2.8 Murky orange yellowish pour finger head disappears quickly active carbonation smell honey light hops lemon taste wheat get a sizzling taste sour lemon bitter finish reminds me of a cough drop
4.8 Beautiful crisp beer. Nothing says summer or the beach quite like it. The lemon is not overwhelming and you can drink enough of them without worrying of a headache.
3.4 Perfect beer for summer. The taste of beer and lemonade are perfectly intertwined. A nice beer to sip on throughout the day.
3.4 12 ounce can. Pour is light straw color and cloudy. Aroma of lemon. Taste also of lemon. Very clean and crisp. Great summer beer.
2.9 Not bad for a summer day on the golf course. When the cart girl comes around with the likes of Corona and Coors light, it's a pretty easy pick to go with summer shandy.
1.4 Bottle into shaker glass. Lemon overwhelming. No lacing and too much carbonation. A beer the masses may love, but really more of a souped up wine cooler than microbrew.
2.7 On draught at Gaslight Social Club. Pours a hazy yellow, small head of foam. I get notes of lemon, wheat, bread. All on the light side. Tastes like it smells. Inoffensive light flavours, simple, refreshing. Light body with medium carbonation. It is what it is. I miss the Sunset Wheat.
2.8 Aroma of lemon zest, and kind of a air refreshener. Bright yellow in color. Bright lemon, citrus bitter, and a hint of mint. Tastes artificial.
1.3 Found from Binnys in Plainfield, Illinois. It's a yellow beer with decent aroma. The aroma was the only worthwhile part of the beer for me. Not that refreshing as a summer beer.
1.8 Pours hazy amber. Thick white head. Nothing remarkable in terms of taste or palate. Mild lemon flavor and elements of a wheat beer.
2.2 Not a bad looking beer and in its defense I am not a shandy fan. Pour is hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma wheat and lemon rind. Taste like lemonade and wheat beer.
1.9 Some lime and malt. Not a lot beyond that, but I guess that's what you want in a Shandy. Bottle.
0.5 It's nasty. I'm from Munich Germany and on a hot summery day i was in the mood for like a "Radler" a lemony..a little bit on the sweet side kind of beer. So i saw this summer shandy..i was excited. I tried it and spit ut out..it's horrible. If you know what a Radler is and like them..Please do not drink this beer..u will be dissapointed...
3.2 From a 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a big white head. Aroma of lemon. Flavors are light sweet citrus and grain. Light bodied with a crisp finish.
2.2 473 ml can from the LCBO. Pours a hazed pale golden yellow with large white head. Aroma is lemon drop candy with a bit of herbal character. Flavour also has a candyish (though not overly sweet, just artificial) lemon with a bit of medicinal/herbal character. Light body. Meh.
1.8 Worth a try but I wasn’t a huge fan. I’d rather go for a beer or a cider, this almost feels like a compromise and wasn’t the greatest at that.
0.5 Awful beer period
2.9 Can- pours a hazy pale straw with a puffy 2 finger cap...aroma is subtle- biscuit dough and lemon with some grassy spiciness. Flavor is mild, rounded, bready with a lemon kiss and a creaminess in the mouth feel, fast crisp finish, a decent thirst buster...I never liked these things (My dad had to make shandys for my Mom in the summer heat because she thought beer was "fattening")...always thought they were fruity, weak ladies drinks...but I found myself liking this one as I literally slammed it after a hot day of yard work.
2.4 29/6/2018. Draft at Yard House at The Linq, Laz Vegas. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma dominated by lemons, little else. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness with light citrus sour. Light body, thin texture, above average carbonation.
2.0 A coworker recommended the beer so I decided to try it. I did not like it. It has a taste of lemon. I have had beers with a slice of lime inside like Corona and I like it. But here the beer has this lemon flavor that just does not work for me. Sorry!
3.9 Pours a hazy light yellow. Has a nice lemonade-like flavor. It’s pretty good. Easy drinking summer beer. I would recommend to anyone with any sort of palate whatsoever
2.1 Pours clear golden with a full, foamy, white head. Aroma is citrus and light caramel. Taste is sweet caramel, with tart lemon moving in. Finish is smooth malt. A very drinkable, if not all that remarkable, beer.
2.0 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity lemonade aroma. Fruity malty lemonade flavor. Has a fruity malty lemonade finish.
2.3 On tap. Cloudy yellow with very little head. Aroma is lemons and citrus. Flavour is very slightly sour and more lemons. It’s beer lemonade but heavier than it should be to be refreshing. Finish is...lemons.
2.5 Canned. I thought it was German, which is why I bought it. Now that I know it’s from US it’ll be under boycot. Hazy yellow body, small white head. Refreshing. But US? No thanks.
2.8 Can under Lemon Shandy - Craft Weiss Beer... sounds fancy. Big smell of candied lemon and lime. Hazy golden colour with a tad amber. The head is huge, white, very long lasting with some creamy lace notes. The taste is on the bitter-ish side with the citrus peel. It does feel more natural, but lacking some punchiness. Light yeast. Nothing really special here. Kind of prefer the candied nose over the natural rest. Weird!
3.3 Really nice light beer. Slightly bitter. A bit salty. Lime aroma. Citrusy. Should be good with seafood or pasta. Good beach beer.
2.9 16oz pour at Old Chicago. It pours a cloudy yellow with a thin lacing white head. The aroma is lemonade, as well as the flavor. For what this beer is it's pretty good. Not something I would drink every day but good for warm summer nights
1.5 Can from the lcbo. Pours a Cloudy yellow, with a large white head. Aroma aid fake lemon, and alot of cheap malted wheat. Mouthfeel is thick for the style carb is low finish is a sweet, malty, lemonade mess. This is awful. Drain pour.
1.7 473 ml can. Pours a cloudy hay with full head. Aromas of candied lemons. Awful flavors of artifical lemons - what I would expect urinal cakes to taste like. I always get sucked in for a radler. Lots around - and lots that suck...
