2.7Bu au 3 brasseurs de petite forêt.
Pression !
2.4On tap at 3 brasseurs, Saran, France-- Pours clear deep Amber with thick white head. Nose is old hops. Aromas are toasted malts, hoppy hops. Average carbonation, light body. Medium bitter and grassy finish.
2.912oz on tap at Vieux Montreal resto. Pours a slightly hazy golden-amber, thin but lasting beige head, some minor lacing. Caramel maltiness. Easy drinking but wholly inoffensive and unremarkable.
2.8Tap@Les 3 Brasseurs Mondeville
Clear amber color, small steady beige head, lace. Aroma has caramel and maltyness. Light to medium-bodied. Clean, caramel, some yeast notes, light hops. Easy.
2.3Draft. Hazy light yellow, small white head. The aroma is citrusy. The taste is weird, it has a salty was and some smoke, like ham. Weird.
2.4Vom Fass in Montreal. Kastanienfarben, wenig Schaum. Röstmalz und Karamell. Zu viel Kohlensäure. Geschmack eher flach.
3.0Aroma is heavy with caramel malt. Clear amber, nothing unusual to report. A little roasted malt, plenty of caramel and it could use more hops. Softer body, refreshing but can be filling. Nice beer to pair with bar snacks.
2.5Draft - Caramel malt with some grains. Deep Amber with a decent white head. Light vegetal and cabbage, grains and bready notes.
2.6On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs Mondeville. Poured a clear amber color, topped with a small white head. Mild roasty aroma with decent presence of caramel. Roasty taste which proves quite strong later on. Sweet with quite some coffee notes and a bit metallic aftertaste. Too much coffee presence.
3.2Draught, 3 Brasseurs, Lille. Overall pleasant. Nice colour, but not that complex aroma.
2.5On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs St-Denis. Clear copper with a thin off-white head. Flavors are toasted cereals and caramel with fruity notes. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, watery texture.
3.6Amber with small white head. Well balanced taste of caramel and bitterness, slight touch of sweet.
3.4Weak aroma. Clear and transparent appearance. Interesting taste, but palete not rich.
3.2On tap at the Place Ste-Foy location. Pours a clear copper/amber with a thin white head that leaves some lacing. Nose is of cereals and lightly fruity. Taste is of cerals and bran again, not really husky with a moderately light bitterness and not sweet at all. Body is light to medium and carbonation moderate. Good but not great, not memorable at all.
3.2Aroma: The smell is sweet fruity and nutty.
Appearance: The beer is clear red-brown, has an off-white head, leaves very little lacing.
Taste: Upfront the taste is sweet brown bread, then raisins and figs. Green bitter pear peel at the end.
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and smooth.
Overall: This is a really decent amber, enjoyed at site in Montreal.

3.0On tap at 10-30. [It seemed to me it was served warmer, wich is good]
Pours copper with low light-beige head. Aroma is of caramel, malt. Taste is of caramel, bitterness, alcohol, sugar. Palate: Medium body. Soft carbonation. Nice balance. Overall: Refreshing. Tasty. OK.
2.6On tap @ Les 3 Brasseurs Old Montreal. Bright reddish amber pour with a white head. Bland bready malt and toasty grain aroma. Odd fruitiness as well. Weird acidity to the flavor. Candied apple? Very toasty and grainy. Not very good.
3.216.02.2015. On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs, Toronto, Canada. Labeled Amber. Amber brown colour with white head. Pretty sharp beer with good malty body, sharp bitterness together with the alcohol. The discription says smooth and bold, I would say sharp and strong. Its actually pretty good.
2.6From tap at Les 3 Brasseurs Lille 14.02.15. Pale copper. Diminishing off-white head. Not much aroma. Refreshing taste, with brittle, malt, berries and a hint of liquorice. Moderate bitterness in aftertaste.
2.7Amber coloured, a bit hazy with a small head. Notes of citrus, sourness, barnyard and apple cider. Very dry, horse blanket, medium bitter, dry finish.
3.4Waiting on a train in Lille I tried 4 tasters. Clear amber color. Dense, light beige head. Aroma’s: caramel malts, some red fruit. Retronasal it’s sweet malts, (red) fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, malty. Light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly dry, light bitter. Like everything I tried here not spectacular, but decent.
2.2Poured from a tap. Clear golden color, small white head. No real aroma. Light body with not much flavor and a light finish.
3.2On tap at The 3 Brewers bar in Toronto. Bronze with a ring of cream head; malty aroma; soft caramel taste; with a moreish malty finish. A rather one-dimensional amber ale.
