La Bionda Artigianale dei Mastri Birrai Umbri nasce dalla ricetta Cotta 21, creata dalla selezione dei migliori farri italiani e dei migliori malti. Di colore biondo e velato ha una schiuma persistente e compatta. L’aroma è ricco di sentori di fiori di limone, di note speziate e di frutta estiva. Il gusto delicato e morbido del farro è accompagnato dalle note erbacee del luppolo che i nostri Mastri Birrai hanno sapientemente selezionato per voi.

Tako tako... aroma slatkasta (med), zlatna boja, slaba pjena... okus na prvu slatkast, ali dosta vodenkast zavrsetak... nije lose, ali ni nista spektakularno...
Bitter taste but with a typical Pilsner body and aftertaste
Bottle from a Coop. Pours clear yellow. Nose of herbs, lemongrass, spelt. Sweet, malty with wheat and herbs. Medium body, slightly sticky palate. Nice.

Bottle @ Friends/CEO. Appearance: pours hazy yellow with good white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: barley, bread, light grass, wheat, light oranges and light spicy notes. palette: medium malty aroma, average to light sparkling carbonation, medium body, average sweetness, somewhat balanced by a light bitterness, average duration, sweet finish and a watery texture. Overall: refreshing
VIRKELIG god øl, dejlig frisk i smagen.
Birra bionda artigianale dal carattere ben definito e forte. Una birra non filtrata dal colore biondo opaco. Sapore forte, la gradazione alcolica si percepisce ma non è troppo intensa. Schiuma molto leggera e molto fine.
Thanks Luigi to give me this bottle that I have tasted today at home, preparing the meal for the Easter, sharing this big bottle with my wife. The carbonation is regular, gold and clear body, white foam. For me, this beer is rather good and refreshing, perfect to start a day. This one has Belgian influence, smooth and dry malt, light, not that mineral, comparing a German pils. This one has a side of sweetness, fruity, perfect note of ginger, coriander, sensation of wheat, classical hop at the final.
(bottle 0,3l) Overall: Interesting fruity-spicy, but quite light.
Aroma: Light sweet, light belgian-like yeast spicy.
Appearance: Hazy, light golden. Minimal, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, malty, light fruity, light spicy, light bitter.
Palate: Light oily texture. Light harsh-malty-astringent finish.
Bevuta il 31/12/2019 @home. Oro, poca schiuma poco persistente. Al naso miele. In bocca miele, caramello, cereali, erbaceo. Poco corpo. Carbonazione medio-bassa.

Velice slušný pale ale s 35% podílem pšenice špalda. Nejdřív sem si říkal, že to bude normální pšeničné pivo, ale musím říct, že lehký rozdíl jsem zde zazanamenal.

Kinda bad. Sweetish, apple feel, really not good and not worth trying
0.3l bottle. Cloudy orange color with fast disappearing white head. Aroma of malt, grain, yeast, spices and citrus. Taste is bitter and little sour. Very carbonated, fizzy even.
# 1659; 12/2019. Fruity and malty aroma. Hazy, yellow color. Grainy, bready, fruity, yeasty. Tart finish. Weird. 0,3 l bottle, gift.
Cloudy orange color with a small white head. Malt and grain aroma with light bitter malt taste, and slightly dry mouthfeel.
500ml bottle at FreShop, Watford in 2015. Clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, dried fruit and straw. Fairly light crisp flavour. Not bad, but nothing of note.
Bottle from Garsons Farm Shop, West End. Low key citrus and herb aroma with an earthiness to it. Medium gold. Frothy white head. Light-medium citrus sour with a touch of underlying sweetness. An umami edge. Thin. Light. Soft carbonation. Dry abrupt finish. Not overly keen on this. Th citrus, sweetness and what is presumably the spelt result that I just find odd.

Das Blonde ,was jezt unter dem Titel "Cotta 21" vertrieben wird, fand ich wie das Rossa und das Doppio Malto bei Metro in der dekorativen Flasche.
Geschmacklich haut mich aber auch deies Bier nicht um. Es hat zwar eine Vielzahl an interessanten Aromen, die auch schön erfrischend wirken, aber irgendwie hängt ein Schleier von altem Brot über dem ganzen.
Kann man trinken, aber ist den Aufwand nicht wert.
Just a stupid crafty beer, nothing special, a glass of water or an Heineken is way better and cheaper.
Bottle. Malt and jam aroma. Cloudy yellow color with big sized white head. Sweet taste with some citrus. Thin to medium body, high carbonation, bit silky.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is vague with malt, lemon and yeast. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly acidic with hints of chalk, yeast, malt and faint hints of ripe fruit.
Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention. Medium grainy and cereal malt, light tartness, light earthy hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.
