Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

4.2I've waited a long time to be able to find this. First time I've seen it in the wild, bottle 3 months old. Piney, grapefruit rind, some citrus. Not too bitter. Very good and I'm sure even better really fresh.
4.0Clear gold with a sticky white head. Aroma is citrus fruit, pine, tropical fruit, floral, and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and medium/heavy bitter.
2.9Light smell that I've pretty much lost after tasting...but I think there was some originally...fairly smooth, solid mouthfeel light IPA taste...more flowery side... Had at WECO after work (lol cause I was here for lunch)with Duke, Lopez, Konstantin and john talk of pandemic possibly picking back up after all this time..989k US deaths
3.512.5 ounce draft at Lizardville in Copley, Ohio. Smell the citrus hops. Golden in color with white head. Taste the sweet citrus hops. Smooth and balanced. Hop aftertaste with a little bit of oily residue in the mouth. Really good beer for the style. Cheers!
4.5Bottle rating. Hazy golden body with a nice thick white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, papaya.citrus. Exquisite IPA here. Just exceptional in every way. What all IPAs should strive to be. Really impressed with Maine brewing. This is great.
3.8Gold pour thin foam. Bitter grapefruit flavor. Citrus palate. Medium carbonation medium bodied.
4.2On tap at The Yard House, Times Square NYC on 19-Mar-2022. Good malt backbone with an intense fruity tropical and citrus overtone. Grapefruit, mango and heavily loaded with resinous hops. An excellent well balanced and full bodied IPA.
4.0I poured it from the bottle into a shaker. It pours a hazy amber with a white head and lacing. The aroma is citrus, stone fruit, and slight hops. It was expecting more from it. The taste is grapefruit, orange, mango, earthy hops, and bread. It's very smooth. It has a creaminess to it. Citrus and spiciness lingers. There's also a decent bitterness from the hops. This is good.
4.0The pour is slightly hazy, orange golden, with a moderately fine off-white head and abundant carbonation trails. It's glass lace is annular and long lasting, but not uniform. First nose is pine and fruit -- definitely Simcoe hops forward with mango. As it opens, a bit of citrus come up. The first sip is serious bright hops and pine with Simcoe still in front. A soft mouth feel is more velvety than light. As the taste evolves, a little subtle yeast appears and gives way to a bright fruit finish with a hint of sweetness. There is not much astringency at the end, ending with the notes of fruit and sweet. I am pleased with this IPA, as a very drinkable beer and a nice representation of the style.
4.1Managed to find a relativity fresh bottle at my local distributor. Hazy gold color with sweet and bitter aroma: Hops, pine, citrus, pineapple and other tropical fruits. Moderate hop bitterness with sweet fruit punch flavor finish.
4.4Bottle from Binny's downtown Chicago. Super excited to try this. The aroma is citrus/pine goodness. The appearance is a medium orange color with a bright white head. Brilliant amount of hops in the taste; it's just enough without becoming overwhelming. Nice palate, the carbonation and density is just enough like the hops. Outstanding. If I ever see this again, I will buy it without giving it a second thought.
3.9This was boss
4.8Draft. One of the best IPAs I have ever tasted. Very pleasant citrusy hop aroma and flavor. Moderately sweet. No off-flavors and clean finish.
4.8Very delicious beer, slight haze, nice pine notes at the end. Very smooth and well rounded mouthfeel.
5.0Fantastic
3.9Bottle. Clear amber. Big cream colored head with thick, heavy lacing. Aroma of bready malt, hay, pine, citrus and grass. Nicely balanced; plenty of hip with a solid backbone. Medium bodied and pretty smooth. Solid.
3.5Draft at Fox’s. Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Smells of pine and malt. Lots of lacing. Good astringent mouthfeel and not overpowering hops balanced by a good malt backbone. I like it.
3.8Seen this around in the Washington DC metro area, but didn't try it until recently bought on trip to Rhode Island. Was already in the bottle for 8 weeks, so may have lost some of it's aroma and freshness. Definitely got a West Coast vs juicy/hazy vibe. Maybe a tad too much Centennial or Cascade, as I got that semi-soapy perfume flavor normally get with those hops. Some pine and resin in there...with a light to medium clearish gold appearance classic to this style. Has a crisp refreshing feel. A little hyped up IMO, especially for the price point. I'll give Dinner a try next I guess.
4.2Pours a light amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma of yeast, orange zest. Taste has simcoe, some citrus, grapefruit, all on a mild malt base. Palate has nice hop bite, mild, more tropical fruity notes, pleasant malt.
4.0Pours a light amber. Clear. Nose is light candied grapefruit. Taste is candied grapefruit, resin, mango, pine, lingering bitterness. We’ll done west coastish ipa
3.9Bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a orange hue with a large white head. A yeasty and citrus nose. Spicy, some sweet bready yeast, citrus, light tropical notes. Very, very soft and clean.
4.2Late Lunch. Lekkere IPA. Echt zo een klassieke IPA zonder verdere poespas. Zacht, citrus, tropisch fruit, fris, bittertje. Heerlijk. In tegenstelling tot sommige andere bieren uit de Drinking Socially reeks, begrijp ik dat dit bier daar tussen staat.
4.0500 ml. Bottle pours an light amber color
With a small white head. Aromas of citrus, grapefruit, resin. Medium bodied, nicely balance, an incredible beer.
3.816.9oz Bottle from Trader Joe's in Short Pump, VA The IPA poured a hazy light amber color with a white head and lacing. Nice head retention. The aroma of citrus mostly grapefruit greets you. The taste has more grapefruit blended with apricot, tangerine, and hints of pine resin in the back of your mouth. The ale has a medium body and average carbonation. This ale has a dry bitterness in the upper mouth after each swallow. Excellent IPA!
5.0Pours slightly hazy burnt gold with a thick, mousse like head. Good retention with lacing. Aroma and taste is light citrus and pine with resin. Overall, a very nice beer that is a good balance between hoppy, malty, and citrus.
4.0Bottle pours slightly hazy honey golden. Aroma is piney, honey. Taste is crisp, piney, bitter honey, light ipa as in not abrasive, bit more tasty than a session ipa. Palate brings lots of chewy piney hops. Light and deceptive abv. Ate some crab lump with this to get the full Maine experience. I imagine it's a great lunch pairing.
3.9Great beer from an impressive brewery. Everything they make is clean, well made, and eminently drinkable. This is a tasty lunchtime escapade that has nice aroma-taste and good hop malt balance. I’m going to back up the car next week and buy more, more, more!!
Tap, Saucer Memphis. Even better than in bottle. Piney hops, nice malt, pretty good.
4.6This is a good beer. I did make the mistake of drinking this right after a 120 so the mouthfeel is quite thin but the hops, smells like cascade hops, is really fresh and forward.
4.3Smooth, lacking carbonation
4.0Light orange pour, medium white head. Zesty, crisp body with a light citrus flavor. Perfect for warm weather.
