Bottle @ Beergium, Le Roeulx, Belgium. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malt, brett, fruits, tart. Taste is malt, brett, citrus, apples, tart. Medium body, average carbonation.
2.7 375ML, bottled October 2018, 375ML. Hazy yellow. Smells like a dry lemon meringue pie. Very musty. Like moldy cardboard and wood. Lemon and wheat at the finish but this is the most mold forward lambic I’ve had.
3.0 Bottle shared by Adam, thanks for this. Flavor of diaper, dust, plastic? Lemon rind notes. Old wet oak. No refined at all, nice attempt. Well....ummm not my thing at all.

3.9 Poured a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized, frothy white head. Aroma was light sweet malts. Light, funky notes, light peach. Tart, but not sour. Light lemon, pretty tasty. Bottle at the DC area socially distant Fall 2020 tasting.
4.2 9-4-8-5-16 Bottle, two years after bottling. Pours clear golden, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart notes of hay, fruity brett with grapes and apples, musty fruit peel and farmhouse notes, as well as nuts, leafy notes, tannins and wooden barrels. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity brett, with hay, grapes and white berries, farmhouse and musty fruits, as well as nuts, tannins and oak barrels. Dry wooden minerals in the finish.
2.8 Hazy golden with a fast dissipating head. Typical dry smell of a lambic beer. Rather bland taste for this type of beer.
3.6 Bottled 750ml. -Yellow/pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, grapes and brett in the nose. Grapes, brett, light fruity and sweetish woody finish.

3.9 Pretty nicely done. Great to taste a new Belgian lambic producer. Orange and lemon. Golden pour with good head. On the acidic side. Buddha fingers. Nice. Bottle thanks to beastiefan.
4.1 Bardzo dużo nut dzikich, kwaskowe, gładkie, dośc pełne, intwnsywne. Niezwykle ciekawe i pijalne. Super piwo na dzikich drożdżach.
4.5 What a great beer. So balanced and tasty Hazy pale golden in the glass with a fine head Nice smooth aroma. Fine intensity Very fine and balanced acidity in this one Not to dry either. And not to high carbonation level Very pleasant and easy to drink Citric, green apples, fruity and mild vinegar [Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Halden, Norway] Brewery #2217
3.0 Iets te zoet voor mij. En te vlakke smaak.
3.4 375ml bottle (Brewdog, Tallinn) (7:3:7:4:13=3.4) Heady fruity aroma, some dried apricot, some fleshy fruits, peachy. Tastes so similar. A mellow geuze, more like a tart unblended lambic, as it's lacking the real acidity I normally expect from a geuze. Still very pleasant, though.
