3.4 rating overgezet.
4.0 Clear bright yellow color with a nice white that quickly dissipated. Malty aroma with sweet cereal flavor. Nice pils.
2.7 It is really cheap and you taste ist recommend it for beerpong or if you have to bring beer to a party and dont want to pend much
2.6 Draught. Pours brilliantly clear gold with a large, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Medium-light grainy white cracker malt ,light earthy hops and hop bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.
2.9 Standard European pilsner, a little bit fruity, grows on the palate

3.4 Tapped version, fresh in Barcelona at the Football Bar. A well-hop hop, a little more carbonated than it should be, tapped in a very delicious "Belgian pilsner". Alcohol points are good, bitterness is good, whole beer is a good drinking beer. *** Csapolt verzió, frissen Barcelonaban a Futballáriumban. Egy jól komlózott, picit a kelleténél szénsavasabb, csapolva nagyon finom "belga pilsner". Alkoholfok pont jó, keserűség pont jó, az egész sör egy pont jó ívó sör.
4.3 I don't understand the low score for this. For me it's a beer with a German bitter taste perfect for binge drinkers. It doesn't have a Belgian floral taste but if you are searching for something in between then it's a great beer. Really nice foam too, out of a can. I recommend it for hardcore drinking 7+beer cans. What I mean by this is that it's a really good price/quality range beer. Each drink makes you crave another one provided that it's ice cold. I stress this, Maes for me is best drank ice cold. I believe this is just because this website is run by elitist "connoisseurs" who don't know what actually getting drunk means. In a international way of course. ;) Also tasting a beer does not mean drinking one of that beer. In my opinion you should drink atleast 1 liter of the beer you are testing in a sitting, I mean we are talking beer here guys.
3.2 Barcelonassa 9/2019. At this particular evening this was very good, smooth pils with nice top and balanced mouthfeel.
2.7 Maes Pils 5.2%. Golden, pale malt aroma, light bodied, pale malt, grassy, grainy, slightly bitter finish. Not the best Belgian lager. 🇧🇪
2.4 Mikołaj Rutkowski is drinking a Maes Pils by Brouwerij Alken-Maes at Robinson W aromacie jajka
2.2 Clear golden appearance with a frothy but fast dissipating head. Light hoppy and metallic smell. Watery taste, although with a malty note. Medium carbonation.
1.5 Niet zo lekker.
2.5 Draught. Golden color, with thick white head. Aroma is vegetable hops. Taste is corn, a bit bready, medium bitterness. Ok pils in a hot day, that’s all.

2.6 Eerder. Vooral fles, maar ook wel eens tap. Aangenaam aards pilsener. Moutig
4.0 Lekker om een ijskoude Maes op een hete zomerdag weg te drinken. Redelijke hopbitterheid. Gewoon een goed pilsje !
0.8 26.05.19. Draught at La Rose Blanche in the Grand Place, Brussels. Aroma: practically non-existent. Appearance: clear, the lightest of light amber, 10 mm. of foam. Palate: light-bodied with no real afterburn. Taste: lightly bitter, cardboard, wood shavings. Characterless.
2.1 Met Pjé
5.0 Lekkerste bier onder de gewone bieren
4.2 Muy suave
4.5 FENIKSHOF te GRIMBERGEN
2.3 Flasche. Klar, Gold gelb, wenig Schaum. Aroma: Malz, etwas Hopfen. Geschmack ebenso, etwas metallisch.
2.4 Can from Seijo Ishii. Nose of grain, corn, and sugar. Pale gold, low fine head. Grain, light sweet maltiness, and some tiny grassiness. Thin body. Passable.... but not a lot to like in this one.
2.4 Can from Seijo Ishii. Sweet malts, corn, grass aroma. Malts in the flavour grow tired on the palate after a few sips, corn syrup or such, grass. Carbonated like a soda, fades to a watery raspy finish.
3.0 Pils met een fijne bitterheid en een volle smaak. in de afdronk veel smaak van hop. Bier heeft een typische pils kleur en verfrissende smaak. -backlog de BierApp-
2.4 On tap in Brussels. Pale fizzy yella. Sweet corny aroma. Taste is almost nothing but surprisingly sweet. Crap really this one.
