Aroma is citrus, lavinder, caramel and funk. Taste is light sweet malts, lemon grass, light funk and earthiness. Not overwhelmingly tarty . Pretty good.
Cloudy orange pour. Some lemony aromas. Salty taste at first turning into a sour lemonade almost. Very refreshing
Pale blond colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have a mild salinic quality. Moderate sour. Lightly floral and lemony.

A tasty refreshing gose. Nice lactic acid aromas... Yogurt and lemon. Tastes like it smells. Sour, citrus a touch of green apple. Nice.

Bottle from Kwiker Liquor enjoyed in beachfront FWB hotel room listening to a thunderstorm chase idiots off the beach. Clesr gold color with a nice white head and bubbly carbonation. The aroma is slightly salty Sprite with a hint of tart citrus. The flavor has a touch touch but the finish is a little thin. Okay.

Light sweet, light lasting acid refreshing, salty note ; thirst quencher. Light body, thin texture, soft carbonation, dry refreshing sweetacid finish. Overall, good !
11.2 ounce bottle. Hazy yellow, thin fizzy head, poor retention. Aroma of orange juice, salt, honey. The taste is tart lemonade,a bit of brine. Thin.
375ml brown bottle. Hazy, gold, head fades out quickly. Nose is lemony and sour. Taste lemony and sour and salty. Aftertaste is lemony and sour. Terrible notes taken on this one, but a good gose.
Rating #2451 - 2016.04.15 - Bottle from trip to YVR - Pours a clear straw yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild grassiness, light yeasty whiff. Flavour is extremely refreshing, notes of coriander, lemon, and sea salt, as well as an undertone of sourness. Delicious gose.

Taste is mild limes, light lemons with a subtle wheat backbone. Very soft carbonation. Pilsner malt gives a crisp light mouthfeel with a subtle amount of salt in the finish. Easily Drinkable and very refreshing.

Une blonde voilée versée d’une bouteille. Aucune mousse. Arômes très légers de raisins verts. Fortement effervescente de ses petites bulles. Très fraîche, elle reste discrète en bouche. Un beau corps, mais le goût reste assez aqueux. Impressions de pommettes sûres. L’acidulation est assez intéressante en fin de bouche. Chouette!

Superbe bouquet à coups de pomme et de raisins. La bouche est moins franche sur les arômes mais reste superbement équilibrée.
Pours slightly hazy, very pale yellow with a a tiny white ring. Bright, salty lemon/lime aroma. Taste is nicely salted.....citrus, a lot of lime...... Light, but plenty of flavor.
Une bière blonde, avec une grosse effervescence et une petite carbonatation. Au niveau des arômes, c’est très salin avec une bonne dose de céréales ensuite. Acidité subtile. En bouche, l’acidité prend le dessus en début de gorgée, avec un sel subtil qui prend plus de place à mesure que le verre se vide. Le corps est bien fait et donne une belle rondeur au liquide. La bière n’est peut-être pas exceptionnelle, mais rempli tout à fait sa tâche.

Draft. Clear gold in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas are of light wheat, citrus blossom, and a bit of salt. Sharp, savoury, and very refreshing on the palate, with more salt, wheat, and lime notes. Definitely got the salt level right on this one.

From a bottle, plenty of sediment on bottle of bottle. Cloudy, no head. Salty sour nose. Strong Kettle sour. Tasty beer.
375ml bottle pours a hazy golden orange color with a finger of white head that settles down to reveal only a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is lime with hints of grains. Taste is a lime tartness with a light fruity and malty sweetness. Light bodied with decent carbonation. Overall, an interesting brew that is not quite to the style, but is tasty and refreshing.
Comme sa cousine Berliner Weisse, cette Gose est acidulée, rafraîchissante et légère. Elle remplie donc son rôle. On peut même y noter quelques effluves fruitées. Un peu plus intéressante que sa cousine.
Une bonne gose, un peu plus aigre et moins salé que les autres que j’ai essayer. Jaune pâle avec très peu de mousse. L’arôme du blé et les fruits aigre. Très facile à boire.

hazy pale straw, thin white ring. Fresh Paint-nose, lemon-line soda effervescence and minerality. Soft front palate is watery, light rice and salt mid with crackery malt, more lemon-lime soda. Effervescent, thin bodied and spritzy. Refreshing but too sweet, not delicate or integrated enough of satisfy gose qualifications. Fans of gin and tonics need apply..
