Una hefeweiss di livello. A naso imponenti profumi di banana e lievito ed in bocca una grande facilità di bevuta. Rispetto ad altre weiss ha una schiuma leggermente meno persistente

Pours brown milk-chocolate color with regular head. Intensive aroma of wheat. Taste of heavy wheat, bananas, bread, dough. Nicely balanced, soft, non-aggressive. Gently sour. Palate bready.

Lots of banana. Quite sweet and a bit sticky. Not as nice as the alcohol free one. Lacks a punch.
I just don't know what to say about it. That's a typical fine wheat beer. Appearance is hazy and looks like amber. No flakes floating around, that's good. Smells banana, malt and mild clove notes. Tastes banana, clove and bread, with yeast sour. Definitely a fine wheat beer, but a bit boring.

Aromat bardzo mocny, intensywny, wiodące nuty to banan i goździk uzupełnione o słodką słodowość i akcenty kojarzące się ze "zbożowym kurzem" w elewatorze.
Smak: lekko słodki (banan) z delikatną goryczką na finiszu.
Wysycenie wysokie. Ciało pełne, wysokie. Tekstura gładka, miękka. Posmak średnio długi, słodki, bananowy.
Nalewa się ciemnozłote, może nawet takie bursztynowe, mocno zmętnione, ładna piana, bardzo gęsta.
W zapachu mocno goździki, sporo gumy balonowej, przyorawowość, malutko banana.
Mocno nagazowane, aż szczypie lekko.dosyć wytrawne, wysuszające, sporo goździków, lekko guma balonowa, jakby ciut karmelu. Nie wiem czy nie było to zbyt świeże ale średnio podeszło.

Draught @HopHouse. Hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of wheat and some banana. Sweet malty flavour and a mellow bitterness. Nostalgic.

Hazy amber color with white frothy head. Malt, hay, banana aroma. Light sweetness, bit fruity. Average body.
Heerlijk moutig en vol van smaak. Lichtzoete tonen en een lekkere volle nasmaak
Dorée sombre, trouble. Mousse persistante en pellicule. Arômes esters dominant, phénols, pain, fruits jaunes et levure. Sucré moyen, amertume faible. Carbonatation très fine, un peu faible. Texture fluide, légèrement huileuse.

Cloudy pale gold, with a big, frothy white head, and bananas on the nose. After that, it's mostly bananas really - nice sweet bananas, but not those that have started to look a bit like a giraffe and gone soft. The mouthfeel is a cross between creamy and grainy, there's that yeasty flavour you get with a weissbier, and some soft biscuity malt. And the bananas, of course

Troebel okergeel, witte kop, banaan zoete tarwe op de neus, de banaan domineert de smaak. Dik mondgevoel.
Fles. Aangenaam, maar ook wat waterig en overdreven zacht. Zoet. Prettig scherpe afdronk. Aroma wel overtuigend weizen.

Pours a cloudy, deep amber coloration with a medium, creamy head. Smells of doughy malt, estery fruit/spice and hints of grassy, citrus hops, with notes of banana, clove and tangerine. Taste is a great balance of doughy malt, estery fruit and spice notes of banana and clove and hoppy accents of grass and tangerine. Finishes with a light bitterness and some banana, clove and tangerine lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This is quite a hoppy Hefeweizen, with the tangerine accents almost standing out more than the classical banana note, while the clove is very present here without becoming overbearing though. Somewhat unusual, rather dark amber coloration for a Hefeweizen as well, which is quite attractive actually though, with a rather nice, soft mouthfeel as well. Overall, I think this strikes a great balance of malt, esters and hops, with the distinct citrus accents lending quite a refreshing feel to this.

Die Optik zeigt sich ganz klassisch trüb und dunkel bernsteinfarben mit orangefarbigen Reflexen. Die weiße, feinporige bis fast cremige Schaumkrone gibt sich cremig-stabil und sehr gut haltbar.
In der Nase sehr fein und intensive Hefearomen, die im süßlichen Part an frische, leicht reifende Bananen erinnern und im dezent säuerlichen Part einen leicht zitrusartigen Charakter hat. Am ehesten kommt da vielleicht eine Pomelo zur Geltung.
Der Antrunk kommt sehr weich, die Rezenz hält sich nobel zurück und die ersten fruchtigen Aromen schlagen an. Im Mittelteil kommt die Rezenz nun etwas stärker auf und umgibt einen Mix aus weichen, süßlich-fruchtigen und leicht säuerlich-fruchtigen Noten. Hier hält sich die oftmals zu dominante Bananennote etwas zurück und ein leicht malziger Hauch hinterlegt das Geschehen. Die fruchtigen Noten lassen sich sehr schwer kategorisieren oder in irgendeine Schublade stecken, wirken aber absolut angenehm. Das Ganze macht auch einen überaus angenehmen Eindruck, gibt sich sehr Vollmundig und auch sehr süffig.
Im Abgang kommen die Fruchtigkeit, diese Kombination aus weichen, süßlichen und leicht säuerlichen Aromen nochmals sehr gut zur Geltung. Nach dem das abklingt, wirkt in erster Linie wieder der fruchtige Bananenton, den man bereits in der Nase vernommen hat.
Für mein Empfinden ist dieses Bier mitunter der Inbegriff des klassischen traditionellen bayerischen Weißbieres und gehört mit einer Hand voll anderer Weizen zu den besten dieses Bierstils.

Podsumowanie:
Bardzo fajna pszenica, stojąca po bardziej wytrawnej stronie.
香甜德啤，但又未至於好似Ale咁香。
