Cerveza dorada de aspecto muy limpio y bien carbonatada. Grandes rosarios de burbujas se pegan al vidrio. Todo junto a su corona de espuma blanca forma una buena carta de presentación. Pero amigos, el globo se pinchó un poco al empezar a olerla: hierba y algo de caramelo, pero muy poco expresiva, por debajo de lo que se le pide a cuatro lupulos americanos.
En boca se muestra igual de tímida, con tonos cítricos muy claros como pomelo y naranja, pero le falta carácter. Entra muy bien y no puedo decir que sea una cerveza insufrible, ni mucho menos, pero se queda un poco a medias, navegando en tierra de nadie. Final agradable y (según el fabricante) 70 IBU que yo no vi por ningún lado.
And what makes this an IPA exactly? Not hoppy, bitter or strong? More like a lager, a cut above Carlsberg, Kronenbourg etc. admittedly. Nonsense.
Bottle, 33cL. 5.5%. Purchase ("La Cave à Flo", @Cesson-Sévigné, FR). Home. A sparkling yellow amber clear beer with a big white foamy head ; medium retention ; ok lacing. Fruits (citrus, light tropical fruits), herb, caramel note. Medium dry bitter refreshing, light spicy, light sweet. Medium body, thin oily texture, average carbonation, dry fruity bitter finish. Overall, good ! Nice IPA.
Bière blonde cuivrée avec un voile de mousse. Une odeur un peu portée sur le litchi, mais discrète, bonne carbonation, l'amertume et le got du litchi arrive en fin de bouche, l'amertume n'est pas trop persistante.
Bottle - dense orange with little head.Strong citrus aroma. Medium carbonation, slight ting on tongue and in mouth but ok. Orangey citrus flavour, keeps taste on tongue. Decent IPA.
$1.75 bottle from Rio Hill Wine. Pours clear golden with an offwhite head. Aroma is light orange and grapefruit, perhaps some tropical fruit and flowers. Flavor is orange and grapefruit flesh, floral hops. Not overly bitter; smooth and drinkable but blends in and probably hides a bit in a world overwrought with IPAs.
Couleur ambrée pas mal limpide. Mousse correcte. Nez léger mais agréable sur le résineux et le floral. Idem en bouche avec un chouïa de peau d'orange et de caramel en sus. C'est pas violent en terme d'arômes, mais c'est pas mal. Amertume qui va bien en fin de bouche. C'est plutôt cool.
5,5% Vol. alc. op het etiket (brewed in Ireland). Goudblond bier met witte schuimkraag. Geur: stofferig, iets fruitig, lychee. Smaak: hopbitter, planten en kruidenbitter, licht medicinaal, kinabast. Romig, wat lactose aanvoelend mondgevoel. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: groen(t)e bitterheid.
Bottle from E.Leclerc Supermarket, Saint-Jean-d’Angely, France. Golden coloured with a thin white head. It has pine and orange fruity flavours followed by grapefruit and toffee on the pine fruity finish. Excellent!
Bottle at the supermarket. Somehow a macro ipa, but i think worse than a lager. i thougth i’ll say that.

Mousse légère limite inexistante.
Au nez : c’est bien le houblon qui domine il d’ongle peu être un peu trop.
en bouche : note houblon intense directement.
Je la trouve agressive même .
trop présente et gâche le reste .
un peu de corps mais pas énormément.
Un ipa qui n’a rien pour elle .
Gold pour. Aroma light citrus and not much else. Flavor dry start with a resiny hop. Fizzy with ok bitter. Some oxidation. When will I learn to resist beers in the bottle without a BBD?
33cl bottle. Small white layer. A bit hazy brown peach color. Aroma is apples, rose hips and wood barrels. Taste is bitter.

Bottle shared with Niilstrong @ The Sunflower, Belfast. Clear orange color, medium sized white to off-white head. Not a lot of aroma, just get a slight hint of sweetish hoppiness. Flavor is leaning towards a bitter hop IPA rather than a more fruity / fruit hoppy IPA. Decent beer though.
I got this in the French West Indies . I have been coming to this island for over 30 years and this is the first opportunity for me to get an IPA . It tastes really old and skunky. If I was back in the states it would be down the drain . But it is an IPA , and it's this or Nothing. Never thought I'd say this, but makes me want to have a Carib

Bière dorée au nez de bière blonde amère sans trop de houblon pour une IPA. Un peu déçu...
Pours hazy yellow with medium white head. Nose is fruits and pine. Aromas are toasted malt, fruity and resinous hops. Average carbonation, medium body. Long bitter and resinous finish.
Yellow, nice head, fruity aroma, malt, alcohol, bitter flavor, alcohol, fruity, malt, acetaldehyde, medium bodied.
Pour is a clear orange with a large white head. Aroma is faint hops and caramel malt. Flavor is olh hops and dirty malt. There are probably 1000 oth IPA’s to try before you get to this one.

Robe entre le doré et le cuivré avec une mousse de persistance moyenne.
Nez (peu percutant pour une IPA) sur les agrumes(pamplemousse citron)
Le goût combine l’amertume avec une pointe d’acidité et reste dans la prolongation du nez.
La finale est de longueur modérée et dans la lignée de ce qui précède.
Une IPA que l’on peut qualifier d "assez bonne".
Belle robe orangée avec peu de mousse.
Des arômes d’agrumes et notes florales bien équilibrées.
Une bonne amertume et un léger parfum de houblon en arrière bouche avec un petit goût terreux moins agréable.
Bonne bière corsée pour une IPA!!!
Bottle @Super U. A copper beer, nose is on caramel and fruit hops. Aroma is on blond caramel, typical american malt profile, pine and hop resin, quite bitter, coconut oil, floral. Good bitterness duration on aftertaste, fine.

Bien en bouteille de 33cl. Blonde dorée. Mousse blanche épaisse. Effervescence moyenne. Nez neutre, pointe florale. Amertume peu délicate au palais. Sèche. Peu de corpulence. Finale sèche et amere.
