매그너스나 애플폭스 그리고 써머스비처럼 과실주 애플사이다(Apple cider)가 아닌 진짜 사과맥주 린데만스 애플입니다.
에일계열의 황금빛 평범한 외관을 가졌다(물론 사과맥주니까)
따르면서 느낀향은 우리에게 흔한 애플사이다 스러웠지만 생성된 헤드를 보면.. 아! 역시 맥주는 맥주구나 싶다. 거칠고 유지력이 없는 사이더의 거품과 달리 린데만스 애플의 거품은 아주 조밀하고 부드럽고 유지력이 좋았죠. 이쁘다.
그리고 다시 깊숙히 향을 맡아보면 풋사과의 싱긋함에 람빅 특유의 신향이 느껴지는데
살짝 맛을 보면 라벨에 그려진 붉은 사과가 정말 잘그려졌게도 풍부하고 달달한 풍미와 풋사과의 신선함 그리고 자연발효 맥주의 신맛까지 층마다 느낄 수 있는 노트가 좋다.
특히 발효로 생성된 탄산감은 실제 풋사과를 한 입 베어물면 터져나오는 과즙과 비슷했으며 신맛이 있다보니 첫 맛은 날카롭고 강렬하지만 의외로 그 다음에는 달콤한 애플사이더의 향이 지배적이라 람빅이라 하기에 뭔가 애매하게 느껴지기도 합니다.
그도 그럴것이 원재료를 보면 물 다음에 맥아와 홉이 아닌 사과농축액이다. 사과쥬스가 30%나 들었으며 혼합된 람빅은 발효기간이 가장 짧은 1년산이다보니 그 맛이 당연할지도..
하긴 만땅으로 발효된 람빅으로 린데만스 애플을 만들면 시어버린 사과같지 않았을까.
어쨋든 린데만스 시리즈 중엔 좀 재미없는 편이긴하지만 야생효모 브렛에서 오는 신맛은 분명히 존재하는 진짜 사과맥주이다보니 편의점에 있는 애플사이다보다 풍미는 훨씬 좋은 편.

37.5 cl bottle @ home. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma and flavour are apples and sugar - with a slightly sweet finish.
Color giallo oro, versa poca schiuma. Aroma di mele con note vinose. In bocca emergono note di mele, frutti chiari e sentori vinosi. Carbonazione vivace. Retrogusto acidognolo gradevole.

Color amarillo, sin apenas turbiedad, transparente. Espuma blanca de medio dedo de espesor y muy buena retención. Aroma intenso, manzanas muy verde,con notas de pera. Sabor intenso, igual en aroma y suave azúcar, final medio largo, acidez alta y dulzor medio escaso, alcohol imperceptible. Textura acuosa. Carbonatación media baja.
Sin presencia de levadura o, al menos, muy escondida entre las manzanas ni tonos propios del estilo. Estamos frente a una sidra fresquita más que ante una cerveza.

This may be a welcomed alternative to cider drinkers as it includes familiarities while keeping the Lambic character. The taste is generally of fresh green apples while also providing the sweetness of red apples, the mouthfeel is good, as is the head retention and lacing. However, the aroma is not pleasant; it is far too sweet and sugary and comes across as artificial. It is like a sugary apple sweetie. But hey, maybe you’ll like that.

Pale colour, minimal head. Aroma is apple juice. Heavy sweetness. Lively carbonation, light body, a bit cloying. Good.
Buena cerveza, con el sabor de manzana muy bien integrado
Almost clear, golden color and a small white head. Fruity apple syrup. A little bit too much.
Aroma poma àcida, gust afruitat. Acidesa fluixa, molt atenuada, dolça i llaminera. De trago fàcil i agradable
Lambic de 3,5 % abv, avec 12 % de jus concentré de pommes.
On est fidèle chez Lindemans (depuis 1822) aux glyscosides de stéviol,
des amis édulcorants, et à une jatte d'acide ascorbique pour anti-oxyder
tous les organes qui ne le seraient pas encore ..
Mon exemplaire était à 22 mois avant sa date (après cela, il s'oxyde ..)
Couleur jaune tendre, avec un très léger voile.
Bulles fines, à montée lente.
Mousse blanche, plutôt informe, stable à 2 mm.
Arômes de pomme verte, pêche blanche, pointe d'ananas.
1ère bouche pâteuse, sur un ensemble avec colle pour papier peint
Arrière-bouche qui ressemble un peu plus à la pomme (d'Adam)
2ème bouche sur une compote de pommes bien diluée par Mamy
Arrière-bouche qui s'égare dans la chambre aux pommes (pas éclairée ..)
Longueur qui me dit que Newton a bien fait de ne pas ramasser une
Lindemans apple sur la tête ...
Jambes à gros flocons, très collantes.
Levure exigée par le style
Alcool nul, il résout l'équation de Newton sur la chute des corps ..
Finale qui me voit content de terminer cette série de Lindemans ..
CONCLUSION : j'ai reçu les félicitations d'un ami pour mon parcours du
combattant parmi les fruitées de Lindemans ..
Sans s'apparenter complètement au sacrifice du Christ sur le Golgotha,
qui en a quand même connu des vertes et des pas mûres (pour rester
dans le langage fruité), ce parcours représente malgré tout une forme
de calvaire au mont des Oliviers ..
Heureusement Lindemans n'a pas encore commis de lambic aux olives !!

Degustacja dnia 19.09.2020 w Białej Małpie w Katowicach. Klarowne, niska, proszkowa piana. Aromat jak z cydru, słodki jabłkowy. Smak przywodzący na myśl kwaskowy, jabłkowy szampan. Lekko musujące w odczuciu.

Let orange gylden, fin hvid skum som svinder. Aroma er sød æblejuice/cider, et meget svag hint af vildtgær/lambic. Smagen er sød, æble cider, igen svag hint af lambic, relativt sød. Ganske frisk og let drikkelig, men minder mere om sød cider end øl.

Tasty, sure, but would not have recognized this as beer.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di mela bianca. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta trasparente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si fermano sentori di zuccherino, miele, mela e mela verde.
