Lervig Hazy Days

Denne tropiske humle-bomben er perfekt å komplimentere med en klassisk norsk sommerdag, og med 4,7% ABV er det ikke feil å sitte under en himmel full av skyer og litt sol, å nyte flere av den.

Double hopped APA.

2.5 On tap at Gastropub Nordic, pours a cloudy peachy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite dank, with herbal notes, light pot, and citrus hops. Flavour tastes like old hops, with some old pot and cardboardy, oxidized notes. This doesn’t work well, but I’m having trouble putting my finger on exactly what it is.

3.8 Can. A small, dense, white head sits on top of an unclear yellow-golden body. Tropical, piney aroma with some hop notes promising a hop burn to occur. Some notes of orange and pale malts too. It's soft on the palate, full-bodied and smooth, quite dryish, with a good and soft bitterness. As promised, there's a light hop burn going on, with tropical and piney flavors, as well as some light bready malts in the back. Lasting hop driven finish with both hop flavor and bitterness. A delicious one indeed, but not as quenching as preferred. 180420

The flavour is light to moderate bitter with a light malt, light fruit, light watery hop bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Way too light and watery all around. Can’t believe some of the earlier rates.
