A traditional German beer style that was all but extinct 30 years ago. An amazingly refreshing beer brewed with coriander and sea salt. The tart, dry finish combined with the hint of salt and citrus leaves your palate craving another sip.

3.6Can sample at Ariel’s place. Thanks troubles. Hazy yellow-golden, big white head. Lacto, coriander, a bit citric, a bit of graininess, tart, a bit salty. Very nice.
3.1Bottle. Light straw and light bread for the malt, light herbs for the hops, light dankness for the yeast, with sulfur and cardboard in the background. Head is small, frothy, white, with slippery lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is hazy pale yellow. Flavor starts lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic, salty and sour. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a lively carbonation and a tart finish. Not a bad drinking beer, but fairly bland for a Gose.
3.4Pours yellow hazy with a nice head, aroma of lemon, acidity, yogurt, malt, flavor is acidic, with lemon, salty, nice, medium bodied
3.7500ml can. Pours clear pale yellow with small but short lived head. Nose lactic tartness with citrusy notes. Light hint of salt. Taste lactic and tart with some salt. Finish salty and tart with lactic notes. Some malt and wheat also. Persistent wheat notes on the finish with citrusy tartness and salt. Pretty nice for the style. Nothing extraordinary but brewed to style and well executed.
3.516 oz can shared by a friend, thanks Mike J! Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, hay, funk. Tastes of light tartness, herbs, light funk. Light body with a dry finish.
3.5Aroma a cilantro, ligeramente ácida y cítrica en boca con un toque de sal al final. Muy refrescante. BB 2016-12
3.7Pours a pale cloudy yellow with no lacing. Aroma is apple, coriander and urine.
3.5Shared at Craft. Poured golden with minimal head. Tart citrus in the nose, lemon, mild spice. Tart lemony flavor, crisp, some salinity.
3.4Gravity Cask Third of a Pint at GBBF 2014, Olympia, London Aug 2014 - as "Lost Nation Dry Hopped Gose" - Cloudy/Murky Yellow in colour. Salty and Spicy; coriander. Fruity; citrus fruit, lemony. Hoppy; grassy hops. Malty; wheaty. Tart, bitter salty spicy fruity throughout. Very dry but very refreshing. Liked this. Decent.

3.5From a 16 oz. can. Pours a hazy greenish gold with an off white head. Aroma of sea salt and white grapes. Flavors of tart grapes and corriander. Refreshing tart finish.
2.9Aroma - sea salt, wheat, and some coriander.
Appearance - the body is a hazy citrine yellow with a 1 3/4" head that fades into a layer of foam.
Taste - has a slightly tangy mix of wheat, slightly dry white flesh fruit, sea salt, and coriander.
Palate - body is on the light side of medium, carbonation is average, the finish is dry and slightly tangy and bit salty.
2.8EXPLODED CAN.
Ridiculously hazy golden straw coloured body with an orange glow and a wort-like look, that is all haze - like a chicha. Aroma of salt, grass, herbs, light malt and a touch of sour funk. Light-bodied; Mellow sweetness with a good deal of salt noticeable, some coriander seed, grass, hay, yeast, bread and a little bit of berry flavours near the end - very mellow though. Aftertaste shows a big grassy and dry flavour with some dominant salt and a bit of sweet notes that show a tiny bit of sour funk with yeast. Overall, a decent beer at best, not one really worth trying to find, even (or perhaps especially) for those who like the style. I sampled this exploded sixteen ounce/pint can purchased from Beverage Warehouse in Winooski, Vermont on 19-September-2016 for US$2,75 which exploded at room temperature with no movement less than a month and a half after purchase - beware and do not age. The sediment and unfiltered qualities are evident, but this doesn’t lead well to a very full can. Sampled at home in Washington on 03-November-2016.
3.5Draft sample at the source. The beer is a clear yellow with a white head of foam. The aroma has dry, floral notes. Herbal bitterness. Low acidity. Lighter body and medium carbonation.
3.31 pint can @ Timo A.
Pours hazy golden color with a small head. Salt is evident, tart citrus and gooseberry bush, herbal notes and some grapefruits. Flavor is tart citric, slightly salty, some green apples, herbs and some yeast. A bit stuffy.

3.216oz can picked up at Fort Point
Pours hazy straw yellow with a small white head, no lacing. Aroma of citrus and salty. Taste of cereal and salty, tart dry finish
Good
3.7Can into pilsner glass showing cloudy whitish yellow with a finger of quickly dissipating clean white foam.
The nose shows sweet corn potage or apple sauce.
The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Light flavors of sweet corn and red apples with bready malts with some copper notes on the mid palate to finish.
3.5From Zombier. In Teku glass. Watching Los Soprano 2x12-13. Very refreshing, with the sea touch, the tartness and some bitterness very well tied. Probably the best gose Ive taken so far. Pretty yellowish colour, but not foam quickly dissapears
3.4Can. Slightly sour sea air aroma with very faint coriander that is celery-like. Delicate salty and sour flavour with faint pine and citrusy coriander. No bitterness. Medium light body, medium high carbonation, crisp and refreshing.
3.0Pours an ever-so-slightly hazy straw from a can. Lemon and grapefruit aroma and flavor, good amount of salt, not picking up on the coriander except in the aftertaste. Crisp and a good but not overwhelming representation of the style.
3.6Seems like a nice example of the style. It’s got something of a sweet and sour thing going along with the saltiness. Hits the spot after I was out hiking. Soft mouthfeel, delicate taste.Funky nose with citrus.
3.6Hazy yellow color. Lemon , coriander , malt and yeasts in aroma . Tart , funky taste with hint of salt .
3.2On tap at Lost Nation. Aroma is full of yeast, and some wheat. Taste is sour and bready. It’s fine.
4.9One of the best Gose beers I have ever tasted. Clean and crisp, pours a beautiful head.
3.3Can from trade. Poured in mouth. Nose is lightly tart with some faint lemon. Light sulfur. Some dmstaste is barely tart with minimal salt or coriander. Rather sweet. Decent beer but not that sour. Kind of grows on you after a few sips.
3.7On tap at Three Penny Taproom. Milky blonde with a foamy white head. Flavors are cereals, lemon, lime, salt and coriander with spicy notes. Moderate lactic acidity. Light to medium body, good carbonation, slick texture.
2.61 pint can served on shaker. Pours hazy pure lemon yellow. Minimal white head. Aroma is mild: old lemons, coriander, toast. Mouth feels light, crisp and tart, very dry, no bitterness. Medium-lasting salty finish (that’s the best part).
2.9Can 473 ml
Aroma: mild funk, slight feel of salt on pineapple, worty behind. Pleasant.
Look: poured with large not overly dense white top, sparse lace shown. Bottom was cloudy gold.
Palate: medium thinner bodied, lower carbonation, prickly set up.
Taste: lemon juice, salt with pale malts. Tad too salty for my linking. Too tart for style as well. Refreshing? Yes. Just this did not worked for my needs and wants.
3.8Canette 473ml. Couleur jaune pâle translucide, mousse blanche laissant une légère dentelle. Arôme de coriandre, légère acidité, salin, céréales. Goût de grains de coriandre, légèrement salée, légère acidité, lime, malt. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
4.0Can from o hell I can’t remember, somewhere in Mass.
Hazy deep yellow color with a smallish but patient bubbly white head. Light lemony tart with a bit of faint bread and light spice on the nose. Lightly tart bready cereal maltiness with a salty undertone. Light lemon and spice. this is far from my favorite style, but I quite enjoyed the subtle complexities in this beer.
2.5Canned 12/29/15. Salty. Ever so slightly sour. Lime nose and flavor. Not much to it. I might start adding some salt to boring beers, though. Cutely turbid if who can is poured (I recommend against it). Looks better clear and golden. This tastes like soda.
