3.1 Gravity Cask Half Pint at Battersea Beer Festival, London in Feb 2010 - Black in colour. Malty; roast malts, caramel, some chocolate. Fruity; some dark fruits. Sweet roast fruity malty throughout. Easy drinking. (2010-02)
3.0 Pours black with a strong tan head. Creamy coffee nose. Burnt malt, smoke, just a hint of chocolate. A somewhat coarse palate. Medium body, not too light, not too heavy. An agreeable if not stunning stout.
2.2 Pours black, creamy head. Aroma is creamy, roasted, light. Taste is light, watery, roasted, coffee.
2.9 nuts, coffee, roasty, resin, barnyard, leaves, rotten eggs, soy sauce, skunky, black, minimal head, white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, salty, light body, thin feel, oily feel, soft carbonation, bitter finish. A dry stout, thin texture.
3.4 330ml bottle from Systembolaget. Near the black with a creamy beige head, good lacing. Sweet and slightly tart notes in the aroma, coffee, creamy milk chocolate, red berries and vanilla. Silky mouthfeel, medium-bodied, mild carbonated. Roasted and chalky taste, coffee, bitter cocoa, dark chocolate, oats and grains. Bitter finish.
3.3 Bottle. Black with a huge light brown head. Roasted malt aroma with notes of chocolate, cocoa and dark fruit. Flavour is slightly malty sweet with some chocolate and a roasted malty bitter finish along with a slight citrussy freshness. Above medium carbonation. Decent, but nothing worth going for again.
3.4 Pour black liquid with a big, foamy brown and creamy head. Aroma is roasted barley, coffee and malt. Taste is slightly bitter with coffee presence. Overall good, but rather regular british stout.
3.5 Bottle. Pours a near black body with a creamy tan head. Looks good! Earthy aromas with malts and chocolate. Moderate roasty profile. Hints of liquorice. Taste is fairly roasty with notes of chocolate and malt. A fair bitterness to round it off. Nice mouthfeel despite the low abv. Avg co2 levels.
2.9 SB Oskarshamn, flaska. Skummar fint. Nån bismak i aromen. Mörk choklad/kaffe. Mycket stout lite porter.
3.3 Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of roast and malt, with touches of coffee and mill chocolate. Bitter, roasty flavour with estery and malty notes and touches of coffee, lactose and hops. Roasty and estery aftertaste. Reasonable.
3.2 Bottle, 4.8%. Fruity aroma, has a little paint thinner to it. Almost black colour, seems clear. Big stable light brown head. The flavour is roasted and creamy to begin worth. Turns more bitter with a coffee note and a touch of sourness.
3.6 Bottle from Old Shambles Tavern in York. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fluffy fawn head. Nose - dark chocolate digestive biscuits. Taste - more of the same. A touch of toffee and honeycomb too. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long balanced dry finish. Overall - a really tasty stout.
3.2 Tasting at home. Bottle shared by me. Begint lekker maar als je m door je mond laat gaan is ie beetje rubberig en gruizig. Backlog from 2015/10/21.

3.5 (Bottle) Black colour with rocky, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, black rye bread, roasted oats and a touch of orange peel. Roasted, malty taste with dark chocolate, black rye bread, liquorice, coffee, orange peel and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced stout. Nice one.
2.9 Första intryck är chokladig, men efter en liten stund framstår den som en aning tunn.

3.5 330ml bottle shared by Finn. Good looking white a stable tan-coloured head to a jet black body. Sold lacework. Roasted dark malty aroma dominated by chocolate. Mid-sweet taste of dark chocolate and cocoa followed by roasted bitterness towards the ending. A bit creamy in the mouth. A tasty, well made stout (Tromsø 24.10.2015).
3.4 Bottle thanks to Sjogro. Black with fluffy beige head. Old coffee, roasted nuts, cocoa beans, mineral, light rubber, light herbs and ash. Light sweet and roasted bitter finish. Under medium bodied with slick feel and low carbonation. Ok.
