2.0568ml bottle from Co-op, Epsom. Pours clear golden with high carbonation. Aroma of apples. Watery apple taste. Thin sweet finish.
2.6Aroma of apple juice, sugar and yeast. Flavour is very sweet. Apple juice, sugar and bubbles. Mild to high carbonation. Very drinkable and does what it is expected to do.

2.8Poured from the tap. Clear gold with minimal white head. Dry apple juice with added sugar and mild carbonation. Nothing to write home about.
4.1Good, not as sweet as angry orchard
3.0A classic. Nice and dry compared to most mass market ciders. Refreshing on a Summer day.
One dimensional compared to craft ciders, but for easy drinking, it's grand.
5.0Magners Original is a Premium Irish Cider crafted with the finest blend of 17 variety of apples, picked from orchards in Clonmel, Tipperary, Ireland.
2.9440ml Can. Pours a nice golden colour. Taste is pleasant, sweet but not sharp although a little watery. A hint of dryness at the end. Slightly over carbonated. I cant speak for Ireland but in the UK its a cheap session cider that's pleasant, uncomplex, easy to drink and thus sells well. Nothing much beyond that.
4.0Funky slightly mushy apple smell and taste. But probably the best session cider. Not hopped, not tart, just straight cider.
3.0Sympathique bière, mais sans plus. Goût commun. Pas une surprise malheureusement !
4.5Pours a deep golden yellow with moderate white head. Settles quickly
Taste of sweet apples. Light flavours.
High carbonation.
Moderate dry finish.
2.3500ml can. Pours a clear amber with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of apple juice and yeast. Sweet flavour of apple juice, sugar and light yeast in a dry finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. Easy to drink, but artificial.
2.7Aroma: Aroma of alcohol and sugar, caramel and toffee. Overall low aromas.
Appearance: Dark copper and amber in color, crystal clear body, with very tiny bubbles clinging to the edge of the glass. Head is not retained. Vet low lacing.
Flavor: Caramel and a touch of toffee, a taste of malt alcohol. There is a tart flavor as well, and an earthy flavour too. Flavors are soft, not processed, sweetness is tempered by the tart flavors, not figuring out what the tart flavour is, just reminiscent of sour/tart candy.
Mouthfeel: High carbonation, loew alcohol warmth, is not creamy but there is some residual sugar linguring in the back of the throat. No astringency noted.
Overall: a bit sweet for my taste, and The Malt alcohol and the additional acid added to brighten up the cider give me an impression that is not as favorable as I would like. I may not be the best judge of this since I'm not a very sweet cider person.
2.6Tastes sweet, like apple juice.
3.112 oz. bottle poured to a fest chalice at home displaying a clear & bright, orangey/gold color, a layer of soft white froth that quickly reduced to a persistent, bubbly ring, with light dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was expressive apple, skins, & core, with a touch of ripeness, and slight hints of barrel & white wine. Light to medium bodied, with modest spritz to the effervescence, the taste was similar, not overly sweet or tart, and somewhat mellow like apple juice, thus making it quite drinkable, but lacking in familiar, cider-like pizzazz.
2.3This is a backlog rating from 2012 from a bottle, from notes. When I had this beer it was average to below average for the style and not something I wanted to have again or I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time. Words to describe this beer are sweet, lightly tart apples, no reason to have again.
3.0On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a cider!
4.4Sweet apple smell. Pours a lovely, clear gold. Sweet apple taste with a dry finish.
3.350cl can. Pours pinkish with quickly fading white foam. Aroma is apple and alcohol. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet but excessive. Finish is average.
2.3Bottle at Thyme Restaurant in the Premier Inn in Colchester. Wouldn't normally go near a hotel restaurant, but was staying there with elderly in-laws who didn't feel up to going anywhere further so was stuck here. The restaurant was as dire as I'd expected, but at least I managed to get this unexpected rate (I was surprised that I hadn't already rated it). It's a disturbingly artificial orange colour. It tastes of sweet stewed apple and cheap apple juice. There's a pleasant hint of vanilla but a touch of vomit. It's not great, but it's better than the worst of the macro ciders.
2.2Achetée au Comptoir Irlandais 33cl (Caen) DLC: 12/2019
Nez de pomme à cidre.
Robe jaune-orange peu pétillante.
Aucune mousse.
En bouche le breuvage est très pétillant, goût sec de la pomme à cidre légèrement sucré.
4.8Magners Original was the first adult beverage that I really enjoyed, and the only reason I ever wanted to try another one. Still my favorite adult beverage. Sure, there’s some nostalgic value, but really it’s just a tremendous drink. I always keep some on hand. I’ve not really gotten into another cider since (although Woodchuck Amber is pretty good). Almost all of the others I’ve tried either taste stale (like Angry Orchard) or cloyingly sweet (Strongbow, Ciderboys) by comparison. Magners is so perfectly balanced. Pretty much the only beverage that I enjoy straight from the bottle.
3.0De carrefour. Lata. En vaso de pinta de Ikea. Jugando a Thimbleweed Park.
2.6Just a fizzy and sweety mess...still easy to drink, refreshing and enjoyable.
3.0Bulmers cider, average. A little sweet. Drinkable on a hot summers day and refreshing when cold.
2.5Tap. Pours clear golden. Aroma is mealy apple and peel, lemon peel. Body is medium and rather sweet, with a lowish carbonation. Some fruit, although less clearly apple. Mostly sugary and artificial. Sweet palate. Does not serve as a quencher, meh.
2.8Golden orange color, straw aroma and apples. The taste is sweet apple. Smooth mouth sensation,
