3.0On tap at 3 Brasseurs, Saran-- Pours clear golden with medium white head. Nose is yeasty. Aromas are sweet malts, grassy hop. Average carbonation, medium body. Medium grainy finish.
3.1Draft: Poured a light clear blonde color ale. Aroma of light cereal notes with hints of residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of clean cereal notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is light with OK carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but enjoyable clean cereal based blonde ale.
3.3Enjoyed a pint at the new location in Ottawa on Sparks st. Has a fairly persistent bubbly white head and a golden appearance. Aromas are mostly of herbal hops and malts, mostly grainy. Slightly more citrus hopped flavours with malty finish. Strong citrus bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with some lively carbonation, slight creaminess. Not too bad. 1/29/2013
2.1Tap@Les 3 Brasseurs Mondeville
Pale yellow color, clear, small white head. Dry yeasty, a bit spicey aroma. Light-bodied. Light apple, pepper, some annoying cloak notes. Very watery and easy.
3.0Drank after the Marmotte Gran Fondo on L'Alpe d'Huez ...really hit the spot after 4 mountain pass
3.1APPEARANCE: light clouded blond beer, small unstable white head.
NOSE: wheat, fruity.
TASTE: citrus, lime, fruity.
3.0Cervesa lleugera i fàcil de beure on destaquen tocs a pa i galeta.
Cerveza ligera y fácil de beber dónde destacan toques a pan y a galleta.
3.00.266 draft. Clear, gold color and a small, white head. Aroma of yeasts, Belgian spices, and coriander. Taste is sweet, spicy, simple. Medium body, somewhat creamy texture, and a lively carbonation. Finish is medium long, sweet, and spicy. Overall a mediocre beer; it’s got a nice Belgian tang but otherwise comes off as a bit unbalanced.
3.4Draft. Clear body, small white head. The aroma is flowery, some malt, a bit sweet. The taste is sweet, like honey with a nice kick of hops and long finish.
2.3Vom Fass in Montreal. Goldgelbe Farbe. Weisser Schaum. Etwas Hopfen und Getreide. Uninspirierter Geschmack, kaum herb.
2.8Draft - Very light citrus. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light citrus and light yeasty notes.
3.0On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs, Mondeville. Pours a clear yellow color, topped with an average white head. Aroma of flowery hops with some honey notes present. Sweet and flowery start with a moderate final bitterness. A bit too flowery, but really just an average one. Expected more.
3.1Draught, 3 Brasseurs, Lille. Overall pleasant, refreshing, well balanced, smooth.
2.0On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs St-Denis. Clear pale blonde with a thin ring of foam. Flavors are bread, corn and citrus with fruity and herbal notes. Light body, moderate carbonation, watery texture.
3.5Golden clear with small white head. Good hoppy bitterness at the end, some malty notes and sourness.
3.6Weak aroma, cleae and transparent. Clear and rather visible taste for a lager. Good lager
3.3Draught at Reims brewpub, 4/22/15
Mostly clear blonde ale is topped by a small but well-retained white head.
Yeast in the nose seems to be the most dominant aspect here, with, perhaps the malt being close behind. Crayons, very soft fruitiness (yeast) and a bit of dry hay (hops). If you don’t consider the sort of crayon-like waxiness a flaw, it’s pretty clean and uneventful/inoffensive. No alcohol noted.
Large bubbled, mostly watery texture/carbonation inserts the lightly sweet, honey and hay flavors in to your stomach and before I could really make much note, it was over. Yeast gives a little more character than your typical ultra clean american golden ale. It’s quite fruity. Don’t know why the hops are so minimal (I mean, I do know why, but...). Fine enough, and they have sculpted a beer very much to the audience they were looking to appeal to....Couldnt bring myself to stay for a second beer for fear of it putting me to sleep.
2.5Aroma: A rather weak smell, a dash of sweet lemon.
Appearance: The brew is a bit foggy, straw colored, e thin white head, no lacing.
Taste: The taste is a bit off and bland, sweet white bread and a dash of metallic bitterness at the end.
Palate: Medium low carbonation, rather soft - thin body, dry finish.
Overall: To thin and bland to be a real hit.
Note: on-tap in Montreal. Reviewed 2010-09-13.
2.6On tap at 10-30
Pours clear blond/yellow with low-medium white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of belgian yeast (off?). Really taking all the place for me. Taste is of belgian yeast, malt, bitterness, citrus. Palate: Light-medium body. Soft-medium carbonation. Overall: The yeast is straight-up off. Questionnable beer.
2.7On tap. Hazy pale gold-blonde pour, finger of white foamy head. Okay retention. Aroma, hay, bubblegum, some light grass. taste is more heavy on the cereal.
2.9On tap @ Les 3 Brasseurs Old Montreal. Clear golden colored beer with white foam. Light lemon and a lot of toasted grain and corn flakes. Slight grassy hoppiness. There’s a light bitterness to the taste. Grainy and very heavy on the cereal. Sort of like a bowl of corn flakes cereal. Meh.
2.516.02.2015. On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs, Toronto, Canada. Pale yellow colour with white head. Good flavours of hops. Body is thin. Aftertaste is watery with a grassy bitter and dry aftertaste.
3.4Waiting on a train in Lille I tried 4 tasters. Pale blonde color, hazy. White head. Aroma’s: candy sugar, fruit. Retronasal there’s fruit upfront, with some caramel and citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet, grain/malt. Light bodied. A bit grainish finish, ever so slightly bitter. Like everything I tried here not spectacular, but decent.

2.7De loin la moins folichonne des bieres chez les 3 brasseurs.
Dorée, fin collet, des aromes herbeux tres legers et une presence en bouche qui s’oublie bien vite.
2.6Normal looking, smelling and tasting blond beer. Perfect for the occasion, resting after several hours of shopping in Lille (Lille 201407)
