3.6 2011 vintage. A hazed dark amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with Brett, light lactic notes, ground cherries, very nice and complex. In mouth, starts with a nice musty Brett character, light ground cherry, light acidity, a bit thin but still pleasant and complex. Bottle from Bièropholie imports.

3.0 Tap. Pours clear brownish red with a small bubbly whiteish head. Aromas of cherries, light balsamico, popsicles, malt, caramel. Taste has light cherries, malt, caramel, dates, subtle sourness and balsamico, not a lot on the tart side of this. Subtle vinegary notes in the back.
3.9 On tap at CBC 2016, yellow session. Pours hazy amber, off-white head. Fruity, cherries, oak, malty, bit yeasty. Light sweetness, but mostly sour. Medium bodied.
4.0 ASPETTO: marrone ambrato molto torbido, schiuma rosata, abbondante, fine e persistente. Carbonizzazione purtroppo assente.

2.4 Amber-copper colour, light hazy with a frothy off white head. Aromas of malt, wood, overripe fruits, some skunk and wet carton/paper. Fine carbonation, lightly slick, light-medium body. Fruity sourness builds the main theme with funky notes and some skunk. Medium finish.

3.6 D’ampolla a HomoSibaris. Cervesa amb aromes dolços de brioxeria i flavors més àcids. Complexa i atractiva.
2.9 Tap @ Brewdog Helsinki. Pours orange with pretty much no head at all. Aroma is oak, quite sour. Taste is oak, sour, slight bile. Some caramel. The oak dominates. Rather thin.
3.9 On tap at CBC 2016. Hazy orange pour, tan head. Brett funk and fruit sourness.
3.7 330 mL bottle, bottled in 2011, bought recently from the bargain shelf at Coaltrain. Dark, cloudy reddish brown, with a big, foamy, tan head. Rich caramel, green apples, light lime, and some brown bread. Semi-sweet and malty, with a sharp, tart bite. Medium body, creamy, lightly acidic, and silky. Quite a nice sour brown, with a slightly dry flavor and luxurious mouthfeel. Doesn’t look like the store aging didn’t hurt too bad.
3.9 On tap at TCBW 2016. Hazy amber, dark orange colour. Almost no head. Slight round of froth on top. Berries, vinegar, slight horseblanket in the aroma. Berries at first. Acidicy and vinegar in the middle. Hints of berties again in the end. Do not feel oakiness. On tap at TCBW 2017. Pours dark amber colour. Medium beige head. Sourness, oak, berries, redcurrants in the aroma. Berries at first. Burnt caramel. Berries and sourness in the end. Very well balanced flamish style wild sour ale. 375ml bottle. 2014 vintage. Pours hazy reddish colour. Moderate white head. Berries, sourness, slight acidity, earthy notes, slight notes of strawberries and caramel in the aroma. Notes of berries, earthy notes, oak, notes of strawberries, slight hints of caramel in the taste. Rather dry, nicely crisp finish. Beautiful bubble on tongue. Excellent beer. Beautifully aged. 8+3+8+4+16=3,9. Raise for the mouthfeel. Sample at TCBW 2018. As 2017 vintage. Pours amber colour. Medium size white head. Oak, fruity notes, hints of berries, grapes, vanilla in the aroma. Really delicious and complex. Dry beginning. Bit watery. Notes of coffee, slight acidity and sourness in the middle. Hints of apple vinegar. Bit watery, dry finish. Hay, notes of apple vinegar in the aftertaste. Notes of apples. The palate is a bit disappointing, but in the notes of oak in the aftertaste and vineous character of this brew make it excellent for cellaring. Too young brew. Cant change the rating because of the marvellous vintange in the bottle which I tasted in February.
2.6 Tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weeken 2016, Tallinn. Colour is cloudy light brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Sourness, berries, some fruits. Pretty useless.
3.3 TCBW. Hazy reddish brown with no head. Sour with blackcurrant and red berries. Not too complex mouth of sour flavors. Ok but not stunning.
3.7 Tap @ The Local Taphouse, Sydney. Mahogany coloured. Oak, cherry and malt dominate the aroma. The oak and caramel malt are also significant flavours, freshened up with cherry and sour fruit.
3.8 Backlog. Draft at Churchkey. Medium amber with small white head. Some yeast funk at play with sweet fruit and caramel. Nice.
3.6 375ml bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Clear, dark cherry red. Halo of dense, cream coloured head. Nose has tangy black cherry. Sweet plum. Plum stone. Notes of vanilla pod and oak. Taste is light sour. Quite drying. Tart, lightly acidic palate. Finishes tart, dry and woody.
3.8 Beer is good, but not as the rating average would have it. Aroma is about the best aspect, with a fragrant blend of fruit, vinegar, oak, malt, hint of funk. Flavor’s like nose - tartness is only mildly accentuated by a light carbonation; everything else tapers nicely. Body is good. Appearance ok. I could see a very sharp cheddar or a smoked aged gouda with this. Nice brew.
3.4 Bottle. Pour hazy red, Small pinkish head. Aroma is oak, cherries and light funk note. Taste is light sour and dry, Flavor of fruits, most of all cherries. Hint of alcohol. Aftertaste is dry, light bitter with lighty burning alcohol.
3.7 750 ml bottle poured a clear amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of caramel, fruitiness, oak, yeast, light citrus and light funk. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of caramel, oak, vanilla, fruitiness, light funk and a hint of citrus with a smooth dry finish.
3.0 Alla spina. Fantastica, poco da dire. La gradazione alcoolica è giusta, equilibrato l’acido e la nota vinosa è spettacolare. Un signora birra!
3.6 On tap, @Bir&Fud, Roma. 22/09/2015 Color marron oscuro, aroma madera, sabor agrio.
4.1 on tap at Khyber Pass Pub in Philadelphia; nice red color; great sour cherry aroma; fantastic sour cherry flavor with oak notes; well balanced; bitter finish
3.5 Draft @ in de Wildeman. Reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma of sour fruits, funk, barnyard. Taste is sour sweet, sour fruits, hint of aceton, dry ending with a sour fruity vineous aftertaste. Nice, too bad for the underlying hint of acetone.
4.5 At Wildeman on tap. Wow. Just wow. This is the best beer I have tasted this year. Pours an amber somewhat frothy cloudy beer. Perfectly balances sour with sweet. Complex, fresh delicious. I can taste all kinds of things and it keeps tingling on my tongue. Beautiful stuff. Maybe I should buy the rest of the barrel.
3.4 Bottled (backlog). Rubyish amber, close to copper colour with a small white head. Aroma is sour wood, some funk along with dryish wooden notes. Flavour is sour and tart wood along with some cherries, a bit acidic notes and quite dry palate. Quite nice, but lacks a proper "depth dimension", which leaves it a bit thin as for the flavour.
3.3 Dark copper ambery color with very little foam. Very sour smell. The taste is aggressively sour and dry. The aftertaste is dry.
3.6 Dark reddish color with small head. Cherries, dark fruits, hints of cardboard/chalk oak, some vinegar or balsamico. Not too sour, more of a full cherry-malty taste. Carbonation is present.
